Tend to be busting at the seams. I have been to other lounges around the world that have restricted areas.. I do suggest that if it had a Gold Elite area this could ensure that their most valued customers actually feel valued. The amount of people that have access to the lounges is very high compared to not too many years ago. Staff generally are excellent. Cleanliness is of the highest standard. Food and beverage selection is pretty good.

Super fast super efficient check-in Thought I needed 2 hours and took a spare Now I'm stuck with 2 hours to spare My advice: arrive 1 hour ahead 😇

Nice lounge, plenty of eating and drinking options. If you sit by the bar or at the far end you can get a nice view.

Poor recovery service. Flight cancelled. Asked to Q at Counter 1, offered no advice to travel on earlier flight with another airline and got to wait for more than 4 hrs in the domestic airport. No offer of meal voucher until being asked. Offered a pathetic NZD 10 compensation for almost 5 hrs wait at the airport.

Reeks of fuel in the domestic departure lounge. Smelt it strongly yesterday coming in and today in leaving

Friendly place in the rain on a wet winter evening. Home away from home. Great coffee and healthy nice food. Lots of areas to sit and up high so nice views. Easy to find regional Koru club above ground and car staff. Staff are pleasant, coffee Is hot and travellers to the regions find good varity of food and drinks. Lots of room and one of the best domestic koru Sites. Well done.

Comfortable area to wait while waiting for your flight. Food and book store available.

Very average airport with sup par food vendors that open late and shut early. The airport is often dirty and there is a lack of comfortable seating. Spend as little time here as necessary.

For a Domestic lounge it is excellent. I always end up with a 4-5 hr stop over waiting for my regional flights.

Great place to rest, refresh and refuel with great selection of food and beverages after a long international flight before catching the last flight home. Showers a bonus

I'm pretty familiar with both domestic and International terminals and last week the Air NZ staff were amazing. I only had literally a few minutes after dashing from International to Domestic before bag checkin closed after delays with another carrier in Australia. I went straight to a customer desk near the bag kiosk and she was fantastic, did everything so quickly and reassured us that we could relax. We then had the loveliest air attendant on out flight back to Kerikeri that I've come across. It was a late afternoon flight, gloomy weather but she never deterred from being assuring, and absolutely appearing to love her job. Just what you need on a flight.

The worst check in experience in my life. And the worst experience at all the airports. A lot of self check kiosks but check in for most of the flights are not available at those kiosks. Then, Miles of travelers are lining for 5 check-in counters. Even we arrive 2.5 hours prior to the flight, we still have to wait till very the last min to get check-in. There was no one organizing the line at all. Travelers were lining first for the self check kiosks and then line up for the counter again. It is definitly the most ineffective management in the world.

I like Air Nz for flying as they seem to be a bit more cleaner with better quality in cabin compared to Jetstar, but this time round we were let down multiple times. We were travelling with someone that needed assistance and a bit more care taken with as she was in a wheelchair. The flight was nearly an hour late, the staff had said they would make sure to let her on the plane first and to ensure she was looked after. This was not the case, once the gates opened, she was not looked after in any respect and waited at the back of the line until one of the other flyers opened up the gate for her and put her in the front of the line, still there staff had nothing to say about the lack of assistance that was not received. There was no wheelchair waiting once we landed and still no assistance given to get one. Service in flight was fine and food was to be expected. Not entirely thrilled over the experience and hope they step up their game in that respect.

This is a great regional lounge. Good food and coffees made to order.

Worth getting to the airport early to fully enjoy the quiet, food and coffee. Great way to start the trip.

The cabin crew on our short flight from Auckland to Tauranga have been absolutely delightful.....Sense of humour second to none!

Pretty good regional lounge, with barista coffee and pretty good food selection with hot food usually being pretty tasty Indian curries.

Hanging out in the lounge, very friendly staff and great coffee machine! The food was good as well. As a United Club member, I was so happy to have access to this oasis whilst waiting for my flight to Nelson. Thank you Air New Zealand! Well done.

Easy check in, very friendly and professional. Btw, coffee shop is awesome.

Bottled water would be nice to have available, also diet tonic water. Very friendly, spotless, great environment and a relaxing space to be in.
