Spent 200 dollars here, got picked out of a crowd of people and my wife was made to show security her bag. I'm okay with getting asked but don't single the brown people out and ONLY check them. Super offended and will never go here again, you keep your profiling to yourselves.

Its the Warehouse. Not a lot of staff just lurking around helping people.. so if you need help you'll have to endeavour to find a staff member. As long as you know kinda what your looking for you should be okay. From plants to panties and everything in-between.

Good revamp store. Handy location, close to Motorway off ramp and ample parking. Friendly staff and most of the time have stuff in stock. Check out my photos. Recommending a visit. They now start selling branched sportsware such as Under Armour, Puma, Champions.. Adding competitions to other outlet stores in the Westgate Shopping Centre. Just one thing to note... This is the Warehouse, so would be unrealistic to expect same level of services and staff expertise comparing to Farmers/Smith Caugheys. :). Yvonne, Jess etc all gave really good customer service at the customer services desk. Much appreciated

Totally new layout is a little bit confusing. Still the best place for all your household needs and everyone gets a bargain. Popped in because the temperature dropped so quickly that I wanted a few extra layers of clothing. Brought a reasonably priced sweatshirt. Had a quick tour of the store then used the quick and convenient self service checkouts.

Always a good Warehouse branch to go to. Fast and efficient checkout! My Cat would love what I brought him 🙂

Couldn’t find what we need at first today but within a couple of minutes a staff member came to the rescue. We had the same experience here last week too and very impressed with how helpful the young man was. On both occasions the staff went that extra mile and being a couple of recycled teenagers we were very thankful. 😘

Love shopping at this warehouse. The staff are so lovely and helpful even when they are busy they will happily stop and help you with your needs.

When entering I had a few questions regarding a couple things, and the staff where very helpful and incredibly informative and went the extra mile for you, I went to the customer service desk and a staff member called Jackie was incredibly helpful and was incredibly friendly and gave great service, I really appreciate this and it made my day, Thank you Jackie

This morning at around 0840 I had my 4 month old and couldn't see a baby trolley outside where they usually are. So I went in the store and asked a staff member where they were, they said they will probably be scattered around the carpark and they usually lose them. So they expected me to carry my 4 month old around westgate shopping centre carpark to try and locate one. My baby has just had surgery on his head last week in Starship, so I didn't feel comfortable walking around a large outdoor carpark with him and everyone steering. I'm disgusted by the poor customer service. Also a separate complaint with the same store. On the 24th November I went in with my baby, it was a wet rainy day. There were 3 baby trolleys, two were left in the rain, one of them was wet and had rubbish all through it. Then the 3rd baby trolley was the only dry one, however was filled with rubbish and crushed up chocolate in the seat. I walked in in store and asked a staff member at the click n collect area to please clean this for me. Lucky I had a blanket to put in. Why is there not an allocated staff member to look after the trolleys? This is poor. I'm just super angry at the lack of care, especially when it comes to our babies.

♿🛜 Wheelchair parking and accessibility Its a big sized store every layout of the warehouse is different. When you shop you are left to browse around untill you need someone to help you and there is a staff member happy to help out. What i noticed at warehouse are the new brands especially for mens. Good style and quality. It has a garden center and a grocery department Free WiFi is available Zip is acceptable here.

I had great customer service tonight, me and my bf brought our items at 9.22pm, I wish I caught your name but thank you to the lovely blonde lady at the checkout!, great cheerful customer service!

My sister and I were stereotyped by an employee working the check out, asking where our green payment card is to pay when we had clearly stated before that we would be paying with cash when she had first asked how we were to pay. (I am not saying it is bad to pay with a green payment card because it's not. I'm just saying it is rude to assume something like that when we had already told her how we would be paying prior) Then she looked at my 2 year old niece and asked to see her jacket that clearly looked old and asked to check it because she suspected it to be stolen from the store. This type of behavior from an employee at this company should not be tolerated and is unethical.

On google it says your store is open at 7am. When I got there it says 8am. You need to change the times on google.

I just bout this outside bistro table, only had it for 1 week and its already rusting? What can we do to remedy this situation. Pics to show 1 weeks damage... pks call me 021540553 to resolve this. Regards Michelle Teiniker

I was so disappointed with the customer service in the Warehouse Westgate. I will never buy any electronic products in the Warehouse. They just sell the bad quality of the product like TV JVC58 inch (I have been bought for 2 years) and don’t have any support provided to the customer after the product or service has already purchased. The worst experience I got in NZ.

Customer service was super unhelpful- I asked if they had an item in store that was showing up on their website and they said they would check and call me back. Time went by and heard nothing, so I tried calling back a couple times and they had forgot to call me back (which would have been fair enough if they were busy) and they said they checked and the item wasn’t there, so I said polite goodbyes and thank you. I came into store the next day and there the exact item was, right there, and would’ve been the first thing they saw. Very certain they didn’t even bother to look and just said they did.

Just went in to do a quick shop. They had minimal selection of duvet inners, so I had to settle for the closest option. As item I went in for is needed right away. Clothing sizes seemed to be mostly size small or large. Sock levels on home care area was low today

Great place to go and get the things needed for the household and daily needs. From cloths, to kitchen, electronics, jewellery and garden stuff. All in one.

A lot has been done to bring it up to a better standard. Not that easy still to find things as the menswear signs block the whole view. Click and collect lockers available for after hours collection and self checkouts makes completing the purchase quicker and easier

Andrea asked if she could assist me. I wanted leggings but only had 26+ sizes out in shop. She went out back & bought me 3 different colours in size I needed. Such great personal service meant I went home with 3 new pairs. She also showed me stick on diamanties to add to my leggings. Great idea. Outstanding service Thank You🌹 Christina

The expected retail therapy is easily achieved with a broad range of goods with varying prices but you'll find most of what you may need here. Ample parking. Gets busy and tills/ paypoints are not well staffed so queues often result. Come here for barely good service.
