This a beautiful store. Ms Juliet, who helped us, was wonderful. My sister and I went in not knowing exactly what we were looking for but with the assistance of Ms. Julian and my sister were able to find what she wanted. She was very helpful and insightful. I was lucky enough to work with Money at Queen St Walker and Hall, he’s been an absolute star in the whole journey of deciding our engagement ring. A month ago I went into Walker & Hall looking to buy a watch from Daniel Wellington. Unfortunately the watch I wanted was not in stock in the queens street store and had to be ordered from overseas. Popped into the queen street store this morning to see if they were able to help with my issue. My ring needed to be a bigger size to get over my knuckle by then was too loose once on. I had already been to one jewellery store down the road who were very unhelpful as I hadn’t bought the ring there, (it was a gift). They sourced the stones I wanted, suggested some designs, were clear on the cost and kept me in the loop all the way through my pendant being made through to its delivery.
