    Love my drinks And costumer service was excellent. But Not so happy with the toilet. Need to see by the higher management to help them with detail cleaning by hiring a professional commercial cleaner. Vandalism is everywhere and so smelly that can’t stay there in a minute.

    Opening hours indicate the shop closes at 10pm. However, the second floor and Toilet are not available for customers after 8:30pm or earlier and staff members instruct customers to use McDonalds toilets. Very disappointing service standard from a well reputed brand. Simply hire staff members with higher work ethics, not the lazy ones who do not want to work any harder.

    Says 1am close. Currently 10.40pm and the door is shut. Really bloody annoying considering we came here just to get a drink all the way from Albany. Need to update your times. 16.04.2022

    Ordered 2 promotional drinks. They tasted disgusting and were warm. I waited for around 10 minutes for staff to acknowledge me at the counter, and when I told them it was warm they weren’t accountable and just took my drink from me and added a scoop of ice. The staff were so rude both when ordering and needing service. Always extremely busy but I don’t think that’s an excuse for rudeness and bad quality products.

    On the morning of February 15, on my way to work, I stopped at starbucks Queen street to buy drinks for my friend and me. Everything is very good but only one thing is the attitude of an Asian girl staff named Alice. This staff member's attitude is very bad, she was very annoyed when I wanted to add a pump of coffee to my two drinks. She also checked my order with a very hostile attitude and spoke in a very disrespectful way towards me. I hope the manager at the store should review this employee's attitude so as not to affect the experience of other customers.

    Decent 'bucks - the mezzanine is a great spot to chill - even though electricity outlets are in hot demand. It's busy and the wait can be a while but it's spacious.

    Ordered an egg Benedict in a quiet morning and they kept me waiting for 15 minutes. I had to asked that young Indian girl twice to get my food heated. Get some brain to work girl. Don’t waste ppl’s precious time in the morning in working days.

    Warm and inviting Starbucks with comfortable seating. Friendly service and willing to answer questions. The steak and cheese hand pie was tasty. And I was game to try the hot chocolate with dairy milk because I've heard that milk tastes better in New Zealand.

    I Ordered only 2drink around 9:30pm while no any single customer and they keep me waiting around 16minutes. I see 4staffs two were busy cleaning and two were chatting while making my order. After she finished making my drink she didn’t cover it and pass it to me, she kept talking and laughing😡 ( as I remember her name is yaku something)I never give any bad review, this is my first time that is staff have a really bad attitude at work place. I used to like go to Starbucks queen st before but I will not return back again 😤😡

    I love their second level, it is a very good place to bring your laptop to get your assignment done or your work done. I always see some students here doing their assignments. I also love their cold drinks, I always have their caramel cream frappuccino, this is my favourite!

    It would be good if the staff could have headsets for when they are letting customers know their order is done as it is hard to hear them. Other than the I enjoyed my muffin and I was wondering if you wanted cream or sauce on the waffle is that extra.

    Service is bad. They often spell name wrong and the ordered beverages are hardly consistent. Their toilets are a health and safety concern - extremely unhygienic. Obnoxious security that fights with paying clients and treats the thieves well. Pure circus of an operation. Needs better staff from front line to security. Security look like former criminals, no wonder the homelessness love to come here.

    my usual go to is the Britomart store, but since I was walking up Queen St, I decide to order from here. Unfortunately I feel that I had a not very happy experience. My drink took nearly 30mins to make, people that ordered way after me got their drinks before me. While waiting and observing, they got a lot of orders wrong, which lead to having to re-make the drinks and delaying the orders. Service was friendly though.

    Nice layout of the cafe: two stories with quiet nooks with enough space to spread your things out. Can get busy and a bit loud, and wifi can be hit or miss, especially upstairs. Staff was consistently nice and drinks were always great!

    I asked for a large and hot white chocolate mocha. I received a cold drink that was one size smaller than what I asked for. Starbucks always waters down their cold coffee with 75% ice, and I hate cold coffee in the first place. I know it was loud in there, but it's pretty hard to mistake a person who specifies hot when their mouth is not making the "oh" shape in the word cold. This was not a difficult order to accomplish.

    I’ve been a big fan of Starbucks through the whole of the US and across the world. I’ve always appreciated the consistency of their dark roast. I can honestly say that today I was served the worst cappuccino I’ve had anywhere, ever & that was after having it remade because the first one was undrinkable it was so hot. Store was a mess of trash & uncleaned tables. What an embarrassment to the brand.

    Best coffee in town. They make the yummiest coffee, frappuccino, Teas, cold beverages. I have tried their many flavours like (Triple mocha, strawberry cream, cookies & cream, mocha java chip, white chocolate mocha ). All of them where so tasty, delicious & amazing.Bit expensive but quality and taste is really good. The staff was very kind and helpful. Thank you.

    Almond milk option but everything about this coffe was a tainted taste of dairy which made me sick as lactose intolerant. Asked specifically fir Almond milk as have a allergy. Staff were very rude and continued to re serve dairy tainted coffee when I asked for a new coffee. Worst service and rough place with rough staff. Who don't get customers requests right, or deal with complaints very well.

    Always my go to when in Auckland. Great coffee every time. Top notch food. Very consistent. Although I came at a busy patch they served me quickly and my order was out in a timely manner. Cheers team

    Nice place to chill when you are tired. Quite busy during rush hours so the waiting time will be a little bit long and sometimes the staff will get our orders wrong. But overall very nice!

    Had a gift card through my office but it took 4 staff to figure out how to use it. I used it a week ago and it was fine. Today 1 staff member was quite rude saying ‘nothing they can do about it I have to download the ap and speak to some technical staff. I severely doubt that’s how a service business operates. The gift card is a perk my business offers and I was using a business phone so can’t download their app nor was I required to the previous times I have visited. This one staff member was so rude I felt the need to write this review and I will tell my place of work to no longer buy giftcards for their staff as the service experienced was really not ok. I think you should retrain some of your staff to trying to help customers instead of being blunt aggressive and rude. Solutions requiring the customer to jump through hoops to use a giftcard will only result in no one returning - plenty of coffee places in the city with kinder staff.

    I came here a few times and I can say that the staff is very nice ! Even when there are a lot of people, they take time and are always pleasant and polite. Drinks are always good, my favorite basic for everyday : caramel macchiato !!

    Ordered through the app today and sat there with a friend. The place is pretty nice with lots of space with all good vibes 😎… But the toilets were very sus… the toilet area itself smelled funky 🤪

    Worst service Starbucks ever in the world!!! Banana bread toasted came out 5 minutes before coffee. When I asked for a fresh one it was snatched and same piece put in toaster 20 seconds and given babb be to me just warm. None of the girls want to be here. Miserable Shiite service.

    I understand they may be busy, since it is at the central city location. However, the wait time is very long at times, especially during peak hours. Nevertheless, the staff here are good and make people feel welcoming, but the wait time can be shortened by, for example, hiring more staff.

    Great location and mezzanine seating inside. Came here with my family 3 times over the past week and yes it can get busy. Sadly on each visit the service has been so far below the bar - despite the staff being different. Rude, unwelcoming and an overall vibe that we were putting them out by ordering. Food tossed on the counter….etc Sort it out Starbucks - by the looks of the reviews here - this is not an isolated incident

    The experienced would’ve been nice but I got given the wrong item despite it clearly being stated on the label. To add on to this, my iced mocha was overfilled so it was all over the lid (my jumper got stained whilst trying to clean the lid with tissue). Please be mindful next time because this isn’t the first time it’s happened.

    Quick service if you’re not ordering coffee. I had a small juice, cinnamon roll. The place could do with a staff member keeping the premises clean and tidy every hour. Otherwise quite a busy pit stop for people.

    Staff are carrying rubbish through the restaurant. It's starbucks, you know what you're going to get but when a staff member lugs a large rubbish bin through the walkway it can seem out of place and a little gross. Drinks are fine, no real food, looked appetising.

    Recently visited this Starbucks location and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and my drink was made perfectly.
