Had
a
gift
card
through
my
office
but
it
took
4
staff
to
figure
out
how
to
use
it.
I
used
it
a
week
ago
and
it
was
fine.
Today
1
staff
member
was
quite
rude
saying
‘nothing
they
can
do
about
it
I
have
to
download
the
ap
and
speak
to
some
technical
staff.
I
severely
doubt
that’s
how
a
service
business
operates.
The
gift
card
is
a
perk
my
business
offers
and
I
was
using
a
business
phone
so
can’t
download
their
app
nor
was
I
required
to
the
previous
times
I
have
visited.
This
one
staff
member
was
so
rude
I
felt
the
need
to
write
this
review
and
I
will
tell
my
place
of
work
to
no
longer
buy
giftcards
for
their
staff
as
the
service
experienced
was
really
not
ok.
I
think
you
should
retrain
some
of
your
staff
to
trying
to
help
customers
instead
of
being
blunt
aggressive
and
rude.
Solutions
requiring
the
customer
to
jump
through
hoops
to
use
a
giftcard
will
only
result
in
no
one
returning
-
plenty
of
coffee
places
in
the
city
with
kinder
staff.
