Always a great store to visit for traveling needs. Recommend becoming a member to get great discounts as well as earn voucher off future products. When they have a sale you can get some amazing stuff for a great price. The staff are also knowledgeable about what's best for the purpose you want it for so let them know what you intend to do and they can help you decide on the best products. Always high quality and haven't had any issues with anything I have bought there.

There was a big sale on here today and I thought I would take advantage of it. Having not been in this store before I was having some difficulty finding the articles I wanted. I did not have to wait long however to get some help. A very nice assistant came over to me and spent some time finding the right articles and sizes and ensured I was happy with my purchases. It was a very happy experience and I would certainly come back again and tell my friends to also shop here.

The manager and staff at this store were amazing. Really friendly and helpful. We went on a Friday and it was busy however the manger helped us personally and nothing was too much. I wouldn't normally buy branded stuff like this however when we had a small problem with something we had bough from a different branch they sorted it out really quickly which meant we could continue on our way and are now having a great holiday. Store Manager Jaimik was helpful for my purchase online on returning as well due to sizing issues. Had to leave items returned behind for a day, next day went back with my 3rd item(as it was buy 2 get 1 free) I had to explain the story to other Store manager IRENE who was loud and on my face talking about unable to refund today as their shop limit is over for the day..blah..blah..blah..bla She was frowning and frustrated in her talk. She even made me feel terrible on leaving the shop with no refund made available as I had to go back the next day to sort it all out. What a great shoppinh store experience!!Feel amazing how it all happened no more going back to see those faces.

The staff are the real sell for this store. Had to do a return with my partner and the manager who helped source it and the manager we picked up from were both excellent. The products themselves were also of epic quality. Will definitely be buying from these guys again!

Went in knowing exactly what I wanted and grabbed a couple of Heli jackets to try to confirm the size. Wasn't too busy and when we went to the counter to pay, the staff was friendly and gave some helpful tips on the jacketcare.

Staff are friendly and helpful, which is just as well as it can sometimes be tricky to find exactly what you're looking for. The upstairs area is a bit of a pain if you have mobility issues but, overall it's a pleasant environment and I've generally been able to get what's been on my shopping list.

I would like to share my amazing customer service experience with Joy (JoJoy) at the Waitakere store. I phoned yesterday to enquire a faulty purchase. She provided fast and simple instructions to get it sorted. I phones back in again today and spoke with Joy again and the manager Chanel who sorted my issue out super fast!
