    Loving this gym, facilities are great (showers, lockers, parking) and it has a friendly and local vibe with all the staff getting to know you and chatting. Circuits are challenging and fun, love the strength training focus.

    love this place so much! all of the coaches are so welcoming and approachable and they really just want you to do well and improve. I knew nothing about boxing but starting off with ubx was the best decision I made, already see differences and it’s been j under 2 months !!

    Always such a positive atmosphere and staff are super friendly and encouraging, always motivating you to push yourself. I like that the workouts change each day keeping it interesting and can get it done in 45 mins. Would highly recommend.

    Absolutely LOVE coming to UBX. Not only are the work outs fun and effective, the coaches are all amazing! Always a friendly environment and I’ve learnt so much since joining. Highly recommend joining this awesome team!

    I’ve been going for a few months, lost 6kg, and I couldn’t recommend it more. the vibe is good, the trainers are super motivating and also take the time to teach you technique, the staff are best I’ve come across in a fitness setting in long time. The setup where you can roll in and go hard with no set class times is amazing for busy lives as well. I’ll be keeping going for a long while to come, I’m hooked and love letting out some stress on a punching bag in a cool environment with helpful and rad staff.

    Best gym I’ve ever been to, as I can never get anywhere on time, but don’t have to worry at UBX as it is a 12 round circuit meaning there are no set class times so you can jump in on any round every 3 minutes! I love that it doesn’t take long to get into shape with the range of exercises. Also the trainers are amazing and supportive and are a good laugh aswell :)

    Second week in and really enjoying the club. The individual workout stations are great as you can push yourself as hard as you want without the pressure of someone next to you. Coaches are awesome, and do a great job of encouraging and supporting without stepping on your toes. The pads round would be my favourite. Would recommend!

    SO impressed with my experience at UBX Grey Lynn so far!! Not having fixed class times/booking slots has been so helpful with my hectic work schedule - it gives me the flexibility to gym whenever it suits me best! The trainers are awesome and the one-on-one boxing training is so helpful too! The facilities are super impressive - loving the results I’m already seeing! Highly recommend this gym 😊

    UBX Grey Lynn is warm and inviting and the trainers that I've worked with so far – Sam, Cam and Jess – have been nothing short of amazing. You really feel supported and championed when working out. It's also really good if you've only done boxing for cardio purposes and you really want to correct your technique. I love the vibe and family feel!

    This is a really great gym. The staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and professional and make you feel very welcome. The format of the workout is great because you're stuck wondering what to do next. It's structured but flexible and the fact that your membership comes with a heart rate monitor and a leaderboard means that it's highly motivating.

    Excellent gym concept with an awesome crew running it. The flexibility works for me with a new class starting every three minutes. I just roll up, smash out a work out, and I’m gone.

    UBX Greylynn is always welcoming. Sam,Cam and the rest of the team are always on hand to assist, push you that extras 5% and give you the encouragement that’s needed during those early morning sessions. Plus all the equipment is well maintained.

    My favourite gym experience I have done in Auckland. You get the structure of a gym class with the guided workouts but the flexibility of not having set class times. Staff are very welcoming and supportive.

    Love, love, love UBX Grey Lynn! The trainers are amazing and super knowledgeable. 💜 I would never have considered myself much of a boxer before and I wouldn’t say I’m overly coordinated.. but everyone’s been so patient and supportive and I definitely see improvements within myself! 🥊 Everyday is such an epic workout and the fact that there isn’t set class times/ booking times means it’s super flexible. Its super handy if you’re someone that is often running late. 😂 You simply come during this opening hours and start where you like (which was a huge selling point for me personally). Definitely recommend trying it out!

    Awesome gym! A really great mix of boxing and strength exercises. So easy to get your workout in with video instructions for every station and amazing trainers. If you're looking for somewhere to get fit and look forward to your workout, this is it!
