Grand dental did an amazing job for my daughter. Patient , kind, gentle, and so understanding. This is a 5 star plus office. The reception really welcoming . The assistants are the best, and every doctor there really care about their patients. So thankful to have finally found a place closer to home where I can take my special girl and feel confident that she is in good hands. She loves her new teeth!

I had an excellent experience at the Grand Dental office in Aurora. I went there for a tooth extraction in preparation for an implant. The staff was very kind, supportive, and reassuring. They explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. Dr. Wells and his assistant Jaime were very skilled and gentle. He performed the extraction quickly and smoothly, and I barely felt any pain or discomfort. They also gave me clear instructions on how to take care of the extraction site and what to expect during the healing. The dental office was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. I was very impressed by their professionalism and care. I would highly recommend this practice

I had a bad experience at another dentist, but Grand dental has the best staff and they will really work with you if it is something a lot higher in cost. I have gone to them twice and I will continue to go to them. Highly recommend Grand Dental. Thank you to All of the staff for great jobs all the time and caring about your patients.

Extremely welcoming, Carla went out of her way to help me with billing issues, the doctor was very thorough, his assistant listened very intently to all my issues and needs. In the end… everyone was very accommodating!! Thank you. 12/18/23. I saw Veronica for deep cleaning!!! She is one of the most professional staff i have ever had. She explained what she was doing every step of the way, which helps so much. She is thorough and very efficient.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here! My 5YO needed dental work and was really nervous but the staff made it an amazing (even fun) experience! I cannot believe how great and calm everyone was. Thank you Dr Abbas, Victoria and staff! Wish I could give you more than 5 stars.

The Dentists at this practice stand behind their amazing work and have excellent bedside manners, from the smiles we receive from their front desk staff to their hygienist staff. The experience is amazing from start to finish!

All my kids (3,6,9) and I love going to Monica to get our teeth clean! She is very friendly, patient and does a great job on educating the kiddos on good dental health. Dr. Paulson is amazing as well. So friendly and silly with the kids. Dental visits and cavity fillings can be nerve wrecking for little ones but he does an amazing job of talking through the procedure and making sure they are comfortable. We love it here at Grand Dental!

Very caring staff, friendly, and they take the time to get to “hear” you. An important attribute to have in this world today. They do the best that they can do and they remember who you are-not just the work that is needed.

Thank you Grand Dental for always providing a great experience for my dental visits. The front desk staff are always friendly, and so helpful with billing and scheduling. They provide great service upon check in. They also were terrific at welcoming new arrivals that were waiting to check in - and explaining they’d be with them soon. It’s helpful that their waiting room has a play area for children too. I have been a patient at this office for many years and have always had good experiences, largely because I have had Veronica as my hygienist. She’s the best! She takes such great care of her patients and has helped me with a variety of treatment plans with various dentists there. She is so skilled at her job and makes each visit as comfortable as possible. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that motivates you to take good care of yourself. Thank goodness for the water pick recommendations too. Game changer! :)

Grand Dental was exceptional-- From the first call to make an appointment, insurance verification and the appointment for my procedure. Their professionalism and compassion for me during my visit was exceptional. Dr. Wells and Jamie and the entire staff were great. I wanna start by saying this company really actually care about there patients. They are very good with kids. I have a beautiful 4 year old non verbal daughter who needed most of all her teeth extracted and it was nearly almost impossible to pay out of pocket grand dental went above and beyond to extract my daughter teeth from infecting her. I wanna thank there staff and team for providing excellent customer service and comfort. Similar to like super hero’s they do an amazing job even though they don’t accept most dental insurance but they have an affordable dental plan that is worth choosing for adult and children’s. I can’t thank them enough for everything they will forever have us as patients.

I have been coming here since I was a little girl. Check-in is fast and the front desk staff are always sweet. For the past few years, my dad and I have been seeing Veronica for our cleanings and I could not recommend her and this office enough. I look forward to our chats every time. She is the best--you will not regret setting up an appointment with her!

I really enjoy knowing that my Hygienist Veronica is always on time, and greets me in the lobby. She is very knowledgeable, and kind. I had been going to another dentist for roughly 12 years and they just sold their practice. I drove out of my way just to go to that one because of the doctor so now that the practice was sold- it was time to find a new one closer to me. I really liked this dentist from the front staff to the hygienist to the doctor. Very clean and thorough, I felt comfortable and they did a great job. This is where I'll go going forward.
