BUYERS BEWARE!! I received a gift card for $150 from my friend for my birthday. Which is valid form 3 years of purchase as per leaflet it came with. I called to make an appointment I was told that my gift card was in the system after I got over $300 of treatments. I was told that there was no gift card on the system. When I the dug through my bag and presented the Physical card I was told this card was never sold yet I had it in my hand. What a joke. The manager Behnoosh is more of a big b to say the least could care less. No apology, no cause of concern just argued with me the whole time not once did she apologies or show empathy. Its really astonishing thats she can even work in the industry with that attitude. The whole time she just wanted to argue with me and prove that she was right and I was wrong. They have no customer service whatsoever the only person who showed some form of empathy and apologized was Aysha the nurse. At the end my friend is out $150.00 and were told to right an email which will go to their store? Make it makes sense. DISGUSTING DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I have been going here for a while and got good results. My first appointment was lovely, but my most recent one I was so uncomfortable I’ve decided to try another location. Beware that you might get shamed., feel so uncomfortable that you cut your appointment short just to escape, worried you’ll get shamed more for not shaving properly and then still have to pay for the whole thing. I was told not to book online so they could book the right room - I haven’t had that problem before and surely my account history could’ve been looked at like previous appointments? Why even have an online booking system? I’m used to blunt people, but I felt like a massive inconvenience and just wanted to yeet. Edit: For those reading, you'll see the response from the owner says I didn't shave. I absolutely did and I have for previous appointments, I warned the technician that I did the best I could. RIP to anyone else who misses patches on their legs. Also, I could not have held up other people and caused people to be behind because I didn't complete my full appointment time. Apparently the Newmarket branch is best - just go there and if at Ponsonby, ask for Becky.

My first laser hair removal experience was here and it was so easy breezy. Very informative and patient when I went to the consultation even during and after I finished my last session. Aiza took good care of me and made sure I was comfortable during our sessions and it was nice getting to know her. Good experience all around would come back and also the specials are great.

I've been getting Lazer treatments for over a year now here and am super pleased with the results - looking forward to having summer hair free + no eczema irritation from razors. The team are awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. In particular Ausencia has been incredible, more recently helping me with advice for my facial treatments to help improve my skin condition from years of bad eczema. I prefer to only see her now, as she's got a fantastic understanding of my history and needs. Agree with other reviews to look out for deals.

I came for my last skin needling appointment, and was booked with the clinic manager, Benoish. She was avoiding me, claiming that she had a meeting which is clearly inaccurate. She had eventually worked on my skin, however she did a terrible job at it. She was very rough on my skin, and this morning I woke up with horrible redness on my face, as well as scratches. I have had this treatment many times with a previous lady, and never experienced something so harsh and uncomfortable. She was also rude and avoided using the light on my face, even though i paid full price for it. This place is very horrible, so do yourself a favour and book somewhere a lot better.

I got a 1 ml lip filler, and that was the best decision I ever made!! I love it so much! Big thanks to the nicest nurse Yanhong piao!❤️❤️

Ausencia is lovely and amazing she really knows her stuff! I came in for a skin consultation and had the deluxe hydra facial, recommend products to help my acne and done all my laser as well. She is extremely knowledgeable in both skin and laser and always made sure I was ok and explained each step of the way. I will be back 100% . Thank you Ausencia

Amazing experience with Laser Clinic Ponsonby and therapist Navnita. Did my peel accelerator for the first time and she was treating me on the day. Very knowledgeable therapist and was making sure that everything is ok during the whole treatment. I was a bit nervous but now I will definitely come back for my next treatment thanks to her.

Started my journey with Laser Clinic in Melbourne a couple of years ago... Now, I’ve been going to Laser Clinic in Ponsonby and I’ve had the best treatments and customer service I’ve ever had. Thank you to Josephine who takes real great care of my skin. Recommends the right products without over-selling and explains every treatments thoroughly- trust me you’d want to book with her! My skin has never looked this healthy and the amount of compliments I get for my skin has been great! I only get my treatments with her and I would never have it any other way. Can’t wait for my next treatment, Josephine!

I have had Aiza / Ausencia for 6 sessions of underarm laser and she's been lovely and personable! Would recommend requesting her for your next treatment :) Thanks to the laser results with her, I'm planning to try getting laser on my legs too! Excited to see the results under her care :) The only notes I have is that I don't feel like getting take-home laser aid is necessary, especially if you're only having your underarms done, so I'd recommend only buying it if you actually need it after a couple of sessions!

Have found the laser hair removal really quick and easy. Aiza is a great therapist. She's knowledgeable in all areas. Pricing is not the cheapest around but still very competitive!

Highly recommend coming here and asking for Kantima if you’re getting laser. I’ve been specifically requesting for her for the past year; she’s super lovely and always ensures that no spots are missed and will go a little bit slower so that it’s not too hot/sore.

I was slightly nervous before hand but all the stuff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable which put me very much at ease. The results for both have been amazing I would highly recommend! WORST EXPERIENCE AND COSTUMER SERVICE EVER! The receptionist and manager were not friendly and so rude on the phone. First of all, they were saying there was only slot on Friday. I booked the date but then when I rang them back 10 mins later for cancelation, "It will cost you, we could have booked you in all day this week" (It was not even within 48 hours listed on their website!) I was like "That is not what you were saying at the first place" He was so rude and threatening me, and lack of information/explanation, and he hang up. I am too scared to visit their clinic in future. Made my day horrible.

I come to laser clinics ponsoby for my laser treatments. Recently met Auscencia who gave me the best service! She’s such a delight and makes you feel really comfortable throughout the treatment. Her patience and great customer service is to be admired! Will definitely be booking with her again.

The actual practitioners are great at this location, efficient and friendly. Navnita made my treatments great every time. Their front desk and management are less helpful or supportive of their staff. I called the morning of an appointment to say I’d woken up with a cough and was told I’d forfeit the full value of my treatment if I rescheduled. I understand having a same-day cancelation policy, but if it’s an illness: that’s outside the customer’s control. Their policy just incentivizes customers to go in for appointments when ill, exposing both their staff and their other clients.

I have been seeing Asia for a number of years for botox along with a couple of other injectables! I have high expectations of what I expect from this service and Asia meets them all. She is a fantastic injector and I am always so happy with the results. She has a lovely sense of humour but remains professional, keeps the session light but is very meticulous with her care and helps me stay relaxed throughout the process. I highly recommend you go and see Asia is this is the service you are looking for.

I have started my laser treatment with Aiza and she is professional, efficient and receptive to my needs. With her nursing background I feel comfortable sharing my “problem” areas! Would recommend waiting for a special and getting several areas done. Also best to do it in winter when not tanning.
