What’s the point of such a little warehouse with limited stock? I wanted some cargo pants. They had 3. All were xxxl. Useless.

Anything affordable with good quality? You can get them here. It is the place to stock up your new apartment, to warm you up on winter. They all look good with minimum price. And won't break easily.

Over the last 18 years I have lived in Auckland Central, all my life in Auckland, 56 years. I have spent obscene amounts of money within Warehouse branches over the years. So again, for the last 18 years SPENDING MONEY, NOT STEALING, at The Warehouse Downtown, no longer there, and now The Atrium. So today I popped in to check out the range of Mustang cars as I do every week, I BOUGHT two, a small purchase of $23.00. As I left the store, I realized I had left my sunglasses on the display shelf, check your camera, so I rushed back in to retrieve them. Big tough Mr. Security dude saw me, and targeted me, as clearly I was stealing today, really?!! 🤔 I did not appreciate his attitude at all, as clearly I was scum trying to steal, wearing my jeans and tee shirt, and not my usual suit and tie. I will never enter this Warehouse again, and trust me I won't, I'll just make the effort to Newmarket, plus they still have DVDs and CDs (not anymore). Bye bye Atrium... 😡 Update: 22/09/23. Sophia on checkout needs to be somewhat more friendlier, thats what customer service is all about. But customer service has been dying a slow death in my country for years... 😡

How irresponsible does a company have to be- when they knowingly wind up the Social and financial pressure on families, by starting to promote Christmas more than TWO MONTHS out. Litterally the 20th of OCTOBER. All for what? more money. And in what spirit of what religion, thinks it's ok to have a day of celebration focussed around corperate scumbags who are exploiting it this badly.

I had marketplace offers and discounts and purchased over $200 worth of items. Nobody asked me to scan my coupons, as they do at the other stores. I then asked for a refund to get my offers and the staff weren't trained adequately and did not know how to do this process. Then there was a line and the customers were being arrogant. An older lady tried to assist and was shot down by her coworker. They don't have the best variety of stock either due to it being such a small store. Only shop here because I live in the city. Next time I will go elsewhere.

They have horrible customer service as I was standing in the queue and when I went for payment the guy was shouting and angry with me. As the lady in front of me said that she actually give me permission to do before her as I just had one item but man that was behind the counter got angry and told me off!

This place is small but it's good. I could find the things that I needed but the service is not good. I couldn't find a product and I asked one of the employees and he replied like he was doing me a favor. Also a woman at the cashier, she looks old, she's really rude.

5 stars due to the customer service. Staff sis always nice, friendly, and super helpful. The location is great and I love ordering online and picking up at this store if they don't have what I need directly in-store but usually well stocked.

Staff appeared rude while visiting CBD store for a return. Interrogated with unnecessary/ illogical questions and that too without a smile (like police asking a criminal) which was so rude 😞

Discrimination- when i asked for the displayed fan that i would like to purchase. Warehouse staff refused me. But later on someone else asked for they sold it.

Very friendly and considerate staff from the ones who are prompt with your order to the kind security at the front. This venue is my go-to during Level 3! Just scan the order QR with your camera, enter the order details, and wait for your name to be called.
