Rude bar staff, completely unprofessional. For adult entertainment I don't expect much hospitality but to be completely hostile towards paying customers is uncalled for. It lets the nice establishment and some of the nice girls down. 1 star from this unhappy customer.

Rude. Tips are $5. And you must tip. I am more than happy to tip for dancers who actually dance and strip then come for tips. However the girls here just sit chatting away and just out of the blue walks to u and asks for tips. Like what did u do to earn a tip? Did u dance ? No just chatting away with colleagues. Rude. Waste of time and money. First and last time here. Will stick to White House where your tips go a long way.

these place have weird policy, someone would be distributing vouchers outside for entry that woukd give you discount on entry, amazing they randomly give it to customers but if you ask for free vouchers from they wont give you. great then you have to pay 25 dollars for entry one night then they ask you to pay 5 dollars each for strip club money again go to some other strip club cause this place is not worth it. i have been there four to five times now i will never go to this place.

First time going here last weekend. NEVER again. We paid 30 dollars to get in and was talking to a lovely girl that worked there in the smoking area. We had not been there a couple of minutes when we were rudely yelled at by an aggressive manager warning us she was told about us and knew what we were up to and that she would kick us out if she wants to- wrong people lady- we had not been there even 5mins! You should really get your facts right before you scream at customers like u did or talk to employees like that ever let alone run them down in front pf everyone there. she yelled at the staff there and if ihad been that girl she belittled in front of everyone i would have burst into tears. Ive NEVER seen such disgusting behaviour. I now realize why the place was empty. We were so embarrassed we left, she muttered sorry as we left while screamin at another girl aggressively putting her down also. Didnt offer to refund our cover charge. Hard to believe a manager would be so unprofessional and awful. Really depressing to know people like this exist

Review to save your time: $30 to get inside as of Dec 2022. Takes very long time to make drinks. Dirty toilet and also no toilet paper available. Small smoking area next to the toilet with cigarettes everywhere in the ground of the smoking area. You can pay to get your music on the club, however, it takes a long time for your music to play. Rude service at the bar area with security worker asking for tips. Security workers outside of the building will ask you money to make him happy if you look young or first time to the club. Ugly and overweighted girls. Most girls are white, not much race diversity. Everyone asking for tips for random service they made up you didn’t even ask and get. The club inside is very small, around a size of 3 high school classroom. The person making the drinks do not wash hands, touch money and cut lemon and touch phones without washing or sanitizing hands. My recommendation is: Just take $100 with you and see how the club looks like in Auckland area. I wish I could add photos, but no photos allowed inside. Overall, poor and rude customer service and long wait time. Girls are rude, typing on their phones and not doing their job straight. Go elsewhere, thank me for saving your energy, time, and money.

Security wouldn't let me in because I was "under age?" what does that even mean? I tried to show them my student ID but they refused to accept me in because it was "not the right ID" what ID do they want??? terrible service :(

had an amazing experience with Bella and Kandy, lot's of fun and they're both gorgeous girls. I recommend taking them to vip, totally worth it! The club has outstanding service and atmosphere. Will definitely come back when I'm next in Auckland. 10/10

It was super fun coming here tonight, my partner friends and I had heaps of fun, the girls were gorgeous, super nice and funny. It was sad we had to leave early but when we come back up to Auckland we'll definitely come here again!

Alia is a real con artist....30 mins dance said it was 30 mins when it was only 15 mins. Bartender confirmed it was on 20 mins when i asked for the receipt of payment....and then refused to refund or anything.....real CON JOB! Then complained i was awkward......real CON JOB! Beware of Alia.

Only go here if you want to be spoken to rudely by staff, after paying $30 each to get inside only to leave 2 minutes later as the strippers are rude would not recommend money is better spent else were ( show girls )

This place is gross. The strippers sit around looking depressed even seen a stripper laying down about to go to sleep. They approach you for tip money like beggers we had 1 come up to us while trying to go the toilet asking “are you tipping the strippers”. The bartender is rude af too! Seen her go up to customers demanding they tip and threatening to kick them out. Save your time and money this place isn’t worth the entry fee and the girls are below average.

But way over priced and girls expect tips for nothing, "are you going to tip the girls" straight after she was just tipped and then gets all salty and threatened to kick us out, the attitude on these girls is actually disgusting big ups to them for what they do but theres a classier way to go about it. Wow my partner and I came here tonight and had the most amazing time. One of the girls cannot mention her name (philipina girl) was so lovely, we enjoyed our time with her having a few drinks and a laugh.we stayed there a few extra hours for her company. However one complaint to be made would be that the bartnder wa a bit pretentious around our drink orders. “We’re a gentleman’s club, we don’t serve that”. This was only minor though, the bartenders and managers were lovely as it was our first time in the club and explained a bit about how it worked. Will definitely return again! Shout out to the wonderful girls that interacted and made genuine conversation with a lot of us. <3333

Honestly can't relate with the bad reviews on here, our night out was so much fun and everyone was super lovely! Clearly some people making these reviews have to be making it up because the manager we saw was the sweetest lady and kept us happy all night. The girls were polite to my bf and I, we even had a dance with 2 of them and it was easily the best night out we have had in a while hehe x

Use to go Whitehouse & showgirls not even nearly as good as this place!! Our stag group ended up booking with Frankie, Missy, jasmine & China. Was a very good night thankyou ladies for having us. Very beautiful girls will be back.

Awful place. Tauranga and Hamilton way better . Way to expensive what a rip off. Girls hardley dance, sloppy, lazy and all on there phones and then try ask for tips when they done nothing. Awful work place .
