After 40imutes of walk, you will be able to see one of the best waterfalls in Auckland region. To see a Crystal clear waterfall gushing down to bottom makes you feel you are in paradise!

The waitakere ranges has lost it touch, you cant get a true bush experience by coming here as all of the tracks that lead into the heart of the bush have been closed by the council for reasons that are on their own agenda, based on botched reports and science,

Great park and so easy to enter. Just a shame most places have restrictions because of the kauri die back.

A beautiful place to visit. The park is huge and everything is very spread out, which makes it difficult to hike many trails in one day.

5 starts for all the tracks nearby. However, google map does not direct you to an entry point of this park. Anyone know where the entry point is?

Although I live in the foothills of the waitakere ranges I haven't been in the ranges for a little while but it is beautiful.
