Texas Roadhouse offers fresh food with big flavors. The steaks are well-seasoned and quality cuts of meat. And of course the unlimited fresh rolls and cinnamon butter are a must have that keeps you coming back. The only downside is that they only have booth seating, so large groups will have to be split and will most likely experience much longer wait times. But the food is well worth the wait. Overall I always enjoy experience at Texas Roadhouse and will endure the long wait times for quality food.

My Wife, my brother and I had the pleasure of exchanging wit and humor while interacting with Allison as she tended to our every need. We ordered the 16oz Ribeye, 16oz Sirloin and the 10oz Prime Rib. Our steaks were prepared beyond our expectations! The meal itself was SIX Star!!! Allison earned your Restaurant TEN Stars from us!!

I’m very disappointed. I went there Saturday night and ordered dinner for me and my wife, both of our steaks were supposed to be medium. They were burnt. I called the manager JoJo and she was nice about our food being burnt and wrong. She gave us 2 free dinners. We go back today and look at this steak. This is definitely not medium. Just over this restaurant at this point. There is no consistency with their food. I don’t see how it’s hard to temp a steak.

Used the online waitlist feature which was really awesome. Arrived at the restaurant at the scheduled time and was seated right away. We ordered appetizers and salads first before our meal. The salads came out before the apps and the silverware came out 15 minutes after that. It seems very disorganized all around. Our meals came out about 30 minutes later, everything was correct. We ordered dessert but the server explained about 20 minutes after we ordered that she was waiting for it to defrost so we went to get shakes at cookout instead. Bottom line, great food, subpar service.

This is a great place for lunch! I was seated right away, and my appetizer was out in 4 minutes (twisted mozzarella sticks). Those were tasty. I was in luck, as they had Prime Rib available for lunch! I was in and out in 30 minutes. The wait staff was on the ball; I didn't wait or need to ask for anything. I arrived right at 11, so if you don't want a wait, need good food and service, give them a try!

The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Our server Dakota did a wonderful job taking care of us! I thought it was really neat that you get to pick your own steak out of a window next to the grill when you walk in. The steaks were cooked perfect and the jalapeno appetizer with Cajun sauce is delicious. I will definitely be coming back!

We always enjoy coming by We signed up to join the waitlist and by the time we arrived, our table was ready We were seated quickly and had an amazing waitress Can’t go wrong with their delicious rolls to start off the meal Appetizer was the cactus blossom that was a hit I ordered a Caesar salad and it was delicious And my husband ordered the Smokehouse Burger and was, also, delicious Highly recommend trying the Kenny’s Cooler if you need a drink recommendation. I always order it when we eat here We will be definitely be returning!

Awsome food. The best bread. Went for lunch and ended up taking mist of the food home with us we had so much.

Only one section in the back of restaurant open with tables for my handicapped parent’s. They barely made it to the table. My father ordered a 16oz sirloin med well. It came out well done plus! Sent it back. We were all finished our meal when he finally got his steak-it was overcooked again. He just put it in a to go box and left hungry. Ordered a to go plate for my daughter only to get this picture at 3:00 am ( nurse-nights) with hair in her salad. Spent over $100 - not worth it!

Pretty typical chain steakhouse. The steaks were good, although we both asked for medium rare and had to send them both back because they were literally raw in the middle. The server took them back, and it took about 20 minutes for them to return, but they were tasty when she returned them. Salads and bread were amazing as always, and the potatoes were decent. We had the onion flower appetizer and it was good as well.

The food is usually really good. However today it was terrible. My husband salad had a super long hair in it. My shrimp was overcooked (tough) and my baked potato was undercooked( crunchy). We found shredded carrots or cheese in our Texas bloom sauce. I'm not sure what's happening but it was the worst we have had from this place. They did deduct the price of the salad.

The food is really yummy, good in quantity too. I am a foreigner here but I just liked the taste of food. Ambience is also nice. I was served with complimentary bread and dip. That's the best part of whole food for me. It was so soft, fresh and hot. I liked it. They don't have free wifi which is actually good to have for people like me who are in here for short time and need wifi for most of communications. The payment can be done digitally right from your table.

Our waitress was on point. She was so amazing. The food was delicious 😋. Definitely recommend.

Happy Veteran's Day to me!! II went for the evening and the food was awesome as always. My server, Jackson was great. He helped me get what I want with his recommendations and was wery attentive to my needs. I got a smothered pork chop with a side of salmon because that's what I really wanted and then a loaded sweet potato and vegetables. He recommended the lemon butter instead of just plain butter that I had asked for to put on my vegetables, so good!!! I left as a happy and full veteran!! Lol 😋😊

Be careful when eating here. After waiting an hour for our food I received my chicken with blood in it. The manager had it remade and again it came out bloody. This can make someone really sick ! It is safe to say I will never eat there again.

This was our second visit, the food was alright my salmon had way too much butter, my daughter's burger was too well done just because you ask for well done don't mean you burn it. My margarita was delicious and the waitress was nice and we enjoyed the hee haw Birthday celebrations throughout the restaurant Oh the loaded sweet potato was delicious 🥰

Walked in and the hostess directed us to sit at the bar where the bartender Clayton provided horrible service and made it seem like we were inconveniencing him. He said they already had last call for the kitchen and the bar and he would have to go check. He didn't go check he just went and complained to another coworker. He came back when he realized I was watching him "not" go check with the kitchen. He then asked condescendingly if we k ew what we wanted to which I replied, not without a menu. He gave us a menu and disappeared again. He the. Started to close his bar. After checking with a customer already sitting there, whom he went and brought 2 orders out for and a drink order. The o ly reason I tried them out is that I got a gift card for my birthday. I will definitely never return nor will my friends or family. Update: I was thoroughly impressed by the fast response to my less than satisfactory experience. The managing partner I spoke to was both empathetic and professional. She seems to really care about customer satisfaction and coaching people to provide better service.

Outstanding on all levels. Our server, Myles, was amazing and is definitely an asset to TRH. His attention to detail was impeccable. Great smile and an awesome personality. The food was perfectly cooked and the drinks were so good. AAA+ To Myles THANK YOU! You're awesome! We had a great time!

Was very dissatisfied with my visit. Went there for my anniversary. My wife loves Prime Rib and so I called ahead to make sure they had it. We got there about 7:30 on a Friday and waited which was fine, it's expected. We sat down and just glanced at the menu and ordered the Prime Rib. About 10 minutes later the waiter came back to announce they were out of Prime Rib and smugly said what else do you want not even an apology or give us a menu to look at. By this time it was after 8:00 on a Friday so no real option to walk out and go somewhere else. His attitude was atrocious and not once an apology. My question is HOW are you so short sighted as to run out of main dish 2 hours before you close and to not even apologize for it happening. My anniversary was ruined by this stupidity and the lack of simple customer service. Don't worry you won't ruin any more of my special days.

Food was good. Floor always feels sticky in all of the Roadhouse restaurants. Not sure why. We didn't get our rolls until after our food. Jamaican Margarita was good.
