Consistently positive experiences at Warehouse Newmarket, and it's largely due to the exceptional friendliness and willingness to assist exhibited by the entire staff. Every time I visit, the staff goes above and beyond to help me find what I need, even when it's a bit of a desperate search. It's not a one-off occurrence; it seems to be a shared commitment among all the team members. Their helpful attitude makes my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. However, it's disheartening to witness the challenges they face. The store seems to attract individuals engaging in theft, and I've observed occasional confrontations between these individuals and the staff. Despite these difficult situations, the staff handles them with remarkable professionalism and poise. It's unfortunate that the friendly atmosphere sometimes gets overshadowed by disruptive incidents. The fact that the staff remains courteous and calm even in the face of challenges is a testament to their dedication to customer service. I genuinely hope that Warehouse Newmarket can address the security issues to create a safer and more pleasant shopping environment for both customers and staff. Kudos to the team for their unwavering commitment to providing excellent service despite the difficulties they encounter.

Honestly the worst customer service. Asked for a simple task. “please look on your system for stock availability for this item”. Your customer service representative then sent me halfway across Auckland only to be told by this new location’s customer service that the item I was looking for has been completely out of stock nation wide for a few weeks. I feel like my time was wasted and I wasn’t valued as a longtime regular patron.

A usual decent warehouse outlet. Has most of the stuff they you might get in other warehouse. Has good selection of toys sections and sports gears for kids and adults.

I haven't had this inefficient and rude customer service in years! The elderly (possibly an Indian lady, Uma) with a black ink dot between her eyebrows was as harsh as a person could be in a professional capacity tonight. She would have stopped me from getting all those clothes at such a low price if she could. It is clearly stated in clearance clothing that half price on yellow sticker price. She denied changing the price when I requested. She peeled one of the stickers in front of me, said she could not read it and asked me to get another without saying please. She continuously challenged me about the price then I brought the big sign to show her. Finally, after the transaction, she walked away from the counter without folding any of the items I purchased with a sarcastic thank you. She was not rushing to attend to another customer. The store was practically empty at that late hour. Her tone of voice, look and behaviour were so very unwelcoming. She should seek help for bitterness.

Store manager is a Gen-Z noob, whose only achievement is having a job after school & being white. He was highly rude & not willing to listen to my query whether I can get a refund or replacement. More focused on what he can't do rather than assisting the customer in finding the right resolution. Pathetic customer service. with no decency and manners.

Absolutely Zero customer service. Being a migrant myself, I feel ashamed of this Indian male staff at the counter. No greetings what so ever and attitude was why don’t you self checkout. I was intending to pay in cash and there were no cash self checkouts so had to stand in the queue for this guy to serve. We learn a thing or two about customer service. Very reluctant didn’t even greet or pay attention or didn’t offer to give receipt, I had to ask for it. Warehouse group should train their staff properly.

Honestly the worse experience ever. Went with my partner to check out using the self service machines and one of the workers there was just standing right next to us as if we were going to steal something. It was very uncomfortable as there was two ladies using the other machines yet he was just standing right next to my partner scanning our staff.

Outstanding customer service. I had called ahead of time inquiring about a shelf that the website said they had in stock. Guy was most professional as he checked their stock supplies and rang me back within 10 minutes to confirm they had some available and placed it on hold for me. When arriving, Shivani, at the customer services desk assisted me by promptly processing the transaction as well as collected a trolley and placed it inside for me as she could see I was heavily pregnant. She also arranged that another young man help me load it into my car. I was completely blown away by their thoughtfulness, help and assistance. Thank you for making it such a smooth, easy and pleasant shopping experience.

Really good warehouse, small but everything you need here. Lots of discounts, and plenty of summer gear in stock pools, water sports, outdoor furniture etc. An easy self serve checkout . There is a carpark too but have to pay.

Didn't even bother going in, because the car park is paid parking and I refuse to give Wilson Parking a cent unless it's unavoidable. Will go to another branch closer to home that has free customer parking. For anyone who receives an exorbitant parking fine from these rip-off artists, search up the Moneyhub article on getting out of unfair parking fine. These fines are often unsupported by law and you may be able to avoid having to pay.

The worst customer service and selection of items. It seems like the store just dumps things in any random order making you walk multiple trips to find anything. After doing 3 rounds of the store I ask for help from workers who look like they'd rather be anywhere else but at the warehouse. Having one person working the customer service desk is a massive flaw, especially given the poor organisation of it's selection of products. You guys need to get a better system going or have availability for other employees to track your inventory to help the paying customers.

Bad experience, not even worth 1 star. Did my shopping today at 3pm 12/02/23 went through self checkouts. Manager sent worker over to my son and I, And he was literally watching over my shoulder as I scanned our items which was really uncomfortable and I let him know that other customers were also at the checkout but he was only over my shoulder?, I brought this up with the manager but she didn’t do anything. I spent over $400 and to have this happen to us is not on I was about to abandon my shopping! not worth my business, but with all the panic buying going on with us being in red alert for cyclone I didn’t have much choice. Have called head office and waiting for a response! Stereotyped! not happy.

the Warehouse in general has gone downhill the past couple of years. Newmarket store is clean and tidy. Staff helpful enough. Disappointed in quality and selection of some products. Electrical section (extension leads and timers etc) they used to have a good selection. Now have very sparse and limited range.

I would definitely buy here toys and stationary. Also, this store has a big convenient parking, 30 minutes free.

Clearance deals are awesome and definitely worth the price! There are now self-checkouts which are the BEST self-checkouts ever (tidy set-up, quiet and just so good!) and lets you go at your own pace! I would, however, appreciate it if the checkouts also accepted cash. Warehouse Stationery is now in here which makes it 100X more convenient. Staff are occasionally unwelcoming but that's ok. The customer service were helpful and pretty nice.

Went to warehouse Newmarket today. The person who served us did not have any information and was not at all helpful. Of all the questions asked he just said he has no idea and don’t know about anything. He was in check out station surprisingly very unhelpful. I dont wanna name him although i know his name. Really disappointed experience.

Good place, pretty big, never had to wait in queue to buy something. Prices cheaper than Westfield.

Really appreciate the help from the guy at the checkout/returns by the entrance for the confirmation I needed about a shower issue and choosing the right tool. It worked, my mum's shower is fixed and Thank you very much for that as I'm not a tool savvy person 😄🙂👍

Francisco is an excellent employee at the Warehouse Newmarket. He is always very helpful and knowledgeable about the shop floor, and knows exactly where everything is located. When I was looking for hiking sticks, he was able to guide me directly to them. Overall, Francisco is one of the best employees in the store, and the Warehouse Newmarket is fortunate to have him on their team.

This is a great place to use, clean and friendly service, quite helpful and the office offers boxes and moving stuff. I used it for my business for a while and was happy.

Shoutout to Rishi at customer service! Such a great guy, always has a smile on his face and helps everyone. Honestly he is one the best employees in the store.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, the kids toy section has more toys compared to the cbd branch. I just wish they can have bigger sized sandwhich bags, I went there look for sandwhich bags today, and they only have small sized ones, I think I might have to buy online to get the big sized ones

Very poor service. Called to make sure their stock online was correct, specifically asked for her to physically check they have it in stock. She assured they had it. Drove 40minutes there and they didn’t.

Love this place, heaps of parking and you can virtually find most things you need! Staff here are helpful and polite. Cheers on your good service and pricing.

Very disappointing service this afternoon from the guy standing at entrance of the store .My elderly husband asked him for a Bestway electric pump and the guy said they were all out and to order online. Then when I went in 10 minutes later there was an entire shelf of pumps !!!
