We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. Unfortunately, we had booked online and there was a no cancellation policy at time of booking. We weren't made aware of a hotel wide construction zone and was less than pleased upon arrival. In the parking lot and at the entrance of the hotel were grocery carts?! No comment. The staff were pleasant and the room itself was nice and clean but he rooms have thin walls. Bring ear plugs if you want to sleep! Between the construction that starts from 9am-6pm and the people next door, we did not sleep well. The breakfast is nice with plenty of options, however plan on eating in your room unless you like sitting next to a construction site and the chairs were worn out. I think this place will be nice once done but i dont recommend it at this stage. No access to gift shop or pool. Overall not relaxing, dirty from construction and no amenities. Very disappointed.

Not worth the price we payed. I didn't have time to review the previous reviews and booked this hotel in a rush. Big mistake! No Loby, no restaurant, no bar. You have to get into the building from the back door. The owners of this place should not have opened this hotel until renovations are done. It's obvious they kept it open to maximize revenue. Not happy at all. I took pics of the "lobby " as well as the entrance. What a joke.

Worst experience with this motel, they are fraud, yesterday i booked a room in this hotel and i was arriving late and calling so many times but nobody pick the call and when i arrive over there at around 3:30 am the guy at reception charged me 40$ as late fees, i dont understand why… when i explain him why u charging me late fees as i was calling you so many times but u didn’t pick my call and then he talk very rudely and told me that we got a thousand of calls everyday, its our choice that we have to pick or not. And then he force me to pay fine in cash not by any card and i told him that I didn’t have that much cash and he told me to withdraw from motel ATM and charge me that extra money. So I recommend everyone to not go there, staff is really fraud.

We booked this hotel for a night without reading other customers' reviews. When we arrived, they asked a deposit of $150.00 and charged it immediately and said it would be refunded into my account within 3-5 business days, but I haven't received my deposit yet for about 2 weeks. When I called and asked, they simply blamed the bank and asked me to call back again in 2 days to speak with their manager. I waited 2 days and called again to speak with the manager, but the receptionist said that the manager was not available for next few days. Irresponsible management and rude staff. I will take a legal action if I don't receive my money back in couple of days. Also, it is very inconvenient breakfast room, and there is no lobby to take pictures. PLEASE RECONSIDER BOOKING THIS HOTEL. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE TO WASTE THEIR MONEY.

Hotel is under construction. Rooms were great. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very nice. It has potential to be a great hotel. Construction left you with no lounging space or a place to meet colleagues. Not a bad stay.

Yes its under construction but the hotel room was 10/10. Washroom was clean and nice. Front staff was professional and friendly. Everything went smooth. Its definitely worth the price.

Been traveling 7 days from NYC via Niagara, changing hotel every night. This hotel had a outstanding best comfort in terms of bed comfort, bathroom comfort and management support. This review including a high profile and trippel more expensive hotel at Niagara included. Done hesitate, book, if the location is appropriate for you.

This place was wonderful, yes they are under renovations. It happens!! But the staff (3 different) people were wonderful. The room, bathroom & corridor were beautifully renovated!! The breakfast was quite good!! My stay was Worth every penny! Will definitely stay there again.

It was very nice even though part of it is still under construction. Complimentary breakfast is satisfactory and I believe dinning area will be larger after construction is done. Overall great customer service.

Hotel is undergo intense renovation and promotional pictures published on various promo web sites do not represent the current state of this place and facilities available. Overall, we do not recommend to stay till the construction is completed. Attached pictures represent the condition of this hotel as of June 2023.

Hotel is currently going through major renovations. Don’t get scared or discouraged when you enter. It is normal for major renos to have no lobby. On the other hand rooms are new, spacious, clean and very nice. They have a good continental breakfast for the hotel class.

The reviews I read on here had me steeled for a horrible experience. It was the opposite really! The staff were super friendly. We had a nice chat while I checked in. The bed was the most comfortable I stayed in this week. The rooms were clean. When I came down in the morning to check out the gentleman greeted me by my name. And the breakfast was more than cereal and burnt coffee (finally!) The renovation is minimal and only affects daylight hours - I've been to a renovating hotel that had you weave through scaffolding to get inside so this was fine. I would definitely come again.

I have had a very bad experience with this hotel, unfortunately due unexpected trip I had to make a reservation with this hotel but I never imagined that one member of the staff , probably during housekeeping, took $100 from my computer briefcase. I didn’t realize that until I came back to USA, two days after this happened. I hope this will not happen to anyone but it would be better if you keep your money and I advise you don’t leave anything in the room

The negative reviews on here had me worried, but my stay was very pleasant. Staff were very professional and kind. Rooms were very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast surprised me, the best continental breakfast I've had in a long time. Will come back again

This hotel is an abomination.

Not a very welcoming hotel. Staff were not very polite, the room was ok. The bathroom was gross. The morning breakfast was questionable. At least the banana was fresh. I really wouldn’t stay here again.

The rooms were outdated and not clean! Crawl into the bed on first night to find crumbs on the sheets, the mirror doors were cracked and broken in the bottom corners (unsafe for kids), pool was absolutely disgusting and filthy, towels had stains on them, broken latch on door, extremely expensive for what you get. High end hotels are cheaper! Would never return to this hotel again with my family.

This place is wonderful. Very bright and spacious. I can't not mention that unlike Hilton Hotel at Niagara Falls, this place is very clean and fresh. People that work here are very friendly. Will definitely come back to you, guys! Thank you. 💗❤️

Do NOT waste your time and risk your money booking accommodations at New Market Hotel and Suites. We declined to stay after checking in and discovering that the room did not meet our expectations based on the price. It was very dated, with stained sheets, broken hardware on the dresser and nightstands, and a worn out bathroom. We had come to town for a milestone birthday celebration, and were disappointed, so I requested a refund. The front desk agent said that wouldn’t be a problem, but I would have to email the manager. Knowing we would have to find another hotel for the night, I was not comfortable leaving without a refund so I asked him to call the manager which he did. I should preface what’s to come with the fact that both the agent and the manager had impeccable customer service skills, a kind manner, and appeared to be trying to solve the problem. Between the two of them, however, they could not figure out how to reverse the charge. I waited for an hour. I was kind and patient, but firm. I called merchant services myself, and still they could not manage it. While I was in front of them, every manual behind that desk came out as they searched for passwords and merchant codes which they never seemed to be able to locate. Eventually, I left without my money and called the manager back the following business day. I was told that after I had left the hotel the charge was reversed (odd?) and the money should be back in my account within a few days. I had a hard time believing this. When the money was not deposited back into my account after several days, I called again and asked the manager to call their merchant services again. They said they had, and that it should just take a few more days. At this point, I had to get my bank involved. It has been 55 days and I’ve yet to see the refund. I feel sort of robbed, definitely lied to, and manipulated by a front of “niceness” without any intention of solving the problem. 100% unacceptable.
