    Never managed to wear a pair out before the strap has broken and I've owned around 12 pairs. I've had more life out of a $5 pair of Warehouse jandles. Definately a designer fault (or not) at play here. Keep you buying and buying. *Update 20/02/18. Another pair bites the dust well before it should. Hardly worn them. Very disappointed.

    Ordered two new pairs - my last two pairs literally snapped within days of each other - I ended up wearing different jandals on each foot. They were about 18 months old. But I bit the bullet again and purchased another two pairs. The delivery was speedy and arrived on working day #2 after a weekend order. I was impressed with the courier service and the products I received looked good. Now to test out the quality and longevity of my latest pairs...

    Bought a pair online and it was the wrong size and customer service was the worst iv experienced ever, contacted the website as it stated on their returns section and no response no matter how many times I emailed/called etc they were useless!! Never buying again.

    Bought the wrong size for my daughter for Xmas and can not get a refund because it is after 14 days. Not happy at lack of customer care.

    Ordered a pair about 12 months ago, and the wrong style was delivered - although rectified some days later. Ordered another pair a week ago, and again the wrong style was delivered. Emailed 2 sets of customer support in this instance and have heard nothing back. Edit; I've heard back from management a few days later, after contacting them, who promptly rectified the issue for me. Changed from 1 star to 4 stars.

    I'm standing outside the store. Shop is said to be open if you check online...but it's not (actually this is the third time I've been down here to find a closed store). Just walked down from K'Rd...(my feet are an awkward fit, so I need to try shoes/jandals on). Giving up on you, Havianas...

    I adore Havaianas, they are my ultimate go to jandal. They last for ages and the quality is awesome AND they are comfortable. The only thing that lets it all down is the shipping time...10 days after ordering them online I am still waiting... no tracking details provided for me to check in, no updates, just me, sat by the window waiting for the courier. Shipping is definitely an area they could improve upon.

    Delivery took way longer than expected and when I contacted the customer service team, I got a response that frankly was dishonest, lazy, and incompetent. Terrible customer service.

    Terrible customer service since day one. It took ages to be delivered, once that happened it was a faulty item (each one different size), another novel to have it returned, staff not trained to process a refund, and so on. It's been more than a month of this ongoing and I still haven't got it sorted. It's a shame, as I know the brand from ages and seeing that it's so badly managed from this part of the world.

    They don’t last anymore. We bought a pair for my daughter and 2 days later the wording started coming off. Brought it back to store and the customer service was terrible - the woman at the counter insisted it was wear and tear and that my daughter has been biking in them which she hadn’t been. Managed to get a free new pair after much argument but the new pair only lasted 3 weeks before the strap broke.
