Maybe
I
went
on
an
off
day,
but
the
chicken
was
DRY,
and
there
is
nothing
worse
than
dry
chicken.
Beside
improper
cooking,
the
food
lacked
overall
flavor.
My
masala
sauce
was
oily
rather
than
creamy,
the
naan
was
unimpressive,
my
dish
was
not
even
spicy...
And
the
tandoori
oven
entree
did
not
come
with
a
vegetable
medley
like
many
Indian
restaurants.
Why
pay
16
for
dry,
poorly
seasoned
chicken
and
worthless
masala
sauce?
If
you
want
good
Indian
food,
plenty
of
worthy
spice,
and
PERFECTLY
cooked
chicken
go
to
Zaika
in
Broomfield.
The
whole
staff
at
Zaika
in
Broomfield
is
Indian
and
they
obviously
know
how
to
cook
authentic
Indian
food...
Just
saying.
Zaika
also
offers
amazing
lunch
specials.
TRUST
me,
you
will
NOT
be
disappointed.
Entree,
rice,
naan,
side
soup
or
salad,
and
a
drink
for
under
15
dollars...
DO
IT.
