Went here specifically for product and glad I did as I normally buy on line. But found out they were discontinuing my make up brand- coloursceince I get from there. Cost $$$ The staff was very helpful

Very disappointing. I am 31 and was in Ponsonby clinic for botax around 2 months ago. After the first session, the result was way below my expectations. I had afew small lines on crow's feet. They are not permanent and appear only when I smile. In the first session I had around 6 units botax per side. Sadly, not only the lines haven't gone, but also the botax relaxed some muscles around my eyes and made incorporating some other muscles and created more lines on my nois when I smile (this is what doctor told me). So now when I smile I have lines on my nose along with crow's feet. After that I had two more sessions for ferther treatments and had about 6 more units per side. But nothing changed around my eyes. So I gave up and stopped contacting them. I had this botax for my forehead and frowns as well. They worked slightly better after the third session. However my forehead is not still smooth. Also the botax last for me less than 2 months. Either the botax qualify is not good, or the doctor does not know how to do the injections. So I would say, just wast of time and money. I had tried botax somewhere else before when I was overseas and I was very happy with the results after the first session.

I visited PCMC to get Botox under my armpits as I have a sweating condition, I found the staff to be friendly, really informative and extremely gentle when doing the Botox I barely felt anything! Much better then my previous experiences at other places. 100% recommend

One year ago I've decided to do a simple nasolabial hyaluronic acid top up at Ponsonby Cosmetic Medical Clinic which until the present moment was the worse decision I've done in my life. Since then my life has become a endless nightmare, changing my life in a very bad way. I had it done by the a nurse called Alwyne Jones, which was visibly very insecure during the whole procedure, the results were terrible, the filler moved through my nose and created lumps and bags along the nose lines until my eyes. After that I returned to the clinic to dissolve it with hyaluronidase (which is highly avoided by professionals) this time by Dr.Paul Nola. Again a terrible decision, my face literally melted in various spots and I was unrecognizable. Felling "sorry" Dr. Paul Nola offered me a reconstruction with fillers, and as I was desperate I've accepted. Another mistake, I've returned more then 10 times to the clinic after that ( I have all the records and appointments confirmation) and Paul Nola literally was playing trial and error with my face, and ended up deforming all my features and expressions. Desolate and having serious problems in my marriage and personal life I've decided to seek treatment in Europe with an expert in facial reconstruction. As I suspected the doctor being a expert didnt want to use dissolvents all at once so my face wouldn't suffer the consequences and get even more saggy. The treatment still ongoing as I need to give a 4 months break between sections. In total I have spent more than NZD$30.000 not including flights tickets and hotels. I still have at least 8 more months of treatment to come and I still dont look even 1/3 similar to what I was before. Today I decided to write to alert and help people so this doesn't happen with no one else. Its very sad, today I am 30 years old and people often give me 10 years more. I dont look great and I obviously dont feel great, dealing with serious low self-esteem issues. In case the answer for this review is" we dont have records of a client with your name in our clinic registration" I have all the appointment messages, pictures and evidences for those who are interested to know more about it and want to contact me via email. I dont wish to anybody the moral, social and financial damages that I am going through. Always make sure treatments are done by serious highly qualify professionals is key, and most importantly to like yourself as you are first.

I've wanted lip filler for years, but I was to scared of the pain. I came to see Paul and he was absolutely amazing! Made me feel comftable right away and blocked all the pain. I will definitely be back for more 😀
