Recently I came to this store with my daughter and her friend, and the staff were quite unhelpful. They were trying on bustier tops (which obviously required them to help each other put it on correctly, but the tall brunette male shop Assistant with nose piercings was rather rude and repeatedly used a harsh tone of voice to my girls. Rather disappointing. We won't be returning, hopefully you can teach your workers to be a bit more understanding. Maybe they could smile instead of giving a lifeless glare. - Unhappy Gwenyth

Large store ranging from women to men to kids clothing. There's a ramp located on the left hand side of the shop behind the wall. Pram and wheel chair access. Attentive staff nice and friendly, told me about the pram as soon as I walked into the shop, otherwise I would've turned and left.

I think is the one of the best Cotton On stores I have seen in New Zealand. Its really big and very well stocked. The layout is great as well especially the women's section. They also have cotton on body which is so well stocked. Maybe they could add some more staff members to assist the shoppers. But overall it’s a really lovely store with a massive variety.

It's a small detail, but when I went to checkout and was asked if I needed a bag, I said yes. However the cashier (Christine) failed to mention to mention to me that I was going to be charged for the bag, which I only noticed after I had gotten home and checked my receipt. Granted, it was a small fee, but infuriating nonetheless. If I had known I would need to pay for the bag I would have said no.

Kiwi positive in Sayazi! Good store. Lots of lingerie and loungewear here. Good selection of fitted swimwear and even have shark swim vests and a large sand kit. There are promotions, but you need to calculate the price yourself, the price tag is the old price. For a loyalty card, you only need to fill out a few items on the cash register monitor.

This is an awesome store, the staff are so nice especially the girl with the headscarf who was so easy to talk to. there's so much variety and the sale section is like heaven on earth for a cheapskate like me xx

Was great love it Amazing range and had cotton on body at the back right of the shop and cotton on kids on the back left of the shop. Always shop here, really cool t-shirts and accessories too. You can also use ZIP in-store with the app on your phone :) ordering online is easy for delivery or pick up (it just takes a couple days if you purchase through zip)

I’ve just asked for a bag instead of a box for a pickup order, it was just clothe, and they didn’t want to give me one. Bad customer service. The woman in the check out offered other person one but she didn’t want to give one to me.

Convenient location on Queen St. Picked up some cute heels yesterday around 5pm. Have to mention though, the store was unbearably HOT. I would've stayed and done some more browsing, but was just too stuffy and hot. Saying that though, the staff were incredibly friendly, especially the cashier. Great location but go elsewhere on a hot day, trust me!

i came in on wednesday and the chick with the septum piercing working the changing rooms had the worst customer service i have ever exprienced - i work in retail as well and am typically very understanding of the job but all i did was smile and say hi and she treated me like i had personally murdered her whole family. i cannot imagine that it is worth working here if your job makes you treat people so awfully

Always prepare a bag to carry when you shop this brand. They don’t stock paper bags so you have to pay extra $2 something just for a bag that you will never use again. And then they will aak you to buy a perfume to upsell and then ask you for donation. I know that they are trying to do good things for our society but i feel too forced.

They have great stock at this store and you'll probably find what you're looking for, plus more. I went in looking for a cheap orange hat for an event I was going to, and I found one for $5 in the clearance section almost immediately! I couldn't believe my luck

Look im sorry, but if there is a line of customers waiting to be served, then you need drop the daliy planer/KPI's book at the POS and serve. This type of thing should be done away from the POS. Customers come first, always!

Store was very aesthetically pleasing. However the service was very average. No acknowledgement during our whole time in the shop. Continued to talk to each other, and would only stare at us.

Please change your opening hours to be correct. It says open until 7pm, we drove out in traffic and went over at 6pm and they were closed. staff inside just looked at us and shook their head that they’re closed.

The shop was okay. Quite big and spacious. Staff is okay some looks like they have somewhere else better to be. Just not that friendly but some are amazing. There are sanitization bottle around but almost all of it is empty. I guess it's not that important to keep clean?

The store itself had a nice collection of clothing, which my youngsters loved; however, I couldn't handle the temperature inside. It was so hot and sticky inside that it made me wonder whether the AC was switched off the whole time in the store. To be honest, it ruined my experience in the store.

Loved the shop, very expensive but the prices are worth it it!
