My toddler had an emergency dental situation and Vicky treated him without us booking an appointment. She was on her way home and came back to help us. She was also amazing with him as he is a little tornado and I was trying to soothe my baby who was being fussy. The office is clean yet comfortable and modern. The service was outstanding. My family and I have attended Keith Nelson Dental for many years. When my school age child needed teeth extractions and orthodontic work Vikki made them feel at ease. She makes dental treatments as pain free as possible and works quickly and efficiently with all of her experience. Her assistant Eden and Claire the hygienist we use are great to deal with also. Most recently I have had some veneers done. This was purely cosmetic to ensure my smile remained as I move into my senior years. Vikki was so helpful in advising color and the process was so easy. Lovely and professional team here at Keith Nelson! Cleaned my teeth and had an orthodontic treatment here. Kathy was very meticulous in cleaning and informative with regards to dental hygiene practice in general. Had my braces done with Vikki/Jono/Bri, who were efficient in their work and completed the procedure with minimal discomfort. Would recommend!

I have now been going to Keith Nelson & Associates for years and could not have been more satisfied with the service, care, respect and friendliness they have shown me. Dr. Sophia Mahendra has managed to reduce my anxiety of going to a dentist to zero which is a miracle in itself. Her amazing timeliness as well as patience to explain the procedures and also options when it comes to taking care of my teeth is commendable and make every single visit a breeze.

My children (now adults) had their orthodontic work here when they were little and I am so glad we went here and continue to come here! When the kids were younger, they were never afraid to come in thanks to the friendly environment. Keith Nelson Dental Surgery is the best place I've gone for my dental work! I've seen Claire Vaevae for my hygiene cleans for about 6 years now and when she left her previous dental practice I couldn't find anyone who could look after my teeth and gums like her, so decided to move dental clinics.
