Great staff! So fast, friendly and professional. The coffee is good, the place is clean and they do deliscious looking pies (I would love if they showed dietary allergens on the labels). The seating is a bit cramped and awkward in places but it's a perfectly decent 'bucks.

Half of my cup was cold foam, took me forever to find the coffee. Went there on 8.03.22 12-12:30pm .will not be ordering this again

I order a coco cloud moca and they told me they were out of cloud. It’s fine. But the staff didn’t even ask me and make me pay for grande size. Even I noticed them I had my own coffee cup, they did not give me any deduct for my own cup. The worst thing is they charged more for my friends’ order and they gave some cash refund. And the drinks were terrible:( never had the experience like this in any Starbucks before. Pls well trained ur staffs before they serve customers.

Good drinks & a nice warm place to escape the rain! Can be a bit of a student hangout. As a member of the Police Association, I get a discount on drinks & this has never been a problem in the past. However, this time staff said they also wanted my police ID, which I don't carry on my days off & which doesn't prove I'm a member of the Police Association. After some discussion, they backed down.

Caters to students only because their hours are shortened when the unis aren't operating on usual schedule. It solely depends and student traffic and that's not fair for those living and working around this outlet.

came here one day and they gave me a wrong drink but they were nice and apologetic. friendly staff and honest too

Every time I’ve been here, the average wait time for my drink has been around 10 minutes. But I can appreciate that this is one of the busier branches as it is situated in the university precincts. In saying that, this isn’t the place to stop by on your way to work/class, or during your lunch break as you might end up running late. Best option is to order ahead via the Starbucks app. Never had a problem with my drinks though! They’re always well done and add some much needed sweetness to my day! ☕️

The atmosphere and service attitude of staff are good. However, their ice chocolate had too much ice (which nearly 50 percent is filled with ice) which is very unacceptable. If you do not want too much ice you need to tell the staff beforehand, so they will put less ice for you.

Had a quick meeting in Symond St. My old stomping ground when I started University and Modeling in 1991. Always nostalgic about Auckland. Coffee was delicious and cheesecake was not too sugary sweet- it was perfect. They could offer a sauce or cream or Greek yoghurt with the dish but you don't go to Starbucks for extra you go for convenience and it was good.

The shop is convenient since it's close to the bus station, sometimes hustle and bustle. The service is pretty nice with staff always kindly listen to your order and try to make everything right. In peak time you need to queue and wait which make the shop snaller when people are crowded inside. Otherwise it's good to have a quick drink if you wanna want mild taste of coffee and options of coffee arts in fashion.

I don’t recommend buying plain Dragon Drink. The one I got this afternoon is sooooo disappointing... It tastes like artificial yogurt flavor + water. No trace of dragon fruit chunks at all. Tastes so bland… The ice cubes take up half of the Grande cup. Don’t bother wasting your money on it… Even 2-dollar yogurt soda from Korean convenience store taste better than this 9-dollar branded disappointment. I wish I could get a refund😅

baristas were so nice with my long order and service was fast. i got a hazelnut latte, choc sauce belgian waffle and bacon egg panini and everything was great but waffle was amazing 🧇🧇

Was my first time going to Starbucks ever - ordered the white choc raspberry muffin and a white hot chocolate and both were super nice but a little expensive. Our wait time was pretty short for the number of people in there and the staff were friendly.

Great drinks, and staff are friendly. Only issue is theyve recently started only accepting app orders because they are understaffed. I understand the reason why but my order wasnt going through and they couldn't just make an exception for me to buy it in store as I had already gotten there.

I asked for an iced mocha and they made a very warm one. Was in a rush so couldn't wait for another. There where barely any customers first thing in the morning I'm not sure how you mess that up. Disapointed, the one time I splurge on Starbucks :< isaid iced mocha and the lady read it back to me as an iced moca bit somehow the label is incorrect

Very good café from the brand Starbucks : crew is nice, fast and even if the place looks small, there are enough seats in it. I like its atmosphere with music but, when it's crowded, it can be really noisy.

You can grab a latte before you catch your bus 😊

Haven't been here in ages but great service and efficient with their orders, going during the uni semester breaks is best. Ofc, prices have gone up. Would have loved to stay too. Was clean and not loud.

This was second time. I ordered and paid for extra wipped cream and did not get it. Also paid for 1 shot on my husband's caramel frapp but also you guys did not put it in. It did not cost much and first time i did not wanna complaint about it. But happened again. You guys are not checking the order properly!!

The staff are actual soldiers, I’ve never seen them falter, even when the store literally has no space to move.

Terrible service. Ordered two tall frappes, both less ice, different flavours. One was poured to the top and one was filled half way. I asked the barista respectfully and politely but she replied rudely that I asked for less ice. I said the other cup is also less ice, why is that one full but this one isn’t? I said less ice not less milk. She said she’ll add more ice to top it up (doesn’t this defeat the purpose of less ice?)… she rolled her eyes at me and unwillingly blended half a cup more frappe. Don’t come here and waste your money on untasted drink and bad service.
