I lost my grandmother to her fight to breast cancer in May of this year. I recently got engaged and couldn’t wear the ring she gave me on my ring finger anymore. I went to Vic’s in hopes of getting the ring turned into a pendant so that I could wear it as a necklace instead. I picked it up today, and I am absolutely speechless. It’s so beautiful I am amazed. Vic and his family took the best care of my jewelry and turned it into something I will have for the rest of my life, and just in time for Christmas. The pendant is more than I could ever hope for, and I just wanted to thank Vic and his family for taking care of me. I’ll never go anywhere else to have my jewelry fixed. They do a great job at a reasonable price, on a reasonable timeline, and you really get the feeling of a small business owned by a family when you come in. They have sized my cleaned my rings and soldered additional pieces to my original engagement ring. It looks great. Plus they have an office dog you can pet as an added bonus!

Great place to waste your time. This is not an actual watch repair business unless you just need a polish or a battery replacement. I called ahead and specifically asked if they could do some work to my watch. I told him what I needed done and he told me yes and to bring it in. I shut down my business and drove 45 minutes each way to bring it in only for him to tell me he won't work on it and to send it in to Seiko. He was pretty rude about it too, like I was bothering him with my business. I was willing to pay a decent amount of money to have my watch serviced. I can't believe how I was just treated. Unbelievable.

This is a wonderful jewelry store and repair store. Neighborhood jewelry store with beautiful rings,watches,necklaces etc. They do fantastic repair work. Very friendly and caring. II will tell all my friends about it. I just brought a broken bracelet, it needed a claasp . He fixed it on the spot which I wasn't expecting. Sized my ring. Got it back really fast. The top setting broke off my wedding ring. I took it to Vic's to see about resetting it with a new gem. The price quote was very reasonable, so I left it with him. I got it back yesterday and it is stunning! I love the amethyst in the center!

I took my engagement and wedding rings in to be resized since they were too big, and was told they could have both done by the following week (8 days) for a very fair price. I just went in to pick them up and they fit so much better and were more shiny than ever! This place is fantastic and I plan to return for their fast, friendly service for any future jewelry needs!
