I’m completely shocked! I purchased a 90 gram 14k gold chain from this place and unfortunately after I had already purchased the chain I started to compare prices. Come to find out I end up paying $17 PER GRAM more than what other places were charging. Now, that might not seem like that much but after doing some simple math (17x90) I was over charged $1530!! They charged me $69 per gram when the average price was $52 per gram. On multiple websites. Many many many different websites. I think the employees are making their own prices up to make their own commission. 3 months later I needed my bracelet repaired. I was curious, so I went back to see if the scamming was still going on. They quoted me $100 for the repair so I walked next door and LONG BEHOLD $8 for the repair!! Wow! Just stay away. Enough said.

What a wonderful place!!! I went for a nice necklace for my mother and the employees helped me even with my small budget (they even engraved it for free!!!) A truly amazing experience and one I'm willing to repeat for the next gift and the one after that.

Needed to get a ring sized, went to other near stores they were too expensive. But here!!! Was a great price and was done that same day! Everyone was so welcoming with a happy attitude and all smiles! Will definitely be back! 100%Recommend!

WONDERFUL place! Paola is so great!! I brought in a necklace with a charm to be fixed and it was taken care of immediately. I went home right away to get another charm fixed. It was taken care of again flawlessly. Paola actually said I DIDN’T need to have any links added to it!! She could have very easily sold me something I didn’t need but she didn’t. This place has my utmost confidence. Very professional, courteous and trustworthy. If you need any jewelry repaired please come here!

I went in looking for a nice necklace and a ring and it was hard to choose which employee to go with as they all received me with welcoming greetings. They were very helpful helping me chose the items I was looking for. I walked out happy with my necklace and ring. I was looking to buy my girlfriend some jewelry for her birthday and not only did they help me find exactly what I was looking for, I was kind of short and they still let me purchase the jewelry for what I had. So nice in there !
