It's not the first time that we have gone through here and the order is not up to Starbucks standards. I tried to call today about my cold coffee that was supposed to be hot and an identical order to an other coffee it was most certainly NOT. The spinach wrap was missing the tomato. The most annoying part ? When I tried to call the number that shows up it is disconnected. When I called a different location they also only have that outdated number. On a separate occasion the dragon fruit drink I ordered was so full of ice that he actually threw out what was left after I asked for it to be light on the ice.

The service here was excellent - friendly, professional, and super fast. I loved all the little touches like the board with photos of the baristas and the “take a book, leave a book” cart (don’t tell anyone but I took a book and didn’t leave one - in my defense, I didn’t have any books with me to leave. I’ll pay it forward the next chance I get). Anyway, I highly recommend this Starbucks.

Jen and cece were rude for no reason, throwing the food at people. I hope they don’t go treating everyone like that. If they don’t like their job they should probably look somewhere else. Won’t be going there again terrible customer service.

These kids have no clue what they are doing and need better leadership immediately. I brought in a personal cup and asked for a HOT 5 shot of espresso with three pumps w/c and 3 pumps Carmel filled to the top with breve. If it’s a hot drink why in the world would you top it off with cold half and half?? Literally took 8 minutes to get my order correct for me to pay so I was frustrated but didn’t express it because the young lady at the register seemed to be training. But then the guy that made the drink kept calling me “Hun” and “sweetheart” this is unprofessional

This location is very busy, being close to an elementary school and a busy street. The staff here is always super friendly, and the store is always clean. I think the drive thru is slower than going inside, so if you're in a hurry, I recommend parking and going in, although parking is not the best at this location.

Super friendly staff! And that limited time pumpkin cream cheese muffin….. oh man! Outrageously delicious!

The Staff is extremely kind and even recommended some stuff that I had never tried before! (Ask for Sriracha for your Egg Wraps!! New addiction!) Got in a few hours of work while enjoying my delicious food and drink. Thank you guys for an Amazing start to my morning!!!
