were having a good stay in the apartment however, if you have a parcel it goes to the reception of 2 white st bianco off queen. i was just asking for more information about parcel as it said on the tracking it was already delivered. then i saw the receptionist don’t know her name but i really don’t like how she respond not seeing my parcel on the table. her face seems she shoulder heaven and earth. for my point of view if you are a receptionist you should have a good communication, friendly and approachable. i will never ask there if i see her face again.

We booked a 2 bedroom / 2 large bathroom apartment about 6 months before our stay. We received a 2 bedroom / 1 small bathroom apartment. There was no notification of the change at any stage beforehand and the bedding was also not made up as we requested twice beforehand. When we queried, they said they had moved us but could offer no real explanation. They said sorry, but pretty much said it was too bad....eventually we were offered a $50 refund which was apparently the price difference for two nights......or was it that you rented it for a lot more because it turned out to be a concert weekend. Totally unacceptable to downgrade your guests!!!!!!

Had a couple of nasty surprises... We were charged an extra $257 on top of the room charges for adding an extra night to our booking. Had I known that we wouldn't have done it. The sofa bed has given my daughter more than expected. She left with a sore back and 19 itchy bites. Real shame as the location was good. They claim to service the apartment but no cleaning or bed making happened. Too much money for too little.

Room was tired, stains on carpet and furniture. Full service every 4 days. Staff not well briefed or trained. One sachet of dish detergent for 4 days in a place where you can prepare and cook meals. When we requested more advised they had run out. Did not want to use dishwasher for 2 plates and utensils as North Island in drought condition. Reported bed base snapped - we propped it up on a stacked upside down drawer and bible for 3 days before they attended to the issue. Bit smelly in hallway. Car damaged by another car in carpark. The owner/manager did his best for us by looking at camera footage it was greatly appreciated. Some staff bright and friendly others resorted to either a quick lie rather than help out. Location great, streets noisy but it's the busy vibe of a city. This hotel could be so much more with a little effort and passion. Price good when staying for a week.

One on the worst places I have stayed. The welcome at reception was very uninviting and unhelpful. The lift didnt work very well, the room door lock was hard to unlock. Had horrible worn/stained carpet and needs to be replaced. The bathroom is worn out and needs attention. The location is very noisy and hard to sleep at night. The person servicing the room was friendly which was one good thing I can say. Upon departure we gave back the key card to activate the lift so had to walk around to the car park (which is an additional $25 per day) in the rain. Would never go back

Absolute rancid! literally in the garbage bin of Auckland city, trash, alcohol cans, smashed bottles and cigarettes buts everywhere due to all the crack heads who live around here and I don’t know whose doing your pest control but the building is INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES!!!!!!!!!!

Be aware we found them to be very deceptive as to regards to the room you think is being booked to the actual room being provided. We booked a two room apartment with two king doubles for two couples. We received 1 x dbl 1 x single and 1 x fold out placed in the waiting area. Web site photos are not what is being provided and rooms were very dirty Their advertising states 4 stars however reality is a 3 star at best Quality of beds is low so if you have any back issues find another option. Suggest as last resort Location is top of Queen St which is handy however if you can't handle an up hill walk from the viaduct this maybe an issue.

Starting with a positive, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. A self rated 4* apartment, not realy there is no heating or cooling. The fixtures are falling off the wall, plumbing is backed up, furnishings are looking tired. I wish I had read these reviews before I booked. Though the room was priced accordingly. Do make sure that all your rooms windows and doors are locked before you venture out.

We have stayed here multiple times before and the stay is usually pretty good. It's a pain only being able to have one room key for an apartment with multiple people staying in it but not the end of the world. The apartment is never really clean clean but we usually only stay 1 night and arent really there much. This last time we stayed however one of our group went to have a shower and the mixed fell right off. When we looked at it it was all corroded behind it so we took some photos and put it to the side and didnt think much of it. A few days after we checked out we got an email saying they had charged us $50 and when we tried to dispute the fact we broke it and it was in fact corroded and couldve happened at any time and was really just wear and tear they did not want a bar of it. We sent them the pics we had taken and they still did not want to acknowledge this so I would probably not stay here again just because of this reason

The actual place isn’t too bad. Weirdest thing is our bed had a massive hole like looked someone was trying to stash something on the side. I don’t think they actually cleaned the place, it definitely smelt like someone else had been in those covers before us 🤢 would not recommend this place if you have your own car because it can be a nightmare looking for car park and its expensive. According to a staff member, the apartment car park was fully booked out, it sounded like he was full of it but didn’t question. The room itself is a decent size and not too bad looking altogether. It’s an ok place if you’re guaranteed a car park is all.

This was the worst hotel that I have ever been to! The photos in the pictures DO NOT show what it is really like, the room was tiny, with a dirty feel about the whole place. The customer srevive was even worse! Inconsiderate staff who where yes smiling but where not helpful at all. And the PRICE! for an extra 10-15 bucks a night you can stay in an amazing beautiful place with actually helpful people who know what they are doing! Overall everything about my stay was horrible and painful, I would strongly recommend sleeping in your car before you book here.

Our first 2 night stay in Auckland, loved the place. Absolute neat and clean, staff was very helpful and accommodative. Market and restaurants close by. Thanks Mr Suri for all the help and personal touch. God bless you. Jai Hind.

It was a pretty good (sized) room. It was a bit expensive, but it was pretty central Auckland. Parking is not included in the room price, you can rent a park in the basement of the hotel for $25 a day. The rubbish bin had not been emptied from the previous guest, and the bed sheets had a little dirt on them (not a major amount, likely from something brushing up against it). Service at reception was friendly. Something to keep in mind is that if you were wanting to walk to locations, there is a sizable and extremely steep hill if you want to go up to lower Queen Street. Not an issue if you catch a cab however. All over I would recommend for location, accessibility and room size/facilities. However there are other competitive offerings around that area for less if booked well in advance. If your not sold on the location I would recommend City Life hotel if you can Life with a slightly smaller room for a bit cheaper, and possibly the best Central Auckland location. Also City Life has far more facilities.

Me and my Partner arrived late and night and were greeted by friendly reception staff. The living area of the apartment was large, had decent facilities and was clean. Bedroom was smaller (the bed just about fitted) but was comfortable. Given the price and the short distance to Auckland centre this was a decent place to stay.
