Mobile ordered at 1:08pm, arrived at drive thru at 1:17pm, sat waiting at the window until 1:28pm while they "Brewed a fresh pot" of Dunkin Midnight... This is what I got, as the clerk was wiping down and handing me a stained sticky cup, cautioning me that it was hot 🤔

Donuts are donuts. They were decent as usual. However, I placed a large mobile app order on 8/5 to be picked up at 5:00am on 8/6. I got there at 5:16am. The lights were off and the doors locked. I rattled the door and as I was getting back in my car, a female employee appeared and said she’d help me. I told her I had a large order to pick up that I’d placed the day before. She knew nothing of it. A guy came out from the back and asked about it. I showed him the order. He started putting it together. I asked what time they opened. He said 4am. I’m not gonna sit there and argue with the guy, but if you open at 4, then 1) Why are all the lights off in the doors locked?, and 2) Why wasn’t my order ready at 5 like I paid for? To add insult to injury, while he put the order together, I had to listen to the female complaining about less stress at her job at the nursing home. Well go back then so Dunkin can find someone who’ll have my order ready on time! No worries, Dunkin. I’ll be late for my meeting so your people can sit on their backsides in the dark when they’re supposed to be open and serving paying customers! And you may want to have someone clean up the parking lot. It looks like Forest Ave in Portland, only without the tents.

Lovely interior. The food is about what you would expect. The service was a little weird, they would put items in the pick up area without saying who or what the order was. There was a buildup of drinks in the pickup area, which made identifying what item is yours difficult.

Great stop for quick food. Also, it's a great location. Sometimes, they are out of certain bagels or donuts but always plenty of options.

Doors closed to outside patrons. Drive up over 20 minutes in drive up with no change in vehicles at the speaker to even order. Multiple people leaving. Decided ourself to leave which is unfortunate. But seems like possibly this location shouldn’t have opened for the day if they can’t wait on customers within a timely manner.

I normally don't have any issues. But I went today ( June 6th 2022 around 3pm) and got an iced coffee and an ice water. I poured my ice water into a mug to keep it cold cause I work in a garage. As I got to the end of pouring my water, I saw this black thing floating in it. I did not drink my coffee or my water. I went to another Dunkin and they looked at it, and they agreed with me that it almost looks like a mouse dropping. I didn't even want to try and get another drink from them, if this is what I think it is. I've had issues with drinks similar to this, but they were more obviously coffee grounds getting mixed into the drink. But never has it looked like a mouse dropping.

Stopped in on Easter. They were severely understaffed but those ladies were rocking! They stayed polite and kind even though I know they were overwhelmed. Those girls deserve a raise

I do not like to leave negative reviews but I have been to this dunkin a few times and the service is terrible. I went in a few days ago and waited at the counter for a very long time, there was also another lady behind me. A young man said he would be with me in a minute, but approximately 7-8 more minutes went by and I wasn't waited on. I realize the drive through is important, but people who actually get out of their vehicles to come into your establishment are equally as important. I left that day with nothing, and the lady behind me also left. Please note: this was not a case of diminished staffing, I counted 4 people behind the counter. (I am very considerate of establishments that are umderstaffed)

Writing this from the drive through as I wait for me and a singular car in front of me. No cars at the window, one car in front of me at the speaker. Took them FIVE WHOLE minutes to even take the persons order in front of me. I finally pull up to the speaker and they make me wait. For what? I want one donut. I shouldn’t have to wait more than 2 minutes for a donut when there one person in line, never mind sitting here for almost 10 minutes and still haven’t even had my order taken. 10 minutes for one car. Not ok

Unbelievable how long the wait was this morning! I mean really?? The lobby was closed due to a staffing shortage again! The owners need to pay more or something, because you definitely charge enough for just coffee and donuts! Crazy world we live in nowadays!!

Waited forever in the drive thru... decided to go inside...waited quite awhile..didn't get acknowledged. Understaffed and poorly trained... immediately left for the Starbucks!!!
