A gorgeous studio to practice in. Stunning design and flow to help you really drop in. Every square meter of this building has been designed and built with love and attention. The teachers here are so good, guiding you to a really blissful state

This was a killer class. Kylie was the teacher and practices what she teaches, this is obvious. Was a great challenge and such subtle personalized cues really helped my practice. Im only visiting Auckland so I unfortunately won't be back, but would go tomorrow if I could! ps. beautiful studio.

Such an incredible studio, and fantastic teachers. Went in tentative about committing to a one hour class, but have since signed up for a month (which I expect will be renewed indefinitely) and have scheduled in a class every day possible. Absolutely love it. AND there's a delicious raw (predominantly) vegan cafe next door! Perfection.

Felt totally refreshed and relaxed after morning hot yoga. The ambience was calm and relaxing. The whole studio was very clean and tidy. And also the staff were friendly.

Absolutely beautiful studio. Decor, is beautiful and the classes are very special. I love the smell there, every detail looked after wonderfully. And it's still wonderful a year later 🌈❤️🙏 Update, I still beautiful as ever, I can't stay away I have the unlimited monthly pass 😍😍

Beautiful minimalist yoga space designed to perfection. The attention to detail - the backlit ceiling lights, spongy floor and overhead speakers - is impressive and helps create calming and focused classes. The red fusion classes are a great balance between challenge and relaxation, and I really enjoyed my trial here. I did not continue as my postpartum body needs weight training.

About six months ago, I was looking for a place to do yoga in Auckland after 2 years of doing nothing. When it comes to physical activities I am lazy. I've been doing yoga on and off, and I was already pretty stressed about re-starting. So, I was checking Google reviews of close by places. (I don't drive.) I saw Red Fusion reviews. They were pretty good. Then I saw a review that said something like:"… the class was okay but not as good as Dan's." I though, okay, let's try Dan's class. I check the MindBody app, I found the teacher, it was a ridiculously early class. I booked it. And it was great. He is one of most chill yoga instructors I've seen. He is pretty attentive, he knows who does not know how to do a pose, and he does where you can see him clearly. He is good at explaining how you can achieve a specific pose. I like that the class does not have the competitive vibe. Anyway, after doing just a few classes, I stopped again because I got a project that required me to work in UK times. I was sleeping during NZ day time. My thyroid went hypo, my energy was low. So this week, I decided to re-start again. After working in front of a computer endless hours a day, restarting becomes very stressful. There is the guilt. There is the worry. So I thought to myself, I should go to Red Fusion and do that guy's class again. Lucky me, this time he had an evening class. And it was very good. My experience was similar to the previous one. No stress, easy to follow instructions, an enjoyable set with progressive difficulty levels. He makes the comeback easier.

Alexandra Rangecroft's classes @ Studio Red are a small slice of heaven. Her ability to transmit joy and ones own truth is so decadant that the satisfying taste of the yoga experience lasts days after. Just one of the amazing teachers that make up the beautiful ensemble @ Studio Red.
