Very
disappointed
in
my
experience
at
Jetts
-
I
had
a
12
month
contact
with
the
company
and
i
had
come
to
the
end
of
the
12
months
i
went
instore
to
the
Henderson
branch
and
spoke
to
a
lady
there
who
told
me
that
she
can
see
i
have
completed
my
12
months
and
that
i
just
needed
to
email
to
cancel
she
said
she
would
text
me
the
correct
email
address
to
send
it
to
after
a
few
days
I
had
no
text
so
i
sent
a
email
to
Jetts
Henderson
,
after
another
couple
of
days
i
still
had
no
response,
i
tried
to
give
them
a
call
also
and
left
a
message
after
another
couple
of
days
passed
and
i
never
heard
anything
back.
I
then
sent
a
email
to
the
membership
email
i
had
found
and
got
no
response
from
that
either.
At
my
last
efforts
i
called
the
generic
jetts
phone
number
to
which
i
had
a
very
rude
lady
she
went
on
to
tell
me
that
as
we
were
in
lockdown
and
those
months
were
not
paid
that
i
had
to
pay
a
fee
of
$300
now
to
cancel
-
when
the
lady
in
store
had
told
me
she
could
see
my
12
months
had
been
completed.
Very
upsetting
as
after
she
told
me
it
was
completed
i
have
signed
up
to
another
gym
closer
to
my
new
job
as
i
did
not
think
there
would
be
this
issue
cancelling
it,
if
I
had
of
known
that
due
to
the
lockdown
the
contact
is
now
extended
until
12
months
of
payments
had
been
received
i
would
have
waited
to
sign
up
to
another
gym.
Very
hard
to
get
ahold
of
anyone
and
not
very
willing
to
help
their
customers
considering
the
covid
lockdown
was
something
out
of
my
hands
,
it
was
never
communicated
that
due
to
covid
it
would
mean
and
extension
to
the
12
months
nor
does
it
say
in
the
contract
anything
about
it
having
to
be
12
months
of
payments
,very
sneaky
of
them
to
do
this.
The
communication
seems
to
be
lacking
.
I
do
not
recommend
this
gym.
