Unfriendly staff. I go here often because I have clients here, and the staff are some of the least friendly. I will actively look to have coffee elsewhere

I like this cafe shop. First of all, the location is great on Queen St, I like to order one coffee, sit down at look at the view of the Queen St in front, that's so lively. Second, the coffee was very nice flavor (I ordered one flat white). Third, the staff was very friendly!

Great coffe in a very nice place but the best is the service from the staff. They make always the effort to make your day better and easier. Indeed, their coffe is the best in the área but what make them different is their service. It is always a pleasure to find these kind of places.

Was looking for a nice cafe for coffee in the city centre. Came across this place, the set up looked nice. Asked for dine in coffees to be extra hot. Coffee taste was ok but drinks were Luke warm as in the temperature a kids drink would be. Disappointing.

Great little Cafe located street level in the SAP Building. Lovely coffee, friendly efficient staff. No snacks this time but the food looked delicious. Thanks so much to all at Little Melba.
