Waited 1 hour and 30min plus for the foods and drinks to arrive. Limited food and drink choice for happy hours. Have to chase them for the foods and drinks and they said it’s coming, but it was like 15min later. Staffs were rude and no smiling or saying any “thank you” at all. They allow their customers to double park behind my car. I waited 30min for them to find the owner of the cars to move their cars as they are blocking my way. Poor management- they didn’t record which room the car owners are at, they just say “maybe they will come out in 10min as the happy hour is finished, or maybe later im not sure”. Im sure this double parking issue is not the first day happening, yet they didn’t organise and manage well, just ask me to wait. Will I come here again? No thanks. This is not happy hour service you should serve your customers.

This place is horrible to find. Songs are ok, good to see non Chinese people coming. We came in for happy hour, ordered 4 dinner plates and it took them 2 hours to arrive. I wonder if they do this intentionally so you will order more someone's when starving

Staff were rude as basically said you can't come in as you need to book first. Did not offer us the option either to book at a later time. The location was hard to find as its hidden behind the hair school. Best to go to other kareoke bars like plush that is around the corner with better service.

not many new songs in the system, we booked a week in advance, they claim that the chef was thick so nothing from the menu can be served, and you didn’t want us know before we came. Can only order from 5 small dishes, all served cold, no water served till we ask for it, A/C are not working in both rooms. System was quite outdated, as the connection wasn’t good. Toilet was disgusting. Won’t come back again.

Food was great but mind you limited choices for hot food as they don't have enough cooks in the kitchen! Kumara chips were great! Sadly the pamphlet of available food does not have English like the menu does (not food related so I still give five for the food). Also no English translation for the different subtle flavors of bubble tea but I don't drink that stuff anyway. Lots of songs to choose from. Popular songs have different version - mv or concert versions - I think the database is live as there are songs we can download to the machine.

Typical Karaoke. Bookings are necessary. Good place to enjoy drinks with friends. Recommend going early for happy hour and so you don't get any headaches with parking if you're the sober driver. Cannot recommend the food.

Finals destination for KTV Friendly staff. Great service. Parking pretty spaces. Definitely recommended

Booked for 13 people a day before for happy hour (6pm to 9pm). Got there at 6pm, doors were not open. Everyone was standing outside in the cold not sure what was going on. Asked staff that were also outside and they didn't know either. Left the premise at around 6.20pm when there were still no signs of it opening. At 6.23pm ish our friend said they opened. Then when she checked our booking, the staff said it wasn't on the list.. Usually Party World is really good and has good speakers and songs but this time the experience was not good at all. We ended up going elsewhere. Very dissapointing.

They will charge you an extra $30 per person as a surprise. Even after you’ve booked. Major scam. Go to any other karaoke bar in Auckland

Food and price was decent, great selection of English, Chinese and Korean songs. Don't have a lot of indie tracks as expected though, can get parking too if you get there early.

It has relatively new songs, but all other facilities, food, drinks and service were poor. The phone system for calling the reception was malfunction, the song selection app does not work, one of the microphones was out of battery but the staff did not replace the microphone nor the battery, the beers were warm, the fiod platter only had two food items in it. The room is relatively clean though.

Staff are extremely rude, prepare yourself for some shocking service. They will stand in front of the TV to make you order drinks, and they start cleaning up 5 minutes before your time is due to kick you out. This place is pretty hard to find, no signage out the front, give yourself plenty of time to find the entrance. Song choices are good, the drinks menu is decent too, but don't count on the food.

The waiter with pink hair has the worst attitude. Not respectful or patient at all.
