We had the absolute pleasure of working with Devon and Martin to have our rings made. Devon was a delight to work with and we felt completely informed and confident in every step of the process. Martin's workmanship is just beautiful and we are so happy with the end results. We now have rings that are unique to us and will be lifelong pieces. We also had a family ring restored and it has been given a new lease of life. 10/10 recommend!

So impressed with absolutely everything! The service, quality, price and efficiency were all top. I went in with a few pieces to fix and adjust as well as a family heirloom ring to remodel. The team gave me plenty of various options, but we're actually spot on with the initial suggestion and picked my style perfectly. They helped us through the process of designing our wedding rings after they also designed my amazing engagement ring. Went here to get an engagement ring resized. The staff there was lovely and the service provided met our expectations. $80 - for a ring resize, for 1-2 weeks wait. In my case it was completed in 1 weeks time and turned out just perfect. They offer a urgent service with 3-4 hours turnaround as well - but for a bit higher price. Highly recommend :)

I had the pleasure of working with Devon & Caitlin to design a gorgeous dress ring with a stone I already had, right from the start they made me feel super welcomed and were great at understanding what I was aiming for and their communication skills are fantastic. I would 100% recommend using Jewellers Workshop if you want it to be easy and you want something really special.

David did an amazing job! He guided us through the process, provided expert advice and found the perfect diamond for my engagement ring! We 100% trusted him the whole process. This place is a hoax, can't even give zero star. I had my ring resize 2 times but never fit. I requested them to make bigger size but it doesn't look like the size changed at all. I don't think they even resized or if they did, they just put very little gold in order to take the rest of the money. I gave measurement and try to measure at their place but they said they are too busy to assist in that. I paid 80 for resizing and 40 each time of resizing. They said on my email that they wouldn't charge for the third time resizing but when I called, I got the completely different story. They said that they would charge and lied to me that they have responded to my email regarding the enquiry. Save your money on other place that won't take your money without doing the work.
