    Terrible service, staff just looks like they are too tired. Tables dirty. Not even single tissue or disposable cutlery being provided. No one on counter to talk to if you have any issues.

    What is wrong with this KFC branch? This is the what came out from a small wicked meal. It is ridiculous to use green potatoes. The chips also smells rotten. We tried one and it tasted so wrong. Please review your health standard as it is a serious health concern

    I really don’t like the old Indian stuff today, he didn’t answer my questions properly but with Scornful smile. He can’t speak English properly when I order, hardly communicate and not know about the work he should do. Food wasn’t crispy and juicy but eat like leftover

    Terrible service. Shift Manager - Kulwant is rude and treats customers like dirt makes customers feel completely unwelcome. Has no idea how to talk to people in a civilised manner. This behaviour shouldn’t be in New Zealand. Not the best example for team members. Be kind to one another. Avoid this place if possible, the staff hygiene so unacceptable failed to comply food and safety regulations.

    Avoid this branch if possible. Female staff here were all grumpy and look like not happy to be there. Every time you had take out always something missing or portion issues. Escalated the issues and the staff name Sasha Singh rudeness no word describe her unapologetic attitude. Perhaps, Restaurant Brands head office need to be aware of it.

    Absolutely disgusting no hand sanitizer no spoons no wipes toilets an absolute disgrace lift your game before you kill somebody, you should be ashamed you are completely putrid do not eat here if you value your life .$45 dollars didn’t even receive cutlery. Had to go into the dirty bathroom to wash our hands. Embarrassing to be honest! If we don’t get food poisoning it will be a miracle.We ate here on the 4/11/2022 so so bad yuck. I have traveled the world and this is by far the very worst KFC I have ever encountered,

    Really rude male worker (connor), zero customer service from him. Asked politely what drink is mind he aggressively told me to read my receipt. Slammed the food on counter. Not coming back to this one.

    KFC is KFC, the food you already know what to expect. But what really makes the experience at a restaurant great is friendly and professional staff. Matt, one of the staff working today was really helpful when I had an unfortunate accident with one of my belongings and it really saved my day. Thanks a bunch Matt :)

    absolutely horrendous, did a pick up order and they don’t give it. You guys are just time wasters and don’t do the job properly, management please do a audit on the workers, because they don’t know how to treat customers and orders properly. made me wait 40 minutes for a order, that’s not right.

    Had a big order of 60 wings & more. Made sure to order it much earlier in the day and set the time we needed to pick up, so we could bring it back to a meeting. Despite us ordering hours in advance for a specific time, we had to wait over half an hour for the order. It was like they didn't even start until we got there. The staff were nice and said that KFC's online order system only tells them about it 5 minutes before they're meant to complete it. So until KFC sorts out their system I'd recommend avoiding them for any big order.

    The colonel certainly delivered today with an unbelievable snack lunch combo. The chicken was golden and crispy but the player of the day goes to the lady who served me with a serious amount of extra seasoning on the fries (at my request) and they were some of the best I’ve had. Quite cool charging my phone in-store as well. James Ashwin

    I went here last night with two friends after midnight. We ordered at the counter. I waited 20-30 mins at the counter for our food and they just plonked the box and can on the counter without a tray or bag. When I got to the table where my friends were waiting, the security guard was there telling us that we weren't allowed to sit and eat, that they were closing and we had to leave, that all orders are takeaway only. The restaurant was filled with people eating at their tables and no-one had told us when we ordered. There are still people ordering. It's 1:20am and the place is supposed to close at 2. I went back to get a refund (I'm not going to sit on the ground outside to eat) and the guy just says "but you were told when you ordered". No we weren't. He grabs the food, puts it straight in the bin that he has ready next to him while eyeballing me and hands me the money. It felt like he had a routine to belittle people who want a refund as much as possible. The entire time my friends and I were polite and the staff acted like they detested us for some reason. No hellos, no thank yous, and no apology when they had us leave. I really don't understand.

    Food took a while to come out there was no more than 15 chips in any of the snack boxes….. Would not recommend this KFC. (This was how I got the snack box)

    12/01/2023 around 6pm kiosk were working it says to take a buzzer and add the number of it, but they call the order number, very confusing, just ring the buzzer cause I did not look at the screen for the order number 🥴 The place was tidy and clean, the customer service was ok, the chicken pieces seemed to get smaller and smaller, but I do love the bottled drinks. Where's my colonel burger??? (Minus 1-star) 2022 Tuesday 5pm: on entry you still have to step up, I wish they would make a ramp entry towards the middle of the store, cause the bar smokers corner is right next to the entry. Express kiosk was working, grabbed a buzzer, but you still need to collect from the counter, some tables weren't cleared, food scraps on the floor, rubbish bins are full there should be at least one person cleaning FoH, but apart from that the 3-piece quarter pack was served hot and I like how the drinks come in a can/bottle. They have toilets, free wifi and charging points dotted around the store.

    Not very good at all. The restaurant was a mess, lots of tables that hadn't been cleared. Busy, lots of people waiting and some querying their orders. Long wait for food. If the opportunity arose to go again I'd avoid it. Disappointing as the staff were clearly trying, but failing.

    I came here quite often and noticed that only the Caucasian security guy and the Indian manager lady were being helpful and friendly during their rush time. The lady was checking on customers while making food all by herself, and the employees working in the back seemed like they didn’t care at all.

    Hopeless place. Chicken meat is definitely not from a grown up but from a chick. Air conditioning is always out of service as they say but its done for cost cutting. Wash rooms worst than fort public toilets. Food is absolutely no value for money. The worst KFC outlet I have ever been. Wasted my money.

    First time having KFC in NZ. Didn't live up to the hype it was given. The chicken was smaller and the price was a bit too inflated. I bought 60 dollars worth of food and was a bit puzzled of what I got. 2 Medium chips, 6 original pieces, 8 wicked wings, small gravy, and coleslaw. Coleslaw different taste to Oz KFC. Not worth the price.

    Comfort food for a homesick American. The food was great. There is nothing special about the service. Atmosphere? It's interesting to see a security guard in the lobby. Am I in danger being in the restaurant?

    KFC at Fort Street has a great atmosphere. The place is clean and has a muted ambience. Love the colors and the muted KFC theme running all along the place. The order and pickup system works well and with the kiosk user friendly. The seating is sufficient to accommodate the crowd. The service was pretty slow. The store was severely understaffed even for a Saturday afternoon. I waited for around 20 mins to get my order ready even though the place was least crowded. I ordered a tower burger and some chicken. The food was okay okay. I just wish the service was a bit quick.

    Satisfactory standard KFC in clean and modern restaurant setting Online ordering systems worked well and good processed quickly I was given a burger that was ready made and standing but it was still very warm which was fine

    Nice kfc that fits in with the city scape through interior design. Probably one of the most clean kfcs. Outdoor seating was a bonus. New double down is delicious too with a very quick wait time. Probably best kfc experience I've had.

    Between 8 to 9pm tonight, I placed an order and they were taking so long to get it done, once it was finished it was sitting behind the counter and it was ready to go, really slow service and opened the bag, gravy spilt everywhere cause the lid was open. Please work together to do things properly. Food was good though.

    Had the bacon lovers burger. They didnt have the sauce for it but they offered a different one instead. I had it with supercharged sauce. It was very average, the bacon was stale, the chicken pretty dry, the "brioche" bun was pretty miserable and the sauce was not bad. It would be better if there was honey or something sweet. But overall, this is a very standard kfc and it met my expectations.

    Very new and nice place. Self service ordering machines are provided. Seems like they are short of staff and the tables on the second floor is a little bit dirty. The chicken wings are big and delicious 🤤
