Definitely Not Ever coming back! Wish I could rate with out giving a star. Customer service was horrible. 3 lady’s working , no one came to see if we needed help or had any questions. We weren’t even greeted when we entered the store. The charm we were interested in was out but wanted to see if we could order it. I went up to the counter and had to be the one to initiate the conversation. The one worker who was with a customer was the only one to then greeted me. The lady at the desk didn’t seem like she cared to make a sale. That did it! I was not going to spend my money there.

Went in to pick up some gifts for yours trully. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. I received exceptional customer service from Katherine. She showed me several pieces and even helped with a necklace.

Beautiful jewelry but the staff is a bit stand offish. If they aren't wearing a apron they will not acknowledge you being there at all. I understand everyone has different positions but it's rude and bad customer service to let someone stand there for over 10 mins with no help.

3 ladies working and all ignored my husband and I waiting at the counter then brought another customer walking the floor to check out. They all made eye contact so not an oversight.

Had a knot in my wife’s necklace and Christy had it fixed in no time. She was a pro as she told me she was. Great experience

I bought 3 rings at James Avery like 4 years ago & they no longer fit so when I came in (sans receipt as well) I didn't expect them to be able to do anything with them, but they were able to give me a credit for half the price of each ring and put that towards the purchase of a new one! Helen was so sweet, helpful, and attentive the entire time I was there. Highly recommend the company in general but this location has something truly special in their employees!

Great places..DONT GO TO THE ONE IN LAKELINE MALL.. I was there 7/23 and they even called someone over 50 -60 min 🙄 and nothing so just lift came here thank you for helping

Thank you again Katrina for your help with my charm bracelet. They also have a good selection, good quality & beautiful jewelry. I have been wearing James Avery for almost 20 years.

I just dropped into this James Avery location to have a quick repair done on my cross necklace and their customer service is amazing ! I was greeted warmly and helped as soon as I walked through the doors! The awesome saleswoman who helped me (sorry I didn’t get her name) quickly took my necklace to the back and fixed it in minutes and also polished it up for me. Thank you for everything!
