Let me preface this by saying that I purchased some expensive diamond earrings for my wife here several years ago. HOWEVER....the service level that I received this time when shopping for an anniversary band was Truely disturbing. First of all, on the first foor of the store we could not get anyone to help or answer questions... after going upstairs we were finally approached and were directed to several displays for us to look at... by ourselves, the sales lady simply walked off... we had to chase her down to get more specific details on each piece we were interested in... but she kept leaving and we continued to track her down for further information. The climax came when we inquired about a 7 stone diamond band... it was less carats than I wanted and asked if they had a larger carat version... that's when she took the ring back out of my hand, put it back in the display and said "Yes we do... but it is VERY expensive ".... I'm sorry what did you say?... I could not believe that she had just said that to me... she was questioning my ability to pay for a ring!... needless to say I walked out and took my wife with me NOT HAPPY with the audacity of this store or its sales people... So we walked next door to some of the nicest people at Michael Hill and spent 38k on a 7 stone 2.5 carat diamond anniversary band and a 7 carat diamond tennis bracelet .... I guess my credit card worked just fine for them... I would avoid Partridge Jewelers... I'm the customer spending money...you should remember that.

Having bought a number of watches now from Partridges, i can truly say that the team are exceptional for service and range. I have been dealing with Lily Kim for the last couple of years and she has been able to source me some of the most exceptional watches for myself and my family. Looking forward to extending my collection in the future with Partridges. Well done guys.

My partner and I were seeking for wedding bands before our wedding, and we were serving by a lovely and adorable lady who named Roxie. She was full of passion when she was serving us, which introduced various style of wedding bands to my partner and I. She always has a smile face to us. I have to say, the staff in this store are so friendly and welcoming, I was dealing with Sabrina. I was greeted at the door by Sabrina who welcomed me into store and within minutes we struck up a lasting relationship. Customer service was just amazing, The lovely Sabrina took great care of us and listened attentively to what we wanted to purchase. Sabrina's service was first class and made the whole experience a memorable one . A very nice and welcoming touch.... Have been to this store a few times and the service by some of the younger staff leaves a lot to be desired, especially given the amount of money you spend here. You’d expect a little better than unfriendly and rather uninterested. Asked to use a bathroom and was told to use the one down the road at Deloitte (which you’re not allowed to)- after spending close to 6k, that’s annoying 🤷🏼‍♂️ Treat your customers better!

I had bad experience in this store with Asian women who is so unfriendly and grumpy. But then I noticed that she is friendly towards Asian customers. Well...you are should put the sign outside your shop that you prefer Asian customers only.

I have been here a couple times looking for pearls and other various items in the store but while looking for watches I was greeted by this very down to earth girl. I wanted to purchase an omega james bond watch but they didn't have any in stock. She helped me try on some of the other omegas but since I was in a crunch for time I had to leave. The girl was very nice and really kind thank you for helping with the watches and I hope to be back soon.

Extremely pleasant experience with the staff at partridge. Very patient and helped me select the right watch for me. Just got the 2 watches in hand right now and I couldn't be happier. Oliver was extremely helpful and gave a variety of selection that appealed to my taste, and helped me select the best watch for me that day.
