Very dated and unclean feeling. Check in got 2 bath towels no face cloths or bath mats. Second day had to ask for more towels. Day 3 went to ask for more coffees and sugar for milk and they say they dont give out that stuff only first day. Asked if they do a daily room change they said no. How is 2 bath towels spose to last wed, Thursday, friday and leave Saturday. Only good thing it was close to the hospital. That's it

Used by Auckland hospital to rehabilitate patients. Retro furniture (what there is of it), is not suitable no matter what the manager says. Cleanliness of the room is below average. They are very lucky to be assisted by ADH

Great management, convenient for hospital driving & walking but rooms old and dated, and surfaces cracked and flaking making it hard to clean. Mould on ceilings and in uncleaned corners makes you wonder when recovering from surgery there. Rooms need revamp to make more hygienic before I would want to stay again.

Currently working there renovating one of the apartments. Generally a tidy site, will post pics of unit we have done up when it is finished next week. Owners are nice and easy to get on with that i have seen so far. Cleaners maintain the units regulary. No smoking site. Carpark under video surveliance.

Is a older building with older facilities but is still clean and tidy. Lovely, helpful and friendly staff, We are staying long term and Naomi makes sure we were comfortable, have everything we need and works in with us for day she cleans the apartment. Great location as well. Nice and close to hospital, domain and food/supermarkets.

Lovely helpful owner enjoyed the 2nights stayed nice and close to the hospital, had a clean tidy unit with clean linen,clean kitchen and bathroom needs a update but worth the price, felt safe in the carpark, plenty of parking.👍

The apartments are roomy, clean, tidy, has a kitchenette, a balcony for breakfast with tropical plants.
