About
six
months
ago,
I
was
looking
for
a
place
to
do
yoga
in
Auckland
after
2
years
of
doing
nothing.
When
it
comes
to
physical
activities
I
am
lazy.
I've
been
doing
yoga
on
and
off,
and
I
was
already
pretty
stressed
about
re-starting.
So,
I
was
checking
Google
reviews
of
close
by
places.
(I
don't
drive.)
I
saw
Red
Fusion
reviews.
They
were
pretty
good.
Then
I
saw
a
review
that
said
something
like:"…
the
class
was
okay
but
not
as
good
as
Dan's."
I
though,
okay,
let's
try
Dan's
class.
I
check
the
MindBody
app,
I
found
the
teacher,
it
was
a
ridiculously
early
class.
I
booked
it.
And
it
was
great.
He
is
one
of
most
chill
yoga
instructors
I've
seen.
He
is
pretty
attentive,
he
knows
who
does
not
know
how
to
do
a
pose,
and
he
does
where
you
can
see
him
clearly.
He
is
good
at
explaining
how
you
can
achieve
a
specific
pose.
I
like
that
the
class
does
not
have
the
competitive
vibe.
Anyway,
after
doing
just
a
few
classes,
I
stopped
again
because
I
got
a
project
that
required
me
to
work
in
UK
times.
I
was
sleeping
during
NZ
day
time.
My
thyroid
went
hypo,
my
energy
was
low.
So
this
week,
I
decided
to
re-start
again.
After
working
in
front
of
a
computer
endless
hours
a
day,
restarting
becomes
very
stressful.
There
is
the
guilt.
There
is
the
worry.
So
I
thought
to
myself,
I
should
go
to
Red
Fusion
and
do
that
guy's
class
again.
Lucky
me,
this
time
he
had
an
evening
class.
And
it
was
very
good.
My
experience
was
similar
to
the
previous
one.
No
stress,
easy
to
follow
instructions,
an
enjoyable
set
with
progressive
difficulty
levels.
He
makes
the
comeback
easier.
