    My previous experiences at DFS galleria in Auckland has been nothing but pleasant. However, todays shopping experience was not only a chaos, but the entire encounter was very disappointing. I interacted with 4 staff members of the store, and not a single one of them genuinely wanted to help. Not only was their demeanour extremely off-putting, but they displayed rudeness and impatience, making it clear that customers presence and questions were an inconvenience to them. I made 2 transactions today, first was for a duty free shop and second, to use a $300 voucher that was provided from the first transaction. As the voucher had a 7-day expiry, I decided purchase some clothing pieces. The stores policy was that I use my loyalty points first (which was just over $100 with a 2 year expiry) and then I could use the $300 voucher. During the transaction, the final price was miscalculated and the staff suggested I pay additional to pay for the items, when in fact the voucher and loyalty points exceeded the amount of the purchase. If I had not carefully checked the prices, I would’ve over paid. Overall, my experience today at DFS was not only disappointing but also disheartening. It is imperative for the management to address these issues promptly and invest in training to ensure a more positive and customer-centric shopping environment in the future.

    During my recent shopping experience at T Galleria DFS in Auckland, I encountered a few of young sales associates on the ground floor in the cosmetics section. Unfortunately, their attitude was bit far from satisfactory. Despite having the opportunity to assist customers, these young salespeople seemed to selectively choose whom to help. Even during their idle moments, they opted to focus on adjusting their makeup in front of the mirrors rather than acknowledging customers in need. Some exhibited an indifferent attitude, deliberately avoiding eye contact. I found this behavior perplexing, as it left me questioning the criteria for their selective assistance. It is evident that these young ladies could benefit from additional training and guidance to improve their customer service skills. Overall, this experience has left a negative impression, and I hope DFS takes measures to ensure a more inclusive and customer-focused environment in the future.

    I came to watch the dragon dancers for lunar new year with my toddler in a pram. The doorman was super helpful and offered to carry my pram up to the entry without me asking. Once inside staff walked me to the lift and pressed the appropriate button. Great caring service.

    I visited T Galleria yesterday (17/05) and was greeted by a lovely sales assistant named Nicole at the watch section. She took her time to show me around different areas and was willing to answer all my questions. Nicole provided me with a fantastic end to end service and I will definitely be coming back to shop with her again. I must also mention sales assistant Michael from the watch section who helped me narrow down my options, providing me all the necessary details to feel fully satisfied with my final decision. Thank you Nicole and Michael for all your help. :-)

    All Chinese sales there are like live in another world, can’t find anyone has great attitude or professional skills. There is a Chinese saleswoman with protruding mouth displays an unbelievably disrespectful and shockingly impolite demeanor. I'd rather throw my money into the ocean rather than purchase anything from you. Take some good training PLEASE!

    This is such a hidden gem!! From the building to the brands inside to the staff, really enjoyed shopping here. Amazing brand lineup in one building, will come back next time I am in town. PS. the beauty selection here is great, and the staff will help you shop from multiple brands.

    Worst customer service in NZ. The sales at ground floor are really rude and impatient, I just wanna ask a face cleaner’s price, she said “Maybe a few dozen dollars.” ….If I know the exactly price why am I still asking? She just too lazy to check it for me.

    I came to DFS with my friends for a little bit of browsing. The store is amazing and has a diverse range of good brands. I met Nicole at level 1 and she welcomed me with open arms. Her unconditional patience and kindness gave us an astounding shopping experience. I will definitely come back again. Many thanks to Nicole.

    Bought watch today and I find it did not moving only about 20 minutes after leaving DFS, when I back to them for replacing battery or check, they send me at customer service center then they told me I have to wait around 2 weeks for replacing battery, it was gift for my daughter's birthday which is today!!!!!

    Pay a visit to duty free shop in CBD Unfortunately because Covid-19 only ground floor is opened for public. Cosmetic stalls are not fully operated Still full of customers thou Very big discount right now

    Nice and very friendly staff. They will ask you do you need help or not, if you are all good they will let you browse around. Not going to make you feel awkward. Feels easy to ask questions about cosmetic products and they are very reliable and attentive when serving. Very good at cross selling I tell you that. And always remind you what's on sale and collect your vip points. 😊

    I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at DFS Ground Floor Beauty. As you can see I give it a 5 Stars. That was a very smooth & pleasant experience from beginning to end. More specifically I would like give high praise to the salesperson Krisen. Not only was she extremely patient & helpful, but also a true professional. She is knowledgeable about all Lamer products and was happy to explain. She also advised the full details of the Lucky Draw promotion DFS is currently on. I truly enjoyed her service and will definitely be back soon.

    Due to the pandemic DFS is nothing like 10 years ago. There were full of tourists and shoppers here but now it's really quiet. But the staffs were happy and caring customers. Thank you.

    Great service from the staff member at the Ralph Lauren section. The concept is great: you can shop duty free and pick up your purchases at the airport upon leaving the country. You also have the opportunity to buy full price (with duties) and leave the store with your purchases. Great variety of brands and products. You’ve got everything from clothing to cosmetics and accessories. Worth a visit!

    Today I went to DFS and came across one of the best customer service experiences of my life. When I was browsing the Lancôme counter, the salesperson Weimei proactively approached me. She had such a kind and supportive demeanour that I immediately felt at ease. I told her what I needed and she gave me a very thoughtful recommendation. I was on a budget as it was a gift for my son's teacher and her recommendation was absolutely great value. After that she accompanied me to the Tom Ford counter. She wanted to makes sure the gift was gift wrapped exquisitely. I am not a VIP, but Weimei made me feel like a VVIP. I will definitely come back for all my gift shopping as I am full of heartfelt gratitude to Weimei for the amazing and fantastic customer experience.

    One of the best customer service I have experienced lately in Auckland. I was in need to purchase a very last minute gift but had quite a tight budget. Ended up looking at some watches and Bella was very patient in showing me the options. Very professional, much appreciated.

    Bad customer service from Bvlgari !! 25 June 2023 at around 1pm, I was browsing Bvlgari jewelry and interested in a ring , the only staff who is a middle age lady was rude wouldn’t like to introduce the ring, not to mention try on. BV’s service was excellent and their staff was her first day. Huge difference!! Bvlgari staff needs a break from work.

    Stop by today to see the new Celine shop. To find something for my sister. Look around in the shop and and tried many items while talking through FaceTime with me sister. Staff member, Parny was very attentive and helpful during shopping she made me feel comfortable during shopping and end up with purchasing a nice pair of sunglasses. My sister loves them. Then Parny showed me to Bvlgari shop and introduced to Anna she was very friendly as well. I bought a nice ring for myself. Overall store experience was very pleasant and lovely. Will be back again soon.

    I recently made watch purchase here at DFS Auckland. The Sales Associate Peter was the one who introduced and sold me on a particular high-end Swiss timepiece; he was very patient in explaining the rich brand history and functionality of the watch. I was very impressed with the high level of professionalism which made the purchasing experience ever so pleasant. My appreciation really lies with Peter's willingness to explain and answer all my queries which really shows his drive and passion to deliver excellent customer service! Thank you Peter!

    I was looking for my next great timepiece to be added to my collection. I passed by T Galleria at custom house and found a great selection of watches on the second floor. The staff, in particular Peter and Fiona have shown a great depth in their knowledge about watches, and go above and beyond by providing me with a wonderful buying experience. I ended up bought a Seven Friday and an Omega Speedmaster Professional. Overall, it’s a five star experience.

    First of all, all the staff I met were extremely rude. I inquired about purchasing a product from several employees, but all they said was that it wasn't their responsibility. When I asked if there were unopened items for purchase, the employee responded with an angry tone. I was simply checking for a clean, untouched item to gift someone important, and the staff's disrespectful attitude angered me. Worst service. It was also very uncomfortable that all the waitstaff spoke to us in Chinese, despite us not knowing the language. We went to buy a gift with a positive mindset, but had the worst experience. It would be more appropriate for the staff to use English or Maori, which are the official languages of Aotearoa New Zealand, rather than speaking Chinese to non-Chinese Asian customers. Such a disappointing experience.
