Spent 3 nights here including Christmas. Apartment like, functional units, well equipped with everything that you need and can think of (pots, pans, utensils, milk, individual washer and dryers, iron, fridge, dishwasher, hair dryer, towel warmer rails etc). The overall building is fairly new and the bathroom was very clean and practical. Staff at the reception was friendly and chatty. Housekeeping did a good job. Kind of hard to find any faults here, especially since I was not expecting a 5 star hotel stay. As a suggestion and to nitpick, perhaps the room was missing a safe... And a room upgrade for Wyndham titanium member would have topped the stay. For future guests, this property is within a short 3-5 min walk to Sky City. Reception runs from 8am to 8pm. There is a Hertz/Avis/Thrifty rental just opposite the road. Street parking was pretty easy - especially during these holiday period. All in all, a good value for money stay!

Delux room? The door could not be locked, reported to housekeeping and nothing done about it. The bed was a sprung mattress (very uncomportable) and was difficult to get out of. The bathroon had maintinance issues the hand sink would fill up and would take ages for the water to dissapate with the plug open. The shower had mould on he sealent. Bathroom very small, tpilet behind the door, too close if in use. If the bathroom door was open you couldn't open the shower door. No inroom safe, asked about using a vaccum cleaner as we had storage bags in our suitcases ( reception didn't know where housekeeping kept the hoover. Was this an accesdible room, NO Woukd I recommend no over priced for a budget hotel.

Polite friendly staff. Their apartments are convenient for the Sky Tower and several good restaurants are also within easy walking distance. Just a short walk to the heart of the city or to the waterfront. A good base for a short visit to Auckland. The room has good amenities with a cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Highly recommended, this is our second visit here.

I have stayed here several times since my very favorite RAMADA closed and became apartments. This Ramada is in the CBD near the SKY TOWER so good for short stays of o/nights before cruises or airline connections. The airport bus leaves from the tacky bus station under the SKY TOWER just two blocks from the RAMADA. There are some good reasonably priced restaurants within a safe walking distance. Rooms are pristine new, quiet and restful (even though its on a busy road. No food or drink outlets in the RAMADA. The staff are pleasant and helpful.

Can't recommend this enough. We stayed two separate nights and both were excellent. We got a very early check in the first time which was great and got to leave our bags the second time. The room wasn't massive or anything but just right. Location was brilliant for the city. Mid week was cheaper roughly €84 which is a bargain for what it is. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay and very well priced. Rooms are not lux but appropriately finished AND very clean. Nice central location. It was a place to sleep for the night and it didn’t disappoint. Oh comfortable beds too.

I liked the hotel. Walkable to a lot of places you would be interested in going to. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfy. My only issue is they charged me 100 for the security deposit and as of today, 24 days later, I still don't see it returned to me.

Wonderful service received from Esther (and Danille) during our stay in Nov 2023. The one-bedroom suite was very spacious and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Had the best morning shower (ever) with amazing water pressure on one of the higher floors. Views from the balcony was also good, despite the wet and windy weather we had throughout. The city is busy and noisy, but we are usually sound sleepers and slept through the hustle of the city on a Friday night. Thanks for a lovely stay, Ramada Team!!

A rather perfect hotel-apartment to stay at while visiting Auckland. Location wise it’s within a 5 min short walking distance to the Sky Tower (ie where the intercity and airport bus stops) I am grateful and lucky that I got a room upgrade to an executive type. The room was very good sized, modern, clean and comfortable. It has a open kitchen as well as washer/dryer. Well equipped for a longer stay. Would recommend!

Stayed two nights here. First night was in a king room that was smaller than our stateroom on the ship. Decided to stay a second night and got a well appointed studio suite. Location is okay for walking around the CBD.

It was such an awesome place to stay with plenty of room! Facilities are great, and so is the central location. Sky tower about 20 mtrs from here. Check in and check out were hassel free! Would definitely stay here again.

The Staff at Ramada are all fantastic and I will now only consider this hotel on my next trip to Auckland. The rooms are spacious and modern, also incredibly clean.

Conveniently located suite hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Stayed here two times both times my room was upgraded. Really appreciated having laundry. The views of the skytower are fantastic. Very easy check in and out. Keep in mind there is no place to pull up with luggage.

This is a great place to experience Auckland. I could see the Sky Tower from my window. We also really appreciated the facilities - particularly having a washing machine and dryer in our room so we could keep up to date with our washing.

3mnth stay in room 401..new deco fresh n vibrant .2 decks ..1 off lounge 1 off main room over looking Victoria st..staff were super happy to accommodate any needs or issues..well done staff👍be aware this place has very little parking..pre book a undercover secure car it will save you so much s#$t.

Stayed there for one night only. Had a lot of equipment in our room (washing mashine and dryer, Kitchenette, dishwasher…) so was rather overwhelmed by that! Location is great, room is clean, check in and out easy and there is a coffee shop just across the street for a quick breakfast. What else do you need? Ah…it was also quiet ;)

I love the kitchennette, private laundry, shower, and the location. Reception staffs were nice and I also like the quick check-in. My NZD 100 bond was returned within 5 days. I will come back to Ramada if I ever visit Auckland again. However, I hope they provide safe box in the room and 24h reception desk.

Great for access to CBD. Lovely and clean. Bathroom a little squishy for two older & bigger people. That's my only negative.

This is the quietest hotel ! The two bedroom apartment was ultra clean and well appointed- the terrace catching the afternoon sun more than we expected. The staff especially Rajh were polite accommodating and helped to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend and we will return as well !

Very good location. No parking services but you can easily find a car park around. The customer service is very good. Room is small. But need do more cleaning. Found hair on the bed and bathroom.

Great place and location. Expensive for room value based on price. Given its covid in nz and their isn’t much travelling. 140$/night. But u do get cooking facilities. No parking and parking around is humongous py expensive.

My second Ramada suites location in Auckland and simply amazing. For the price you just can’t beat the quality of the accomodation.

Ash the manager is awesome at this accomodation. Very helpful and delivers the personal touch when you stay. It is very central and has a modern tv and if you get one of the bigger rooms it is fully self contained with washing machine and dryer etc. parking is secure and they do charge backs to several eateries near by.

Very pleased with this hotel. Spent two nights in March /23. Room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable - slept well! The kitchen has all supplies one could need and in the in room laundry and drying machines worked well. Location is great as well. A short walk to a nice park and grocery store, and the hotel is close to the train station / ferry terminal. No issues came to mind during our stay. Would stay again.

Very helpful staff. We showed up early and we're able to check into our room. We also had to change on the day we checked out and they provided a bathroom for us to do so. The rooms were nice and clean and the bathroom shower was very refreshing with a nice powerful showerhead. The location is also perfect, right in the middle of a lot of the things you would want to walk to and cheap street parking nearby NZ$18 from Saturday noon till Monday morning).
