Honey this was my favorite morning routine! The food is always fresh and me coworkers are DD iced coffee fiends! 🤣🤣

Finally reopen! Just in time for masters because the out of towners mean more than the people who live here 🙃 anyway the drive thru was nice and the outside looks really nice. I hope the inside is as nice as the outside. My drink was great and the service wasn’t bad either. I’ll be back after masters.

My favorite DD location is Walton Way because it's in route to my job. Chose this location today because it's closer to where I live and I was off. This is not the first time my drink was made wrong here, I had them to remake my ice coffee because they had it wrong. I ordered a large ice coffee 4 french vanillas, 3 creams and 6 stevia's. It had 6 creams and tasted like no French vanilla. It was remade to what was suppose to be correct and it tasted worse and had a strange taste, I did not bother to complain I will just continue to go to Walton Way location where I know I have no issues with the taste and following instructions of my order. I wasted my points on this order. I could not attempt to finish the ice coffee it made me feel nauseous trying to drink it.

Went in to purchase gift cards. No one at drive through now in store, asked Blk girl if they had gift cards, she looked as if I bothered her and she said yeah and turned her head wipe girl on drive through took care of 3 vehicles ehile I was still at counter. Asked her if anyone was working that register she said yeah but we are busy, we'll you weren't when I first came in and asked yet you took 3 orders. Then Marcus from the ice cream side came over and yook cards of me. He was polite pleasant, I will not spend any money there no more. Starbucks will get my business, may be higher but their customer service is so much better.

This is a wonderful Dunkin. I live in North Augusta and drive all the way over the bridge to get my coffee, food and desserts here. The food is always fresh, they know how to make great coffee, the staff is always friendly, the service is fast and they make a mean Pup Cup.

Very poor customer service. I tried to order four different things…and they were out of all four things. Another time I visited, my drink was made completely wrong. They didn’t even put any ice in the cold brew. It was just a bizarre experience. This is definitely not a place or people you want to see first thing in the morning. It will not set a good tone for the rest of your day lol.

I went through the drive through and the worker was rushing me and was rude. Then when I got to the window to pay she dropped my change on the ground and said “oops” … it was raining outside and I’m not getting wet for my change. I just tried to be nice and told her not to worry about it but still. The whole atmosphere was ghetto. And the doughnut I got was SUPER dry and stale tasting.

Please visit another location if your wanting to receive correct orders and great service. I gave multiple chances to this location but this last time was garbage. Stale, smashed donuts. And the coffee like day old watered down burnt coffee beans. I literally paid for trash without a smile and horrible customer service. They ignore your complaints or will close the drive thru window in your face. I recommend avoiding this location, because every one deserves respect and great quality products.

I had to come to this location b/c my usual was under renovation. I usually get my sweet tea with no ice b/c I’m planning on drinking it later and didn’t want it watered down. I was told b/c I wasn’t getting ice they could only partly fill my cup. I paid full price for a 64 oz drink but it was only filled about 2/3 of the way b/c I didn’t want ice?? Also, it was foamy coming out of the dispenser so there was even less drink once it settled. How does that make sense? The gentleman was nice but and was doing his job but that rule makes no sense. I never have this issue at my usual location. I won’t be returning to this one.

TO THE MANAGEMENT at this Location: PLEASE Replace the faulty Air Ovens at this store. Items are not getting done properly, left still COLD on the inside and burned on the outside. *Roasted Pepper Chicken Wrap, remade twice; this item was still in FROZEN in the center, both times, 2nd time burned on top. (Item Returned) *Ham & Cheese Croissant, 2nd remake; 1st one was fridge cold in the center. This is the 2nd one, burned to a crisp on top (pic shows burned parts in the bag), and STILL COLD in the center. On a good note: 1- Donuts that were made today @ 4:30AM, were still soft @ 3PM. 2-The young man who dispensed the order, did all he could, (within his reach), to make things right. He was very nice, handled the issue promptly and professionally. In spite of the problem not being something he, or any of the staff caused, He exchanged the product for a different item, with best efforts to make my experience better, and was also very apologetic about it. Bottom Line: Don't put the employees through this nonsense and get the ovens fixed, calibrated or REPLACED. #UnacceptableFood

I resend my review of this Dunkin at first it was great, but now it’s one of the worst Dunkin in Augusta along with the Wheeler Rd location. This place have the audacity to stay open til midnight but honestly they need to close at 8 like Walton Way or hire an entirely new staff that cares about their customer service and knows how to make coffee because every time I visit I get a horrible cup of coffee every time and they don’t even care. Stay away from this place if you want a good cup of coffee or fresh donut just enjoy the ice cream. Go to Belair Rd Washington Rd Evans or Walton Way. Since my review Walton Way has really been fantastic about correcting errors with a smile...they’ll make you glad you came. Customer service is outstanding and coffee is remarkable every time.

This business seems like to me one that tries to cut corners and extract from their employees. Ordered on the app, arrived 5min later than scheduled to give them some grace period. Once I got there they didn’t have two of the three things I ordered. They did not have a coffee sleeve for the coffee and it was very hot to touch. This is a coffee shop with no sleeves. I later spilled a little bit of coffee on my seat because O was holding it awkwardly. The croissant took forever to make but I was on my way to work, when I need to pick up the things I ordered in 30 seconds and be on my way. Thank goodness I planned plenty of time ahead for extra time wasted here. This makes me feel very uncomfortable to ever order here again on my way to work, which is one of the slogans of the store. Turns out, employees felt very short staffed. They are always out of things - waffle cones, sleeves, etc. This store doesn’t make me want to go there.

Worst Dunkin ever! The employees are very rude and disrespectful and management is horrible! Your food is always cold and drinks are never made right. The inside of the building is always filthy and the employees never use gloves to prepare food. The employees are always playing around and never do their jobs and ignore customers inside all the time.

This location is so slow. I’ve started going to the Fury’s Ferry location more, and although it’s a little farther than I’d like it to be, they are always quick and NICE! I’m glad to see this location stopped taking mobile orders because they literally could not handle it.

Good service and coffee anytime I'm passing through Augusta. No complains! Drive thru line moves fast

I went in there this morning a lady was moping saying will be right with me then look around she's moping the whole floor she saw me looking at her she came ove with nasty attitude Sky is her name can I take your order I asked could you wash your hands she said you can wait for someone else to take your order real nasty I ask for mgr she had me waiting order 10 mins I ask another worker for ph.# she didn't know she went and ask sky and they told me to look it up I will not patronage DD anymore 2nd encounter i guess you let the talk to consumers like any thing since you need help no more of my money no more

My food was cold and my coffee was ALL WRONG! I don't understand how my food was cold when they asked me to pull around and wait🤷🏽‍♀️. I didn't realize my coffee was wrong and my breakfast sandwich was cold until I got to work. I could not leave work so I didn't go back to the restaurant until 3:00pm. At this point I hadn't ate breakfast or lunch. I took everything back to Dunkin and told them how my order was all wrong. They gave me my money back but I wanted them to MAKE IT RIGHT by also giving me a gift card to come back another time for the huge inconvenience. They said no and didn't even apologize. I won't be going back!

Stood in the lobby watching employees scrambling as if the 4 cars in the drive through were a mad rush. We finally walked out as there was not so much as a "be right with you". I'm guessing at least 6 employees were there too and no one else in the store.

Got a latte that tasted bad. Went back and she explained to me the whole batch of milk had spoiled. Didn’t even give me a complimentary item for me having to return. The owners like to cut corners and it’s beginning to show :(

Their service should really match the price increases a line shouldn’t be around the building every morning and waiting 12+ minutes in the drive through. With that much time they should never screw up and order yet everyday it’s playing Russian roulette on what you get, ask for two Splenda you get 10 in your coffee, ask for no egg on your sandwich you get egg, they really need to do better especially when the owner is in here every morning working as well. Just do better and pay attention and qc the items your passing out to customers you literally have 3 screens to fix the error…that is all.
