This is the second piece of Nick von K jewellery I've bought online, and just like the first, the whole process from selecting a piece, to the beautifully wrapped package, to the super fast delivery, was perfect. Fantastic service! Gorgeous, unique jewellery, and something special in every price range. Next time I'm in Auckland I will definitely be visiting the shop!

I ordered a necklace as a gift for a friend for Christmas. The pounamu was poorly cut, with cut marks clearly visible. I tried to return for the holidays, but they were away (fair enough), so I replaced the gift. When they returned, I got a reply that basically explained that the pounamu comes with marks as they are individually carved. I collect fine jewelry and have expert carvers in my family, so that was a bit insulting. Basically cheaply made, which is reflected in the price, so I should have expected poor quality. I would definitely view their fine jewelry before purchasing. $300 to $500 can be a mistake, but the more expensive jewelry is likely made to the same standard, and losing a large investment in jewelry would be painful on the pocket!

I bought a beautiful ring as an Xmas present for my partner from these guys. The Customer service was fantastic with great attention to detail and lots of bonus goodies too. I'll be buying more from here in future, highly recommend buying in person and checking out their awesome store - Thanks!

Everything about the purchase smacked of great customer service, from allowing me to change the size I bought, to it arriving within days to the incredible packaging and free gift. Take a bow team!
