This is the worst karaoke experience i had.. I can clearly see an empty karaoke room but they say they are full and if group of girls come in they accept them to go in. They make an excuse that we need to make a reservation and also depending on how many people we have and if we are only a bunch of males they dont accept.. this is very unproffesional Report this place and shut down..

Staff were ok, we got a room easily and could keep topping up on time. It was fine but I won't be going back due to these two issues. The rooms were poorly ventilated (especially for this time of year) and the floor, table and songbook were wet and sticky to touch, like layers of sweat had already accumulated before we came in. The mics were fine. I just think even a cursory effort to wipe down the tables and books would have turned my sympathy, instead I was really fighting the need for a shower. The men's bathrooms did not have soap. Ick. Secondly, the karaoke system was difficult to navigate for non-Korean speakers and the songbooks only showed a limited selection of non-Korean songs. I don't know how wide their selection of songs is in the system though. We had to fumble our way through the buttons with a laminated sheet that told us we could search by song and country but didn't give us which buttons were for enter, exit, skip song, delete our whole playlist. So we knew there were probably more songs in the system but searching was difficult/impossible and mistakes were easy. I recommend translating the control panel completely. Or just y'know go with a Korean-speaking friend (who will have to squint because of the lack of a working lightbulb in our room, and try to avoid breathing too close to those pages - nevertheless). Otherwise was an okay experience and good few hours.

Good place to sing with big groups (5+) of people. However if you are coming along with small group of friends (2-3), they say that they are fully booked and the empty rooms are 'reserved' for customers. There were many small rooms that were vacant as well. In my opinion, they do this in order to run a better business, as having more people per room increases profit for drinks, unlike for smaller groups. The guy told me that the wait is 1 hour and that he will call me at the 1 hour mark. However I received no phone call that night.

They tried to kick u out after purchasing $80worth of alcohol, saying there are customers waiting outside ( there were nobody outside) Dont purchase more alcohol since they dont bother giving you extra time. Poor running of business. You make money out of alcohol not by charging customer per hour

Loved this place! Came here for birthday celebrations and they were very accommodating. Good selection of songs and easy instructions for English users. Will definitely come back! :)

It's ok but needs work. A bit tired looking, staff could be more helpful for English speakers, ran out of wine stock mid-week (was advertised on board, but told we don't have any wine, waiting on an order) suggests poor running of business & amenities not great either.

Staffs are friendly,but the entire place is not that clean. There are many choices of songs,but felt weird with the music background of animals all the time 😂

Love the vibes, the workers are so helpful ESPECIALLY the girl working at (5th July, 9-12) you are a real g. Made my friends and I’s first experience quite memorable✨ shotties g

Went there with a big group , considering the price it was poorly taken care of. Toilets are disgusting and the rooms had broken chairs and the LED lights were broken so we didn’t get the full experience of what we were paying for. The room was dirty and the books were sticky and wet. There was a foul smell as soon as we walked in too. Staff were ok but some maintenance and housekeeping is extremely needed as we all felt uncomfortable sitting in such a poorly taken care of place. Would not be coming back and would highly NOT recommend.

As a night club owner in the past in Auckland CBD I know what is expected , the staff are very friendly and that’s why I’ll be back at sky karaoke

A decent karaoke bar, the machines actually have a good search system for songs and have a decent selection so that we were able to find songs to sing easily rather than rummaging through catalogue books for ages.

Service was good but the venue was really rough. Karaoke machines were very hard to use and the room only had one, bad, speaker.
