Let me start with this; I love red robins food. I grew up going to Red Robin every other Friday night with my family. It was either red robin or outback steakhouse so it's near and dear to me Reason for 1 star; My wife and I ordered a classic with "bottomless fries". Not only did we not get the "bottomless fries" but other tables around us got theirs. Plus my wife and my drinks were never refilled. I had to ask for to-go boxes from a different waitress. I swear I never saw our waitress other than getting our drinks and taking our order. Someone else brought us our food and, again, someone else gave us our to-go boxes. I don't expect to be treated like a king but I would at least appreciate a check in to see how the food was and a refill if our drinks had been empty since before we got our food. PICTURE ATTACHED: My wife's cup empty. My cup gone cause it was empty and never refilled. My "bottomless fries" and my plate after waiting 20m for a refill or more fries.

Food was good not great. Table and menus needed cleaning. Server was nice and so was the manager, which is why I’m giving the good rating. Also, food was well priced. Food item most worth the price are the burgers because of the portion given. Oh and for a Saturday night, it wasn’t packed, which was nice if you want something more relaxed (experiences may vary lol)

The restrooms are disgusting the waitress really poor her job never ask the size on the tower onion rings the actitud really bad I no going to come back again

Came for my birthday burger with my husband. The mozzarella twists were delicious!! My burger was amazing, and so were my fries!! Thanks for making it great!

Love their steak fries. Especially the Garlic Parmesan. I had a pick up order I ordered from "Active Menus". And when you select extra fries, they definitely give them to you. My first time trying there fish as I normally get a burger. Not bad at all.

Maureen was the best!! My food was perfectly cooked, and my drink glass was never more than half empty. She made great recommendations and got me a great deal on gift cards for my next visit. The manager was so welcoming and had a warm friendly personality. She stopped by tables and asked how everything was. Every staff member including the hostess did a great job tonight and every other visit before today.

It's time to change my review of this place. I'm now giving it 4 out of 5 stars. I can't give 5 because i love bacon, and the way they prepare it makes it not gluten-free because they cook it in a pizza oven. Our last 2 visits there have been good, service and food are good, everything is clean and everyone is very friendly. I'd go more frequently if i could havebacon on my burgers along with more gluten-free toppings choices like I get elsewhere. It's still a great improvement from a couple of years ago. Used to love this place. Today, our server was distracted. Asked for a knife to cut my burger and never got it. Tried to ask another server who ignored my husband saying ‘Excuse me miss’ about 5 times while she walked past. Went back toward the kitchen where a group of 3 girls were standing around telling stories (2 waitresses and the ultra rude hostess—no name tags, but she’s short with long dark pony and glasses). I asked them for the knife I already asked for. The hostess came over with it like a snotty teenager talking to her mom and said ‘That wasn’t even your waitress’. Um do I care? They all had access to the silverware, which I didn’t. My husband’s broccoli was a little brown and raw. The coleslaw is bland. The burgers and pizza are great—but sadly the staff has made this our last visit.

This used to be one of my favorite Robin Robin’s. I visit here, as I do every time I come home, but it wasn’t nearly as good as I remember. To be fair, I ordered takeout about less than an hour before closing, so maybe that had something to do with the less than delicious quality I’m used to. But nonetheless, I ordered the Whiskey River BBQ Burger and it was missing….the BBQ sauce and the fries were either over fried or old. I’ll give them another try next time I’m in town and hopefully it will be as yummy as I remember!!

Their shakes are always delicious! We had their fried pickles, pizza, & burger w/ seasoned fries. No complaints!

The burgers were somewhat tasty, but very overcooked for medium rare. The manager told me he spotted a pink dot and that's how they cook medium rare. My daughter didn't even eat her burger.

Visited this location for lunch with my sister and niece. Noticed the entire restaurant was pretty empty, so expected pretty quick service. Actually stood in the entrance for about 5 minutes until the hostess seated us. Ordered our drinks, my beer came last. Server said it was pouring slow, mentioned they were having problems. once I did received it, I was disappointed that it was extremely flat, and tasted bad. I had asked the server if there’s an issue with that beer, because I might want to switch. He convinced me there wasn’t anymore problems and brought be another one. Which was better than the first. When I asked for the billed I mention that I wasn’t satisfied with the beer I suspect was the beer sitting in the lines over night, to which he replied there’s no way…… but had already admitted earlier he was having trouble with… I paid $8 for a beer I couldn’t even finish, and wasn’t offered a resolution to.. will not be returning. I’ll pay $8 for a single beer elsewhere. Also, the new menu isn’t great. Pizza is gross, and burgers seem way smaller. Buyer beware.

What great service, great employees, but most importantly, great food! It's important to note we arrived on a busy weekend and judging from the parking lot alone, we thought we would have a 15-30 minute wait on our hands! However, this was not the case, as the kind lady behind the podium asked how many we were seating and asked if we wanted high seating or low seating (as you can see from some of my pictures, a bunch of the high seating was empty. I suppose everyone prefers those cushy red seats like us!), and after a quick wipedown of our table from the last customers, we were seated with the menus in hand. There were different staff coming through and handling us, and they were all very kind and wonderful. The waiter who took our order was sweet to come by numerous times after we eat to make sure if we were enjoying our meal, wanted extra fries, etc. The food was delicious; the burgers being made specifically how I wanted. The fries were like really but that was okay because when they cooled down they were banging too! Paying was quick and effortless and when we were ready to go, we got up and left and the kind waiter from earlier wished us a good day, which I thought was sweet. All in all, it was a lovely time, we will be dining there again!

It's not much of a experience. We got seated at our table about 7:30 we waited for our waiter to even greet us for about 15 minutes. Nothing. We even asked someone if they have seen the waiter that is supposed to wait on us. She said she will have someone right over. And 10 minutes later still nothing. We saw 3 other families that got seated after us already get the drinks and appetizers. While we waited for about 5 more minutes to see if we will ever get service. Nothing. We just left. Not very happy with the experience.

Burgers were good. Barbeque brisket was disappointing, it was like they added only a teaspoon of brisket, finely chopped bacon (to make it look full) and charged full price. Ridiculous.

Every roadtrip when there is a Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews on our route, we stop by. And this one was as good as any of them. Nice staff, food very tasteful. We just love Red Robin.

This Red Robin has a very large menu with a ton of burger options. They are tasty and grilled they way I like. They also offer bottomless steak fries which are always crispy and crazy hot. Eat as much as you wish. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I you want a good burger and a friendly environment, come here. Get fries as an appetizer also!! Yum

I used to love this place, my dad worked here for years and the workers used to care. Now it's just average. Went with my girl and the service was decent and the food amazing still, but we were just kinda sat in the back of the bar area and ignored. Like we barely saw our waitress. Still, gotta love that fry seasoning!

Way better service here in Aurora at the Red Robin. 1491 S Havana St here in Denver. Levi was consistent and incredibly kind as our server. There was a incident where they had to remake our burger and the manager Samantha(believe it was her name she was interviewing and I overheard may be wrong) no questions asked or in unkind comment. They made the time here wonderful and fix the issue quickly. Super kind and I would highly recommend this place. This is my second time at this location and each time was consistent thoughtful service. Would recommend each time. Thank YOU SO MUCH! The Red Robin on Cornerstone was so unkind to us and unsatisfying experience. Thankful for this location to say the least!

This place is delicious. We’ve never had a bad experience with the staff. In fact, they seem like one of the only restaurants we’ve been to lately that acts like they care that we’re in the middle of a pandemic. I appreciate that all of the staff cares. You guys are awesome ❤️

Good service and hot, fresh food. The salads are bigger then you think, and really filling. The hamburgers were cooked to perfection, with fresh lettuce, tomato, and onions. The fries were hot and fresh with a perfect amount of seasoning on them. The server refilled our drinks without us having to ask, and was very attentive all around. The restaurant and the restroom was clean.

Great food and great atmosphere, and it wasn't too busy when I went in early on Friday night. If you're craving cheesy food, pair up a cheese bacon fondue burger with some mozzarella sticks and enjoy all the cheesy goodness.

I would like to say the chefs did wonderful on our meal! However when it comes to requesting a booth kindly and we would like to wait. It really upset the host change her tone with us, we noticed while she was seating others so kindly. We did seem to notice the restaurant hygiene was not up to code. We will not be visiting this location in the future.
