    Awesome gym, great equipment to train with and friendly introductory weightlifting classes (shoutout to Mark). Thanks Dino for creating a great place to train in the centre of New Market. Will be sure to visit again.

    I was very impressed by this new gym! It was my first time visiting and from the moment I stepped in the doors, I felt warmly welcomed by staff. The equipment is modern, the space is very well organised, and you can tell the whole space is very well looked after and clean. The environment and coaching style are the two most important things to me when it comes to working out, and I was blown away by both! Dino was coaching me for a 1 on 1 session and was very attentive to what I was after in my workout, adjusted exercises safely where need be, and ensured I was challenged while checking in on correct form throughout. I would highly recommend 6 Pillars Fitness and have recommended to my friends already because of how impressed I was! Looking forward to the next workout- thanks team!

    What I love about 6 Pillars is the passion that they have to provide a holistic service for health and wellbeing. The team of physios, trainers, a dietitian and massage therapist are there to ensure you are performing at your personal best (from maintaining general health to competing at a high level). The gym facilities are excellent, and what makes it better is the people who you get to train with. There is a supportive community of members who make the vibe of group trainings so infectiously fun and enjoyable (not to forget very challenging so you can keep improving)! If you are thinking of signing up to a gym to achieve your personal health and fitness goals then I would highly recommend 6 Pillars!

    Awesome gym with a strong community feel and a top-notch team - very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Love the holistic approach to physical wellbeing and having easy access to physios, dietitians, acupuncturists and massage therapists. Since joining a range of 6 Pillars classes, I've felt noticeably fitter, faster and stronger on the sports field.

    6 Pillars has such a positive environment and I love joining the class workouts every week! Staff is always so friendly and they make you feel so welcome every time you walk through their doors. Facilities and music taste is on point as well. Would 100% recommend to friends and family.

    Since meeting Dino and joining the community at 6 Pillars I have never been more excited to train. I have noticed considerable improvements since starting my training with them and love how they are always challenging me to be fitter, faster, stronger. The incredible team will help you find ways to keep training with injuries and offer the best physiotherapist and acupuncture services to help you recover faster. I always leave with a huge endorphin boost and feel empowered to continue training and take on other aspects of my life. I couldn’t ask for a better gym and community to help me excel in my sport and support me on my journey to Worlds.

    Incredible team, friendly vibes, new equipment, great enviroment to workout in. The gym provides a range of workouts from HIIT, cardio, strength and also sports specific training. Not to mention having easy access to physios, dietitian, acupunturist and also a massage therapist to cater to your health needs. :))

    I had endometriosis surgery in May 2020 and was unable to get back to exercising for over 8 weeks post surgery. Unfortunately I got my appetite back after week one. Hence the weight gain was not favourable. I was also nervous about going back to the gym as I could still feel a “tightness” and “unstableness” around my abdominal area after the surgery. But I figured having Dino as a personal trainer with his physiotherapy qualification would be a safe start for me. Dino is a great trainer. He designed my program to suit me and would observe where I could be pushed, or if I was starting to find things difficult/painful, he would immediately make modifications. I was reassured that his training as a physiotherapist would ensure I did not injure myself post-op. A lot of the exercises were body weight/functional exercises and I started to feel stronger and more confident about what my body could handle after a few sessions. I also placed several limitations on Dino’s programme including insisting that I was not changing my diet (which includes ice cream, donuts etc. ask Dino). Dino listened, and I appreciated that he did not push me on this and tailored a program to take this into consideration. Of course I had to moderate my own expectations since I would not follow the food program 😅 But I think we got where we needed to despite that, didn’t we, Dino?? 🤣 The environment at 6 Pillars is quite conducive and supportive. There is the occasional jesting among the staff and members that creates a familiarity that you don’t get with the bigger gyms, which is really nice. They also have quite a few other events including their row-a-thon and their Ukraine fundraising. I do not have children, but some days after my training ended, I saw children sessions starting; which seemed really wholesome. They really strife to create a community for their members that is more than just a gym. So stop by, have a chat to the team and sign up for a few sessions! ☺️

    The 6 Pillars Fitness gym has been a game-changer for me and my sporting performance. They have kept me fit and strong, helping to prevent injuries through specified trainings. Especially Dino Lin, who has helped me in my journey towards going to Worlds for ultimate frisbee. Since joining the gym, I've been drawn to the positive and friendly community who encourage me during the classes, as well as encouraging me to come along to the sessions. Thank you for all that you are doing for the community, keeping our mental, physical, and social wellbeing high. Look forward to the session tonight :)
