All I have to say is wow. The manager. Wowee. Their name started with a 'P' I think? Let's call them 'Paulo' for the sake of this. We could only dream of having such an employee ourselves. But before we get into that: let's talk about vaping. We don't support it. We wish we didn't do it. But when we do... It's Gummy Cola 10mg out of a Vapresso. And we always like to get our supplies from the mainstay establishment called COSMIC. Our only gripe? Bit of a naff name. But look, it's doors first opened (in Christchurch) in 1997 so what do you expect? The name attracts the clients they want and the clients they don't want who we want to watch. So it's a good name? I dunno we don't work in marketing. But we do work with people... We know our people. And at this K'Rd Cosmic - there is a manager - this 'Paulo' shall we say - and their customer service is to the standard of a Michelin Star maître d'. If we were a primary school teacher we'd give him a Gold Vape. If you have the displeasure of being addicted to nicotine - better hope you have the pleasure of being served by this 'Paulo'. 5/5 for them alone. (Honestly they're so good they could use a teaspoon to feed you a bucket of poo and you'd be happy about it).

You need to go here to see how cool it is, they have lots of interesting items like crystals and incens, shirts, postcards and candles. Lots of fun items you won't find anywhere else.

Ordered first time from this website, received products next day so processing and shipping 5 stars. Secondly the products which I received they are truly amazing, fragrance of sandalwood dhoop and rose incense sticks are authentic and not of cheap quality as I have tried millions of dhoops and incense sticks from all around the Asia so I know how they should smell like. I would definitely be returning back.

Decent stock some cool stuff and most of their nice are friendly, a couple are kinda unfriendly. Their piercings are the most redeeming quality cheap and reasonable quality. Cosmic’s smoking accessories are definitely overpriced though, they have heaps of competitors on k road and the difference in quality is not much for most things so I usually take my money elsewhere when it comes to smoking accessories.

Amazing place with lots of unique pieces. Alex at Cosmic K road, was super friendly and patient in explaining any questions we had. Got myself my first vape in NZ over here, and I am quitr satisfied

Staff is super sweet. If they’re rude to you you’re probably being annoying. watched someone yell at the staff for asking them for ID lmao… it’s an R18 store.

Best in all of Auckland . Well stocked Helpful staff, clean safe products . Always tidy with easy walk access or wheelchair good layout . Management are friendly and know their products. The staff also take time to offer advice with politely replying, best customer service with excellent communication skills .

Sadly staff at this location are really rude. Was in there for hair dye and was ordered out of the store because I have a mask exemption. I have a vaccine pass as well to show I'm vaccinated but I wasn't even given a chance to show this. The guy was really rude about it. I get it, I'm a retail manager myself and times are tough. But this not the way to handle it.

Always a great time checking out Cosmic K Rd , The Girls/Tall guy usually there are really bubbly and seem to know quite alot about their products and have given me abit anecdotal experience about products Ive been interested in, Great variety of stock in alot of categories

Amazing customer service! I popped in after a paint and sip class just down the road from this store and the staff that served me was SO helpful, said that they usually work at the botany store which is a shame because I was thinking of popping in again this weekend. The heart says yes the wallet says no ✨

Alex was super helpful and polite. Definitely went above and beyond the job description of just attending to customer's needs. My product wouldn't fit into the largest bag so he taped it with paper bags to help hide it so I felt safe walking it back to my car. Super personable and makes me want to shop only at the K Rd branch. That guy deserves a raise!

Would never shop there, women on staff discriminated against us for not wearing a mask wouldn't even bother to look at our exemption. Was just told to leave, Customer service at its worst not worth looking in.
