I have not visited the Fox valley Mall in years. This year the Peanuts Christmas tunnel to the pictures with Santa is so neat. While my kids are not little anymore, it looks like a cool place for small kids to visit!

A small mall with lots of fun and good stores of a dying breed. They've done a good job to not let it die. Keep up the good work! Still one of the best malls around! They strategically put the Cinnabon near an exit so that you have to buy them! Good marketing analysis 😏

Fox Valley Mall sells everything you could need. Diverse eateries, entertainment, clothing for all ages, jewelry, gifts, home goods, and services like a massage place and a laptop repair shop. This local mall is very accessible to many area communities and has ample parking. While several anchor stores have closed, Macy's & JCP are still open and stocked. Lots of smaller retailers still hanging in there. This is a great place to shop live vs online on cold winter days!

Plenty of stores to choose from plus cute little play area for little ones. Has a food court and an arcade area as well. It's a big mall but not too big. Does have security walking around too so that's nice. Also always seems to be very clean inside and lots of parking outside. Definitely prefer this mall then the Outlet mall.

Fox Valley mall has wonderful shops in a clean and safe environment. It has 2 levels with good court in the “basement” in center of the mall. Food court has a two-story carousel in the middle for kids to enjoy. You can do everything from getting a haircut to purchasing a designer made suit to bowling at this mall. Two of the anchor stores have closed though. It's always an enjoyable experience.

Different stores with many personalities. Not all bad but not all good. I will say that there should be some people skills training at Macy's and Rue 21. I know Corona is upon us, but attitudes were present before any pandemic arrived and it's still prevalent. Blatant ignorance on any job shouldn't be tolerated... But that's just me. I've worked customer service as a Door Dasher and I make sure that I'm pleasant even if you aren't. The customer's not always right but when the customer comes up against an employee who might be mad at the world, you will bring whatever treatment you get in return. So yeah, let's do some people skills training. Appreciate it!

Fox Valley Mall is a BIIIIIG mall. I was waiting for someone so I was able to go around to see the place as it was my first time. It took me like an hour or so to see what they have. You can easily get lost here if you aren't familiar with the mall. It's an awesome mall and you can literally spend half a day here.

From the wide variety of stores to the overall cleanliness of the mall, I was thoroughly impressed. The mall boasts an excellent selection of stores, catering to a diverse range of interests and preferences. Whether you’re in search of fashion, electronics, home decor, or beauty products, Fox Valley Mall has you covered. The mall staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the positive shopping atmosphere. I was also pleased with the overall cleanliness of the mall. The common areas, restrooms, and stores were well-maintained and tidy. I appreciate the efforts put into ensuring a hygienic environment for visitors. It contributed to an enjoyable and stress-free shopping experience. I highly recommend this mall to anyone looking for a satisfying shopping experience. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Better than Paris. Department stores in France of 1870s used to charge up to 25 Frank's just to see merchandise. At Fox Valley it is free to chill out in summer heat or heat up in winter in a company of friends. They try to make sure you are entertained as well.

PT Snacks is the Best little Store in the Fox Valley Mall. A Wall of "Hot Sauce" for Dad, Gormet 2ft long Licorice imported from Spain for Mom, Craft Sodas for Teens and assorted Candy for the Kids. This is a must Visit for the Whole Family!

I have a toddler and she needs a place to run around and this place is great for that. The kids play area by JCPenney is great, there's only one entrance so it's easy to keep an eye on the kids. And the play area is right next to the bathroom! This mall has other large spaces around the mall to run around and get out some energy too. We just moved close to the area and this will be a weekly adventure for us 😁

There are various stores to choose from, very clean and you definitely feel safe shopping here. The place is very beautiful and the staffs were very polite and friendly. They have very nice quality products, that every person can return back to. The guards and other staffs are friendly. It observes health protocols properly. So, I enjoyed shopping, roaming and eating here. It was amazing. The parking space is not so crowded too. I love strolling and eating here at Fox Valley Mall and see what's new to this store. I will recommend this shop to all of my family and friends. Shop now!

It’s clear the owners of the mall have continued to invest in its upkeep- lots of nice decorations and it has a recently remodeled vibe. Wish there were more stores though- and a bigger food court. Maybe they could add them where the Sears used to be.

My youngest daughter has always loved the Carousel. But the last visit was a bad experience. Deception and fraud! I bought a lot of coins in the past but now they no longer accept them. The manager was very rude and mad. The child is upset. I will never go there again.

WHAT a GEM, a HIDDEN GEM, at least to a person from the NW Suburb, where the famous WOODFIELD MALL, the LARGEST MALL in Illinois, is located. WELL, we are glad to take a chance (ie. without researching in Google first) and to drive almost 1 hour to visit FOX VALLEY MALL. From the parking lot (where the BOWLING PIN statute is), the Mall looked ordinary. Coming inside, we did not too many people. It was just before noon Saturday, perhaps people were in the Food Courts...We kept on walking, and found a beautiful wooden structure, in the middle of a play ground/ park-like area ... The more we explored this area, the more astonished we got. WOW...WOW .... We took pictures, after pictures...My instinct as a GOOGLE LOCAL GUIDE took over me. ... ... I could write pages and pages, but let's be BRIEF, and DECLARE "We LOVE Fox Valley Mall more than Woodfield!" .... Do come ...and try also the #FRIES and the BOURBON CHICKEN.... We did, and they were EXCELLENT! ...

Though the mall is doing a little better than it was, it's obvious that the management only cares about the apartments and not about making it a successful whole. Jamming in as many cheaply made wood units as they can and calling them luxury, while leaving blank two-story brick walls where the mall has been cut off. You would think they could make a new two story entrance invitingly blending a plaza for the apartments with outdoor amenities with the mall, but they have no interest in putting any money into the mall side above necessary to keep it status quo.

2021, WORST traffic planned redevelopment. The new residential block where sears used to be looks like a bunch of towering grey mini prisons and the redesigned 5 lane by 4 lane all way stop proceeding from IL-59 across the mall loop to the new sidestreet is even more UNSAFE compared to the traffic volume and multiple lanes causing view block and take-turn disputes/blown by gang kids at a high rate of speed, loud music at night, loitering and other sketchy happenings, not worth the cost and not a residential block suitable for retirement . Don't like this review? Next time get the right people to do better at traffic engineering BEFORE hand.

Fox Valley Mall is one of the only legitimate malls left; I'm going to say, in the Chicagoland area. When you go during the week is not super busy they also still have the stores that you would traditionally find in most popular malls. Now ask for the weekend this mall can get extremely busy but every time I went it's been a smooth experience. They have different places where your children can still have fun. The food court can get a little busy but that's expected when you have a lot of good restaurants that have pretty decent food. The number one thing that text me to Fox Valley Mall is the store called banana twist. Banana twist has the best banana pudding in damn near all of Chicago. The staff and the people are extremely nice and they have plenty of room for you to sit down and eat and take your time you don't feel rushed and it's a great spot. There is also a cheesecake place that is pretty good too I can't recall the name of it but it's upstairs and the cheesecake cups are amazing and that owner is also nice as well. You still have a few of your major Box Store there and you have some kind of comedy theater there but I've never been to that. Overall the Fox Valley Mall is still maintaining when most malls are going under in this day and age. Also be sure to make sure that you check to see if there's different coupons for your favorite stores when you also visit Fox Valley Mall. Macy's tends to have a lot of great coupons and a lot of people miss it but they have some amazing prices as well.

Place is amazing would go here over any mall in the country. It's immaculate to start, looks completely up to date, so many stores, store competitors under same roof, it's gigantic, and I felt safe. Was happy to see a mall not only survive but thrive! Bravo!

I used to love this mall, but todays visit was just ok. They need to do something about the breast cancer donation kiosk because those people will harass you and they do not listen if you tell them no. They approached me 3 different times, even after I was very firm in telling them no.

Funny how for Easter and Christmas and other events Fox Valley Mall charges us for holiday photos and stuff but they have the odassity to not be able to have trick or treating for our kids. And this happens because no one speaks up because they have the funds to invest into a big apartment complex and all these other projects. They have the room and enough stores to come together for all these kids. The business we would bring them purchasing food at the food court over our kids getting candy for their happy faces. SMH

I love certent stores in this mall. They're torrid is amazing selection. They're Macy's always has really good clearance items. Their food court usually has tasty food. The only thing that I would have to complain about 5 years ago I used one of their storage lockers so I didn't have to carry around my coat and purse, I just took my wallet and phone with me and then I couldn't get the locker open once I was ready to leave and maintenance had to open the locker for me to get my stuff it ended up being a 20-minute process which made me late to a appointment. Also when it comes to Victoria's secret that whole store has trust issues. Around Black Friday of last year I went and They follow you around and watch you like they already know you're going to steal something. I'm almost 40 years old and I don't think I've ever stolen anything in my entire life so it does kind of get on my nerves that they watch you and follow your every move like they know you're a criminal.

This is a very nice mall but I wouldn't recommend going to the store Sweet Treasures that's next to JC Penney. The young lady working there was ver rude and too nonchalant. She couldn't answer the simple question of if they had a particular candy in the store and couldn't answer if there was another candy store in the mall. Instead she just shrugged and said she only works at that store. She also followed my family and I throughout the entire store. It was a very nice experience at the mall until we went into this particular store.

Much better than when I visited 2 years ago. It has more life now, the Sears building that was closed has been removed and there are some new and updated stores, the layout is still the same but is has a new design. Also near the fountain there's a nice seating area with a stair case that looks like a work of art, It's beautiful! The food court has great selection and personally, I love the smoothie shop! All in all a great place to shop.

the carousel’s prices have gone up quite a lot. $5 per person in order to spin around for a short couple of minutes. i’ve seen parents wanting to go into the carousel with their children to ensure their safety, but are turned away and told they have to pay the $5 in order to get into the carousel alongside their child. i’m sorry but that is ridiculous. 😭 why should the parent have to pay ? good luck if you’re a group of 4, too. that small fun ride will cost you a good 20 bucks. as much as i love the carousel, it simply isn’t worth it anymore.
