    I would highly recommend this beautiful reformer Pilates studio! I've done some classes here with four different instructors, and they are all amazing! It's really hard to check postures and core involvement at home workout! So I decided to back to a fitness studio. So Fitness is what I am looking for! Every instructor here checked me out before the start and corrected my wrong postures during workout. They are very kind and professional. Also, a maximum of three attendees in one class make me feel safe under the Covid-19 situation. If you want to try pilate and look for a studio, go for So Fitness. It's sure to surprise you.

    7 weeks in to pilates. First time trying pilates out at So Fitness. It’s been amazing with these friendly, encouraging, but most importantly, competent instructors who make the 45 minutes programme worth every cent of your money. Each instructor has a different set of pilates series/movements that target all the muscle groups from head to toe. Each class is a whole-body workout experience <3. Pilates at So fitness is NOT a static, boring rinse and repeat. You will feel your muscles burn, shredded during the class and afterwards! Definitely recommend 120% whether you are looking to tone up your body, lose weight or have some exercise routine embedded in your lifestyle. Personally, I've felt so much more energetic and less fatigued after work since I started Pilates classes with lovely Viv, Rika and Nicole <3. The instructors listen to you and adjust the movements for you if you have any health issues or problems. They make sure that you are in correct posture to avoid injuries! Having only 3 reformers, the instructors are able to watch you more closely and I believe that’s one of the best perks of So Fitness.

    Really enjoyed my class at So Fitness. The studio is clean and bright. Madi was a great instructor, really encouraging and took the time to improve everyone's form. I'll be back!

    Love the studio vibes. Instructors were always welcoming and encouraging. I started as a Pilates newbie at the studio and have definitely grew stronger after a couple of months of regular classes. Totally recommended !

    Loved taking classes here! The instructors were so encouraging and patient which I appreciated as a total beginner! They have small groups of 3 which I loved as we all got lots of help, and they offered different levels of difficulty which was perfect for me. Highly recommend trying pilates here for beginners! Thank you! :)

    I have been so fitness more than 4 months. It is a really nice place to study reformer pilates. Up to 3 people per class here and instructors can take care everyone.

    Best physio I've ever been to. Thorough and very detailed and specific exercises for my issue. I highly recommend the physio, and I hear the Pilates is amazing too.

    This place is so clean and beautiful. Woking out here makes me feel comfortable. People here are kind. The welcome pack is very cost-effective and the size of the class moderate. 👍👍👍👍

    I have done a lot of research for the past few weeks and finally decided to try my first Pilates session with SoFitness. The ambiance in the studio was very welcoming. My first session with Vivian was amazing as it felt like I was definitely in a good hand. I will definitely return!

    Great instructors -they're all super engaging, friendly, and really attentive during classes! I also really enjoy the small class size (max 3 people/class), and the convenience of the location. Overall, it's a great place to give pilates a go and see what it's about!!!

    Very new to Pilates but Vivian has been lovely the two times I’ve attended. It’s been so much fun and definitely a challenge. 10/10 would recommend 😊 Will continue with more classes for sure!

    Highly recommend this place!! So Fitness is truly a great spot if you want to try Pilates. The instructor is very helpful. I had sessions with the instructor named Lisa, and she is excellent at correcting postures as I'm a beginner in Pilates, she is also a very friendly and sweet person who gives you an excellent Pilates experience ❤️

    I’ve been coming here for 3 months consistently doing Pilates and absolutely love it. The studio is clean and beautiful and the instructors are very experienced and professional. Love it and highly recommend.

    Had to write another review for this beautiful Pilates studio! I've been going for about 3 months now and needless to say that it has definitely become part of my weekly routine. I had no experience and was hesitant in trying out the lessons at first, but the instructors are all super friendly and encouraging. I can confidently say that it is a safe and comfortable space for you to start your Pilates journey. This is a great place to begin and even if you have no experience, the classes are tailored to your ability so definitely try it out!

    Reformer Pilates with So Fitness is quickly becoming a new favourite! The instructors are so lovely and encouraging; they make you feel comfortable and welcome from the get-get, but they're also really supportive and nudge you to do your best. 12/10 recommend the classes to anyone who wants to build a healthier lifestyle but feels nervous or unsure where to start. I've enjoyed my experience here and would definitely continue on. The warm and soothing atmosphere of the studio also makes the whole experience so much more memorable and worthwhile!
