Worst customer seevice! I went in, stood in line and waited - mind you, I was carrying my baby. When one of the sales people was done with the client, instead of going to me, he just went to someone else who came in after me totally ignoring me! Wow, seriously? This is how you treat customers? Well, I won’t be coming back.

Good retail setting but customer service. The sale staff treat customer like potential shoplifters! Will ask all my mates to avoid this establishment; we can buy from other camera shops in New Zealand! Just search on google and you have more choices. Why spoil your day by these ignorants when you buy from more pleasant camera shop?

Avoid this store. It's a shame this store lets the franchise down. The staff are rude and uneducated. They don't honour the advertised window pricing. We were on a cruise ship on Sunday 7-Jan-2024 wanting to purchase binoculars for the $188 advertised in the window only to find out they were another $50 higher without an explanation why! It's illegal to not sell at the advertised price, something the store attendant clearly didn't give a rats a#$* about!! So we simply walked out. NZ clearly doesn't need tourism. Edit...10-Jan-2024. Wow, as you can see from their response, how unprofessional they are. The accusations being made about us is totally fabricated and untrue. I can guarantee if security footage of the said abuse was requested as evidence, it would mysteriously be unavailable. I wish you luck as customer feedback is clearly not important to your business improvement.

Fast and very helpful service! I went in to get passport photos done very last minute and they had photos taken, printed and emailed in just a couple of minutes!

The staff member is friendly but my shopping experience is terrible. I have been to the shop for 3 times but still didn’t get the camera and lense I wanted. I even missed out the Queen birthday sales and have been waiting for a week for the product transferred from another city to Auckland, then it turns out the camera was sold by another staff to someone else. the staff asked me to go to the competitors, very weird shopping experience…will never visited the shop again…

Dealt with Keith and Jason for a number of years now and when it was time to upgrade to a Nikon Z9 I made the call to Keith and he organised and delivered before the new year, along with the 24-120mm lens and 1.4 converter and ordered the 100-400mm F4 lens. Always knowledgable, friendly and informative. My local dealer, who hardly gives me the time of day, missed out again. All up about $20k. Thanks again. Cheers Mike

Jason was such a lovely staff member to deal with. Helped me out on two separate occasions and I ended up purchasing a cleaning kit. Went above and beyond and I'd highly recommend the store.

Wonderful experience being to this PhotoWarehouse, especially with the help of Jason and colleague they were awesome and kind enough to asisit me in everything that i need. truely appreciate such attitude in service line where we dont usually see it often nowadays. once again thank you Jason will definitely visit again when i am back to Auckland.

Update: Jason was very helpful in following up with my photos and out of good will wanted to give me a refund for one roll that came out blank (was my own fault). So i will upgrade to 3 stars. Thanks Jason. Usually i don’t leave bad reviews but this is frustrating. The photowarehouse i’d been getting films from would take a day max but here I was told 10days wait time as they were quite busy and i was ok but it extended to 2 weeks. I rang to confirm and was told that their scanner broke and there were a few people’s films in the waiting queue before me so I understood and waited and received a text on Tue to wait 24hrs for the digital copies. It’s Friday now and they still said another 24 hours since it’s possible to go into the wrong email. I needed those films for some events and it’s too late now. Not a good experience. Not happy. If the service is good next time i will change the review to 5 stars but today’s not the day. Sorry.

This store saved the day for me. I was looking for high quality photo papers and they had like the good ones $50 for 50 sheets.

Jason is an absolute legend. Last night while setting up to film a project for uni, my tripod fell and my camera landed right on the lens, dislodging it and locking the zoom. I tried to fix it myself but couldn't, so I went in with the lens this morning and left with it fixed in under 5 minutes. Excellent service, thank you

I was in a rush to have my photos printed for a visa application, and the guys working in this shop were so helpful. They were short staffed for sure but the whole photo printing process was so smooth and helpful. And I made it to the embassy 15 mins before they close thanks to these guys. Definitely saved me another trip to the embassy. 🙏

I've been looking for shop that can take passport photo urgently.. I'm grateful that it opens in the weekend.. It was my bad day, but thankfully Chris was really friendly guy, he takes my picture nicely and offers affordable price for the service. I promise him to leave good review for him XD recommended 👍

The shop manager, Jason helped me with my new camera that got sand in the lens, he was knowledgeable and kind and i would high recommend him for anyone looking for any camera equipment. He managed to get the camera working again where as before it kept having faults and turning off. Thank you for helping me out of the kindness of your heart.
