This
morning
at
around
0840
I
had
my
4
month
old
and
couldn't
see
a
baby
trolley
outside
where
they
usually
are.
So
I
went
in
the
store
and
asked
a
staff
member
where
they
were,
they
said
they
will
probably
be
scattered
around
the
carpark
and
they
usually
lose
them.
So
they
expected
me
to
carry
my
4
month
old
around
westgate
shopping
centre
carpark
to
try
and
locate
one.
My
baby
has
just
had
surgery
on
his
head
last
week
in
Starship,
so
I
didn't
feel
comfortable
walking
around
a
large
outdoor
carpark
with
him
and
everyone
steering.
I'm
disgusted
by
the
poor
customer
service.
Also
a
separate
complaint
with
the
same
store.
On
the
24th
November
I
went
in
with
my
baby,
it
was
a
wet
rainy
day.
There
were
3
baby
trolleys,
two
were
left
in
the
rain,
one
of
them
was
wet
and
had
rubbish
all
through
it.
Then
the
3rd
baby
trolley
was
the
only
dry
one,
however
was
filled
with
rubbish
and
crushed
up
chocolate
in
the
seat.
I
walked
in
in
store
and
asked
a
staff
member
at
the
click
n
collect
area
to
please
clean
this
for
me.
Lucky
I
had
a
blanket
to
put
in.
Why
is
there
not
an
allocated
staff
member
to
look
after
the
trolleys?
This
is
poor.
I'm
just
super
angry
at
the
lack
of
care,
especially
when
it
comes
to
our
babies.
