Here is my story: I introduced this shop to my partner when he want to fix his jewelry because I know this place is a big brand, seems professional and new shop looks nice, but turns out to be the biggest mistake we’ve ever made. First we went there, asking do you fix jewelry? Yes we do. Ok, so what’s the procedure? Oh we will check your products and give you a quote. Sounds very reasonable so we brought it 2nd day. We handled a ring and a bracelet to the girl staff whose name is “Imagine” or something like that. They refused to tell me the name and no name card on uniform so I can only tell you she is a long hair white girl. We told her the ring problem is the hook for the ball is broken, while the bracelet problem is the clip/button broken so can’t close. That girl asked whether we want to fix the chain as well? (It’s a safety chain) so we said yes. BTW, there’s no any paperwork handle back to us after they took our jewelry. My BF has concern when we back home, but I told him should be fine, after all it is a big company and it has reputation. Around 1 week after, we happened to be at Westfield when we received phone call from them, telling us it would be $500 for both of them, of course we will go ahead. In case drama happened, we went to the shop immediately to confirm it. Same girl we met, and she’s the one called my partner as well. So I asked 1. Is that the cost for both 2 products? YES. 2. Is that for everything need to be repair? YES. Some weeks after, my BF received the call saying they both finished. But it’s actually just ring is done when my BF arrived there. When I saw the ring, I noticed they replaced the hook to hold the ball which is right. But on the ball there’s mark from previous hook which you supposed to put the hook on that position. My BF said it’s fine so we just leave it. Until that Saturday we passed by the shop and we mentioned about this ring when we asked about the bracelet. This time it is the manager Christine, middle age white lady who also wearing glasses. She checked everything and immediately understand the problem and tell us he will let the jewelrist(whatever what it called) to fix it. Ok, sounds pretty good. She also handed us a purple card as a proof and bring it to pickup our products. That’s the first time I know such thing existence. Another some days, my BF picked up the ring and pretty satisfied. And then, another like 2-3 weeks after, which is today, my BF got the call and said the bracelet is ready. But until by BF arrived there, he being told that there’s another $500 cost? For replacing the clip/button? And after a while argument, manager offer a discount price as $420? How generous! I went there straight away right after me finish work, to figure out what’s going on. I noticed the girl staff was there so I invited her together in our conversation with the manager. I asked why you charge that extra? Why we never been told about it until it got fixed? In that case why need “QUOTE” for? And then what manager keep repeating is all about we need to fix this, repair here, repair there blah blah blah. So? It’s none of my business. You should let me know first and it’s customer make decision not you make decisions on behalf of customer! Manager keeps telling me how good their company is, how good service they offer. No please, sorry I can’t feel it so far, the whole thing is like a joke. And manager told me the fee we paid before is for the chain not the button. The girl claimed she has confirmed us whether need to replace the chain and we said yes? I told her this is the only conversation when we gave you products. Shouldn’t you tell us extra cost before you start? And we come here to fix it so we can use it. Why we would need to replace the chain while the bracelet still not working? Due to characters limit, I can only stop here. But you can imagine the frustration here. I would never go back.

The store was impeccably clean, and Lily promptly checked the availability of the timepiece and band we preferred. I highly recommend Lily for her outstanding services.     I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Logan Pollard of Partridges New Market store for the exceptional service he gave me when I recently purchased my Tudor watch. Right from the start he was easy to deal with and thoughtful of my requirements. I had been saving for this particular timepiece for over two years and was somewhat anxious about wether I had chosen the right one but his professionalism eased my mind and ultimately helped me confirm the purchase. Never before I have spent so much money with such ease, thank you Logan for making me feel very special. See you again in two more years!

    Fantastic service. Awesome warm and inviting store, with a great range of watches and jewelry to look through. Dealt with Tristan, extremely professional and personable; his knowledge of products from all the brands was amazing. Cannot recommend high enough

    Excellent service with high-level customer service ++ I bought my engagement ring from Lily, and my fiance loved it. As I did not know the size of the ring, she offered me the resizing, which was very helpful. Last time, I also bought Jager Reverso and Cartier Tankmust from Lily and she always brought me the best service. Highly recommended. Thank you, Partridge Newmarket!!

    I came to the Newmarket branch this weekend to purchase a birthday present for my partner. Logan was so helpful to us and showed us a range of items for her to look through after finding out her preferences and explained what exactly the items were each comprised of and gave us champagne and chocolates at the end. 10/10 customer service I will be back!

    I had an amazing experience at the newly opened Partridge Newmarket store! My partner and I were helped by the lovely Annie who showed us some beautiful rings from their extensive collection. I was blown away by the quality of the craftsmanship but also by Annie's awesome personality, professionalism and spirit. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed. The pear shaped ring that we looked at is definitely my dream ring and we look forward to coming in again in the future while we make our decision. Thank you Annie!

    I would highly recommend Partridge, especially to Lily and Annie. Annie is really kind and helpful with my purchase. She even use her own time to answer my questions about how to choose a pearl necklace and other gift for my family. Lily is also very nice and friendly.     Thoroughly recommended. Have become my jewellers of choice. Staff are highly attentive and listen to your requests. With such an array of options, I have always been able to buy something incredibly personal and special.     Really dissapointed with the staff here. Bought a watch and it was NEVER delivered to duty free for pick up. I would expect that a $11,000 watch comes with some level of service and professionalism. I will say that they did resolve the issue and apologise which was nice to see Update: the owner Grant did phone me to clarify this issue and rectify mistakes which was really appreciated. His handling of the situation was impecable which has restored my faith in the company

    We had a really pleasant experience in this shop today. We were greeted and served by a really lovely lady (I didn’t get her name, she had blonde hair) who showed us around. Love that she was not a pushy or fake salesperson. 10/10 for high end customer service!

    Just purchased a Grand Seiko from Partridge Jewellers Newmarket and I couldn't be happier. Linda, Christian and Logan were incredibly helpful and gave me wonderful watch suggestions and honest opinions that really helped me choose the perfect watch. They were patient with me and always welcomed me to the store whenever I wanted to try some watches on. Bonus points because Christian and Logan managed to fit my watch perfectly on the first try!

    It was an unforgettable day on the last day of the year 2021, I bought my engagement ring at Partridge New Market shop. This is my first time buying jewellers in New Zealand, tell you what, I will HIGHLY recommend this shop, not just because of the products in high quality and well-designed, but also the high quality of the customer service from Annie and Logan. Much appreciated with their excellent knowledge and experience on jewelles, Annie is professional and very helpful, always smiles and answers all my questions with details and no push, Logan is a real gentleman with warm smile and hospitalble manner . Without any doubt I spent more money later for my Mom as well, a very beautiful beryl with diamond Pendant. It was an amazing and pleasant experience, I can't recommend the shop and Annie& Logan enough! Thank you so much Annie and Logan! I am looking forward to coming back for my watch in the future!
