Beautiful flat white had this morning at Twenty Three. Overlooking the traffic on a busy Monday. Great service and a smile and a gorgeous sunny setting made my morning. Thanks for coffee! Sterling Arnet Kakapo Business Sales

A juice that was $11, but was actually just a cup of ice. Toast that wasn’t toasted. Eggshell in the poached eggs. Lift your game.

I went to this place on a Saturday morning, it was not busy, maybe 30% capacity. The service was terrible. The food took around 40 minutes to come and was cold when arrived in our table. At no time did the wait staff come to us to say that our food would take a bit more time. It is a place that unfortunately I do not recommend for any anyone to go. To the owners and staff, please improve communication and efficiency, because customer satisfaction is one of the things that will keep your business alive.

Fantastic local cafe, from the entrance you might assume it's on the smallee side but when you walk out to the back it opens up to a large sheltered outdoor dining area and even more indoor setting. Coffee is on point, and service is always fast and friendly. Great selection of cabinet food, and a solid cafe menu with the mince on toast being exceptionally great. Great local vibe, and must include in your Eden Terrace cafe go to's.

Twenty three is a little bit of peace in the city! The courtyard is lovely, complete with a cosy fire and relaxing music. The cakes and food are always fresh and made with love. Emma and her team are always so welcoming and make extremely good coffees 💎

There is more space deeper into the cafe. Fantastic atmosphere at the back. Warm, vibey fireplace there too. But everything else was just okay. The vibe is the highlight.

A favourite weekend café spot in Eden Terrace. Great service and great food options from the classics like eggs benedict through to my personal favourite, the smoked fish.

Great vibes. The mince toast was huge and so filling. Lattes were good. Service was fast but kind. Will be coming back!

Brilliant cafe, with beautiful indoor and outdoor seating. Lovely staff, pretty decor, clean bathrooms, and of course delicious, aesthetic food. Both me and my girlfriend enjoyed our coffee. I got the eggs bene, which they have an interesting take on, serving the eggs on hash brown instead of bread, with a deep yellow, viscous hollandaise sauce. I enjoyed it, but without the absorption of the bread, it became a bit of a mushy mess. There is no WiFi available.

I have been at this place several times, lovely food and nice staff except the lady who works at the coffee machine sometimes (e.g. today at 10 AM). Please talk to people with respect! Nothing can go wrong! Today she asked me "having here or takeaway", I wanted to just say I want to have something here and takeaway some stuff, she didn't allow me to finish my sentence and repeated rudely and loudly "having here or take away". Nothing could go wrong to give your customer 7 seconds to finish a sentence! I know many businesses are struggling nowadays, we all have hard time, but little bit of a respect is all we need. I definitely go there again, and I believe we all need to support the businesses in these days, just trying to avoid the times she is there.

The food was very good although kinda pricy. They offered me some vegan options even so there are nit many. I can't recommend the cupcakes enough. God the texture was so good. Appearently they get their bread from the wild wheat bakery and damn is it good.

It was yesterday, a Friday in the middle of the day, we walked into the cafe in a very good mood as we hadn't seen each other in a very long time, there was not a single other customer there, due to the long weekend she said. We'd been there for less than a minute perusing the counter food when the lady who seemed to be the manager on the day started saying repeatedly and loudly that we should just take a menu and sit down, they'd come to us. We just wanted a quick snack and drink. My 5 year old son had seen and pointed at the 'Almond Croissants' (as they were labelled) at the counter, so I ordered one immediately and then due to the pressure to find a table we took a seat in the courtyard before ordering our drinks. We sat waiting for about 10 minutes until at last a sweet waitress arrived to take our order, a couple of green smoothies and said almond croissant. Another 15 minutes, nothing. So I went to see what was happening, the croissant was sitting on a plate at the counter, she was just finishing making the smoothies so I handed my son his croissant and then carried the drinks myself when they were ready. Upon sitting down we quickly realised that the croissant was not an almond croissant just a plain one, cold, no butter, no jam ( they said they didn't have any?), there was no apology just defensiveness, she said, "the kid pointed at the plain croissants, I didn't think he could read." I was just gobsmacked, yes they did replace upon request with another pasterie but the damage had been done. Will not be back.
