It was find until I met this woman. She seems to be their supervisor but made me feel uncomfortable to had looked around the perfumes. Hello, I your customer not a burglar. Decided not to spend my money for this store and just bought new perfume from other shop. Farmers staffs are become very rude and lazyness lately. Disappointed in their customer services.

NO words can describe my feelings of the horrible cosmetics shopping experience in this farmers!😡 1. Been pushing to buy products from Elizabeth Arden lady for the products I never said I was going to buy! 😒 Also I was going to buy just one product then asked for samples... But A BIG NO for me so I just walked to shiseido to buy men's product 2. The Clinique lady asked what's wrong to Elizabeth Arden lady.. Suddenly the Elizabeth Arden lady sabotageed me.. she TALKED TO THAT CLINIQUE LADY SAID I JUST WANT SOME SAMPLES!😡 And the Clinique lady said No! We don't do that! 😡 So I got very angry started raised my voice said: (I want to buy men's products can anybody help me)? 😡Then she finally came to helped me!😒 Why is every time the cosmetics shopping experiences all end up very horribly wrong in this Farmers? Do you guys ever care about your customer? I came here to shop! Not came here to looking for a fight or have a argument with somebody!😢 This was definitely my last time come to shop in this Farmers ever again! I will save my money from now on just go buy cheaper brand now!🙄 (Also this horrible event was happening on last Thursday just in case anyone cares!)😒👎👎👎

I was trying on some pants because the size of the pants is different in my country, but the employees thought I was “stealing”. I do not recommend going to this store. The service is discriminatory.

I enjoy shopping at Farmers in Wellington, so I decided to stop by at the one here in Auckland, in the famous Queen Street. It has big collections for beauty products, which I love so much and usually there's special discount or special bundles, so worth a check! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the store is also easy to navigate

As a wheelchair user accessing accessibility I would rate it as a 1. However I really like the store and despite the thoughtless ableism (discrimination) I like to browse and sometimes buy. Women's and men's clothing is crowded together for leg-users. I alternate between insisting everything is moved to just trying to get thru and tipping stuff over. I am way passed getting embarrassed, I just want to shop like everyone else. Stores need to be inclusive....legs are not the only form of mobility!

Had an excellent experience finding a new fragrance with the exceptional help from a lady in the beauty section named Joinne (Jo), she was so enthusiastic, polite and courteous and made me feel like a valued customer. She is a real credit to your store! Thank you again for your help Jo

Had very bad experience lady at Lancôme counters behaved really badly when I asked her simple question she started screaming and yelling was very bad then unfortunately I had leave product from buying I would rather buy the products from different branch for better experience of shopping

As a Scottish visitor to New Zealand, we visited the store for the first time today. What a lovely experience we had! A tall gentleman called Dan made sure we found everything we went in for and more, making us giggle throughout. Will definitely look forward to our next visit to this store.

Did so much shopping here and bought gifts for a lot of my friends and family, asked for an extra shopping bag at the makeup checkout and was declined so rudely , “ if it fits in one bag we don’t give you extra “ so now I’m in rebel sport, bought few more things and they gave me an extra bag for the farmers makeup lol which I can give to to my friends

Best service . I really love the Farmers staff for being helpful freindly and the store is very well stocked with some amazing markdown prices in some of your favourite cosmetic. Prices are good too. My shea butter and the lipstick liner . The samples I was given also from the skin care range . Just everyone was so nice and that counts . Il always go back to nice

Beauty area never has staff at the counter which makes the shopping experience very challenging. They watch you like a hawk while you shop even if you are just looking for different products or using the tester but they leave right when you want to pay. Prices for basic brands that are not high end such as Maybelline and Rimmel are similar to high end brands! You will be much better off going to Mecca or Sephora as the people there know what they are talking about and the products are much better quality and price and better value for money.

Greated and treated like royalty. Beauty counter. Well dressed english gentleman. He is the sort to not only sell to you but lift your spirits at the same time. Love love loved the service.

Rude service , bad rewards program ,me and my mum were verbally abused by a staff member back in 2018 in the cosmetics area We also got served dirty looks by Asian co workers Gossiping , 👄 We just tryed on some face cream onto our hands It was also a tester ! Avoid farmers and go too David jones They have the best customer service! Much nicer and fancy looking store 🏬 Farmers are not doing well , they always think people are stealing , due too poor sales… They will steal ur clubcard points also I snapped up the card since they did that ! 🗑

Farmers are good for stuff on sale, otherwise they tend to be quite pricey. We rarely go here as we don't go to CBD very often

Me and my parter were just browsing around in Level 3 (Womens section) and we sat down to have a bit of rest. This lady working there came up to us and asked what we were doing or if we were waiting for someone. We told her no we're just sitting down to rest for a bit. And then she said "Ok security will come soon." ummmm what??? is it a crime to "sit down"?? why would they put chairs there? its not one of those chairs that they sell. It was so rude, and was so much in shock. Not the first time being there being looked down on! Would not recommend going there.

Loved the outer look of the building which was decorated with a santa and two reindeers. Women would love to spent their time in this store as it got some cool stuff for women, not that good for men though.

Super modern and nice layout. Not as big as the Farmers Stores in the malls but still worth a visit. Fitting rooms available and ample stock to select from.

That’s funny, cause I was asking if they have a candle to help bring up a vibe of a warmy feeling to a cold room in winter. There is taller male staff telling us “candle fire can’t really warm you up” 🫢 So as we said that we knew a candle fire can’t actually warm up a room, he was telling us he doesn’t understand what we are saying. Not too sure if there’s because that we are Asian and he thinks he can’t understand our English 🙄🙄🙄

I can’t speak highly enough of the lovely English gentleman in the Perfume department. He has a way of heart connecting and relating on a level that is essential for Customer Service without being pushy at all. I’m happy to say that I bought my birthday perfume from him and came away with a warm glow after our connection. Worth his weight in gold!

Still a great shop... so nice to have toilets available its really a real asset in this day and age where it's so hard to find one. Shop was clean and well set out. Wonderful staff

For a central city department store this location for Farmers is doing OK. They have all the normal items that you would expect ...the one disappointing area is the shared men and women's bathroom that you have to wait in line for.... Really? are we going that woke that we can't have separate Toilets.

A smaller farmers, but still had a decent selection. Not enough toy stock for us to complete our mission there though.

I went into farmer queen street last week and this lovely tall English gentleman greeted me and made feel so welcomed. He just made my day. Loving how the queen street branch is bringing back that sense of old school service that we do miss! Best farmers branch in Auckland!
