Welcoming atmosphere, coaches who pushes you to over come that little voice in your head who whispers stop or I can’t 🤣😫, kid friendly (I take my 2 under 2 to 9:30 classes and all ways get a helping hand to ensure I can get a sweat sesh in) not just a work out but a guarantee laugh as well. Real results, a team of diversity, huge support from coaches and members. Highly recommend 🥳

F45 Henderson hasn’t been just a gym but has also been a place of refuge of me with how incredible the team are! They are approachable, hilarious and make you feel so comfortable and welcome! I went on my own and didn’t know anyone and haven’t left! Would highly recommend anyone to try it out! You’ll find another family here!
