I have been a customer with this company for years, you can never get them on the phone, I live along way from them and work all week, so I can't get in. I emailed them for a price on a chain but they wouldn't help in anyway, so I guess your doing to many sales to bother with a long time customer. There's plenty of options now for shops, so as a good customer I will not buy any more from you

Love the Gold House ladies! Ive always keep an eye out on their website but its the first time I went last weekend and the ladies are absolutely friendly! I was wondering why several identical Louis Vuitton have different prices, but the manager Kris was so knowledgeable and was very patient with my questions! Was only looking for a cheap everyday tote bag, but ended by buying a gorgeous LV On the Go! CANNOT believe how its in great condition yet its over a grand cheaper than brand new! Def will be back! xx

A few weeks back I purchased this beautiful 3.5ct diamond ring with my fiancé I love it so much, great service every time I shop there would highly recomend.

I bought a vintage Gucci bag from Gold House which was delivered to me on January 20, 2024. The bag is lovely, nicer than I expected and the service has been good. The problem was the postage and delivery of my purchase. Gold House rang me the day before the bag was shipped and asked me to pay $20.00 for shipping. That is over what it normally costs to ship a soft bag down from Auckland, (as it would fit easily into a NZ Post pre-paid padded mailing bag). The bag was delivered on Saturday morning. Here's where the problem starts. The box was not sealed properly, the address label was half folded over and stuck together, the box was torn in places, and the bag was thrown in the bottom of the (HUGE), box in a pile of crumpled Gold House tissue paper. If it had been raining the bag would have been ruined as it was delivered to our property before we were up and around. I was really surprised at the way in which the bag had been shipped. Kmart, the Warehouse etc take much better care with their packaging of goods you buy. I don't appreciate getting charged over the odds for postage and then have my purchase treated with absolutely no care at all. I rang Gold House right after delivery, the lass on the phone (Rebecca), was lovely and asked for pictures which have been sent to them, with an explanatory email. I've had no response to that email from Gold House. Pictures enclosed.

The bags were in excellent condition, and were exactly as described on the website. They came with dust bags and certificates of authenticity.
